The Hotel =
We were 3 people of Turkish origin on vacation in this hotel.
Us pensions go holiday in Turkey but we had in the middle of the Russia. All staff speaks Russian. Half speak Turkish or English.
Russian music, Russian music all day at the pool then all night on the dance floor!
If you come across a hotel 5 stars, run! This an old hotel which is a very small 3 stars.
Our room was about 10 min walk from the main hotel. The first days the staff drops you off in cart. But during the 7 days the trip had to be done on foot.
The restaurant =
You are not in a restaurant but in the factory.
The main dish of the restaurant and pasta with ketchup.
Impossible to eat quietly. Servers that walk around your table and jumps on the first empty covered to get rid. He even got or the server to took the plate while I ate, fork and knife in hand.
The system of "every ' a turn" does not exist in Russia.

The vacuum was not even done when we arrived.
Sheets with brown spots. Hair and hair on the carpet.
Huge black spot all over the carpet.
In 7 days we have the phone about 10 times at the reception.
There were 3 of us in the room and each cleaning it take 3 dirty linens and recovering 2 or 1. We have the fight throughout the week so that we have the right number of linen.
More fed up with this situation on the 5th days I tried to explain the problem over the phone at the front desk. I had rights to a dry and cold response by the receptionist. The result: we have to use us plain linen of beach sand for the last 2 days!
During the last 3 days we have to live with an unbearable smell of pipe. The smell came from the toilet, sink and bathtub.
The day of our departure reception called us at 11 to tell us he had to clear the room by 12:00.
