Food is good and the staff is so good they speak English and so kind the are so helpful and the reception can order a taxi for you.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. 4 star at best. The lobby can do with a pleasant fresh fragrance of some sort. The staff are efficient but not welcoming. Maybe a smile and eye contact as acknowledgment will help. The buffet gets boring after a day and isn’t nice at all. The service in the Restuarant is appalling in that no one welcomes you with a smile as you enter and they all seem glum faced. I felt It’s tragic as this hotel can be great because it has some awesome views of the sea and mountains. The rooms are clean and tidy and we can not fault the cleaners. The hotel pool outside is very clean and the space is lovely. The bathrooms needs refurbishment. There is no complementary bottles of water nor are you allowed to bring any bottles of water from the outside which is a massive disappointment. The stairs from the platform into the sea water is broken and only attached together with rope. This makes pulling yourself out of the water very difficult and dangerous, especially if you lack upper body strength. The spa facilities is good but the staff do not welcome you and too often they are busy playing with their phones sitting around a table and calling them over to assist me made me feel very uncomfortable. As a result I didn’t use any of spa facilities other than the gym which again is very limited in equipment but very clean nonetheless.

Decent hotel definitely not a 5 star hotel more like a 4! Nonetheless decent enough stay for one night. You would be better of going all inclusive as they Rob you with the bits and bobs you would expect from a 5 star. 7/10

The room was small and the bed was small! It's not like a five-star room, it's not even a network. Breakfast is shabby, not even juice.

Network bad, to the hall only ⋯ no hot water pot, the hall hot water to 5 lire ⋯ own water can not bring into the hotel! Dumbfounded bath water is too small … the only advantage is the face of the sea.

It was a extremely bad hotel, not a 5 stars hotel, it only deserves 3, really unfriendly, food was awful, can’t even bring your own water into hotel, how ridiculous it was, plz don’t book this hotel. Btw, Wi-Fi was supppper slooooow!

I am a Taiwanese here, small network, super Slow food, regular swimming pool, small counter, bad questions, and you buy things from Carrefour, he won't let you go upstairs and suggest that you don't step on the Thunder.

There is no network in the room, to the network must run to the front desk hall that (also not always can be connected), the elevator is too small. Breakfast drinks machine is bad, but dinner is still very rich.

The hotel is only on the way to the four stars buffet-style and does not differ in the variety of cleaning in the rooms leaves much to be desired the beach is small but clean.

A cheap and cheerful hotel, although not worth the 5* rating. Breakfast and dinner were not very good without much choice. The views are lovely and the rooms are clean. Wi-Fi isn't great in the rooms but is accessible. There is a great burger place called XL burger and shisha place called Fiskys right opposite. Both of these are amazing. The spa wasn't the best as the jacuzzi wasnt working. That said, the massage I got there was the best I have ever had!

Rooms are tiny and the staff is awful. When I asked them to clean my room they didn't even take away the dirty dishes and then when I put the dirty dishes outside the room one of the staff members banged hard on my door and told me to put the dirty dishes inside my room. Also, I had to call the room service three times in 2 hours to get just an empty clean glass! I've never had such horrible experience in any Turkish hotel before.

I visited this hotel from 15.9.2016-23.9.! It was the purest disaster, practically just a waste of money! The food was so bad that we were unfortunately forced to go out to eat. Unfortunately, 80% of them were served the same every day. The breakfast was always the same, there was unfortunately no change at all… Animation was hardly available or a Turkish night was also the highlight! The staff are nevertheless very anxious to be nice and helpful, because they realize that one is very dissatisfied. The crowning achievement was the hygiene in the pool, so that I, plus my family and other visitors, suffered from gastrointestinal discomfort… the object is a pity that no more work is being done to address the visitors… at a 5 star hotel I expect Wi-Fi connection in the rooms, which was not the case, because there was only in the lobby access and very poor connection by the pool! The sea, on the other hand, was a dream because it is crystal clear without stones! The hygiene in the rooms was quite ok except in the bathroom (drain lid in the shower full of hair from the previous visitor). Please don't make the mistake like I do and use your hard-earned money elsewhere! I really didn't want to write a review because the staff are so nice! But I don't see people working hard for their money and wasting it! Greetings.

The Hotel =
We were 3 people of Turkish origin on vacation in this hotel.
Us pensions go holiday in Turkey but we had in the middle of the Russia. All staff speaks Russian. Half speak Turkish or English.
Russian music, Russian music all day at the pool then all night on the dance floor!
If you come across a hotel 5 stars, run! This an old hotel which is a very small 3 stars.
Our room was about 10 min walk from the main hotel. The first days the staff drops you off in cart. But during the 7 days the trip had to be done on foot.
The restaurant =
You are not in a restaurant but in the factory.
The main dish of the restaurant and pasta with ketchup.
Impossible to eat quietly. Servers that walk around your table and jumps on the first empty covered to get rid. He even got or the server to took the plate while I ate, fork and knife in hand.
The system of "every ' a turn" does not exist in Russia.

A very nice holiday in your hotel, just right with 2 children. For hotel guests who do not behave, the employees can nothing, they do everything for cleanliness and a comfortable stay, the buffet is world class and the price accordingly. Very good and so her since on the right track.

Been there 4 times in 2001, 2003, 2005, 2011 and now going again in 2 month time. The reason for that is price/performance you can get out of it, provided if you are fairly large family with lot of kids. Once the place used to bigger before Simena Sun Club was split off to form another hotel, which resulted in very narrow beach strip left for Simena Hotel and Village residents. For that reason I wouldn't recommend this place in high season when lot's of pretty aggressive post-soviet people fighting for sunbeds and their rights to lie on that narrow cost line. This year we are going in early May, in group of 8, whole extended family, 4 of which are children of mixed age groups and gender. As we can't stay in regular hotel, a separate/detached house is needed instead and that is exactly what Simena provides. They have all sorts of villas located in beautiful green gardens, biggest one is about 400 sq. M with 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, living room and full kitchen. Actually I was unable to find anything else like that for rather modest price. Yes, the place cries for reconstruction, and sometimes toilet leaks, and so on. It's definitely not a 4 or 5 stars they claim they have, but for us, coming from the country with about 30 sunny days a year, this is nice budget choice how to spend a week together and all-inclusive meals (good ones) and drinks helps you to cover your eyes on deficiencies they have.

A good hotel. After the reviews online were expecting the worst, but in fact all on the level. Lived in villas, comfortable with young children (away from nightclubs and nightlife), hens graze on lawns with chickens, a large area for walking.
The sea is very clean and warm, bathing a pleasure.

Settle better in Villach. There is a personal interest. At hot. For parents with young children: weak, Gorshkov.
