There is no direct access to the shore. Only the bus from the hotel. But the shore is close. The internet is only at the reception and lobby. There is no Waifai in the rooms.
The kitchen is average, Ultra-Olluclusive is very limited.
The staff can be seen to be temporary, rude and sloppy.

I stayed with my family at the Ozkaymak Falez hotel from 11 to 18 July 2018. Having trusted photos on the Internet and not delving into the reviews on different sites, I paid for 7 nights and went here with my wife and little daughter. On arrival, I was just horrified and realized that all the photos are a hoax. The hotel is very old. In the bathroom there is black mold, rust and dirt everywhere. Sockets 220V are broken. Attaching photo. The hotel is very dirty. In the room, in the hall, on the territory of everywhere there is dirt and unsanitary conditions. It is not cleaned properly. This is not the first line, to the beach 1.5km walk! Or a shuttle in a tight minibus on schedule — no earlier than 9 and no later than 18. Dear owner of the hotel, did you yourself try to walk with a child at the age of 3 years at +38 to 1.5 km 4 times a day? First line?   The hotel staff is indifferent and does not solve the problems of the guests. No apologies, no help and no desire to solve the problem. Administrators and general manager Yusuf: "We can not move you, all the rooms are occupied, you have a great (! ) Number. All our rooms are the same. " 3 days I asked to simply clean the mold in the bathroom — there is no result, it is still there. Do I have to do this on my vacation? A clean, cozy hotel. The staff are responsive, proactive, smiling.

The food is delicious. Meat for dinner is always and without queues. Cleaning in the room is stable, with a change of towels, underwear.

People exaggerate a little bit anyway. So yes the hotel is no longer very very fresh but nonetheless overall it remains correct. At my arrival I also had a room where the Airco did not work, but I went straight down to the front desk and my room was changed away without history. The hotel is really big and quite quiet. There is a huge swimming pool with slide and a smaller one for young children. Being in all-in I must say that the food was really good and quite varied! Fresh bottled water at will as well as cocktails:)
The hotel is pretty well located in Antalya and a taxi service awaits you at the entrance.

Nice hotel, staff are very friendly, terrible Wi-Fi, double is nice but small for 2, good variety of food available each day. The ambience of the hotel is chilled and relaxed, massage were great.

Hotel has a huge building with a private swimming pool and separate lobby for breakfast and dinner. Private beach was not available due construction work at the time of my visit… receptionist lady was little rude… overall not 5 star but just an avg hotel.

Its a cosy hotel, really nice for a honeymoon, this is the view from the room. Our reservation was all meals included, the buffet was nice, has a good variety. The staff are really friendly and helpful especially Ms Anna she suggested some trips and they really turned out to be amazing, especially rafting trip and buggy trip as well.

If I had a chance I would give zero star. However the hotel does not cover your expectations, they force you to stay and do not give refund. I booked as all inclusive and food selection was poor. I am a travel agent and I explained everything clearly to the front office team but they did not cancel my booking. Everywhere is dirty and they advertise themselves as 5 stars. The only good thing about hotel was their poor staff. They tried to do something to make my holiday but it did not satisfy me. For 4 days I paid 420$ but stayed 1 night. I moved to another hotel right away. My advice for you, never book this hotel nonrefundable.

A decent hotel to stay in for a couple of days. The building it self is fairly big and old resulting in navigation problems inside it. The food could seriously be improved. The outside area and the hotel parks are rarely cleaned. The hotel staff are for the most part professional and helpful but their lack of respect and wired attitude are two big concerns. The hotel rooms them selves are kept clean daily and they have for the most part a great ocen and city view. The bathrooms could be a bit more cleaner. The worst part of the hotel is its Internet and communication solutions. You absolutely don't have a connection to the local Wi-Fi network in your room. But when it comes to the public areas you get a slow and a complicated Wi-Fi uplink.

It somehow feels like a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is fine. Food taste is good but you dont get so much variety. The building is kind of old and you unfortunately feel that.

It's really difficult to explain how much this hotel bad. I don't like this hotel. Be careful it's not 5* hotel. Not more than 2/5* I will not comeback to this place again.

I was on the 06 11 10 for a night in this dwelling, which was so gross that could consider not even to use it.
