Everybody can visit with their family. So lovely place and close to the beach. I wish all nice holiday.

The staff were amazing, friendly kind helpful and work super hard. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to them, especially after we missed our flight home, they bent over backwards to help, ❤

Are here for the først time and nice service in this hotel.

We stayed here for five days and all of them were great. Personnel is friendly and helpful, food was great big variety and different main meals every day. Hotel isn't new, but all is clean and working.
Hamam downstairs was wonderful too, all massagers are professionals and all of them have medical knowledge.
Also very close to the see and main street.
Truly great place to visit.

The location of the hotel is very nice… staff helpful and smile face, meals are very teasty, rooms very clean and the most beautiful holiday I have ever had :) thanks bosses mr. Sukru thanks for your help and smile face we are so happy about this holiday ❤️

The hotel is clean but I didn't like the food. It was at the end of June 2018. There wasn't even fruit. I'm not talking about meat. The staff don't speak Russian language, that's also a negative.

It's a decent hotel. Deliciously cooked food (garnish, meat, fish), though not diverse. There are a lot of salads as usual in Turkey. But the most important thing is the beautiful beach and the sea!

The hotel is certainly modest, but everything you need is there. The rooms are small, the air conditioning is individual, worked even without a card in the room, it did not affect the e-slot at all. Devices, as in other hotels. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee. Toilet, small shower stall, lots of jars of lotions. Cleaned every day, in principle not bad. The food is repetitive, the choice is not great, but you will not stay hungry. We had oranges, apples, pears, melons, watermelons from fruit. We were vacationing at the end of July. Very good location of the hotel! To the beach 2 minutes. Everything nearby — a cave, funicular, fortress, to the main bazaar to go 20 minutes. Overall not a bad hotel for budget tourists.

The great holiday in this hotel, staffs are friendly and foods are amazing… we love this hotel.

He's been on holiday since i'm 11.07.18 Worst hotel and service I have not met. Reviews have not written before, as I was always satisfied with the rest. After all, everywhere has its pros and cons. I was vacationing in Greece at 2 stars, in Montenegro4 stars. But I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards tourists. Let's start with the kitchen: Food throughout the rest has not changed, everything is monotonous, but not it scares, and the fact that the products that are used are not fresh (especially vegetables) and they are used several times in different dishes. In all the food constantly find that hair that schcarlupu from the egg, and when you make a remark to the thief, he just walks away or pretends that does not understand you. The choice of dishes is very small and they are not tasty (now and then had to eat in pizzerias and cafes. Supposedly over) but how can it end in 12 days? And when you ask the chef at the bar, he speaks tomorrow and quickly walks away from you. I understand everyone's stealing, but not the same way? Now about the waiters: such impudent people I have never seen in my life. One throughout the holiday offered a party Havana-club, sometimes it seemed that he with us on vacation flew. All the time tormented with us with his tickets (only to rest interfered, the Second all the time asked for tea as if I owe him after each of my visit to the bar. Now about the room and manager Diana: we were put in a room with a faulty lock on the balcony.

Very nice little hotel with family atmosphere. It is very close to a beautiful beach with clear water. Food selection is small but on the other hand very tasteful. Personell is polite and the hotel is mostly quiet which we really appreciated. Rooms are very small but clean and so is the whole hotel. We took turkish bath including message — 90 mins cost about 25 Eur/person. It was very relaxing. I give 5 stars despite small problems (Wi-Fi network…)

The hotel is clean, the food will not go hungry. A quiet hotel, no entertainment. Love the peace and quiet you have here. The beach is close three minutes slow in a step. The hotel has Beach number 3, the beach itself is free, but the sunbeds and umbrellas are paid. Beaches 7, 5 lyre umbrella and 7'5 liras sunbed. If you buy a ticket at the reception then the sunbed 6 lira and umbrella 6 lira. You can just take an umbrella and on your litter is not who does not kick you out. And you can sunbathe and swim on any beach. But the best beaches are from the first to the seventh, tested!
I also want to say there's a smart girl Diana, she works in a hammam. You can always ask for help with translation. They don't speak Russian and she'll be happy to help you. And the hammam itself they have a great price lower than anywhere else. We took a foam peeling program and oil massage with a man paid $20. The hotel is apparently clean after the renovation. I can't say anything about TV in 12 days, we haven't turned on the TV. We are delighted with the hotel. And from Cleopatra Beach itself. You can go on all excursions yourself. Ride on the night Alanya on a steam train, the price of 7 liras. Go to the cave, go on the cable car to the castle … T. D. D.

Staff are very incompetent in my Opinion. Food is not so good, very little Choice. From 8Am loud Noise from all over the Hotel. However, the Rooms are clean and the Hotel is well located. To the Beach 5 Minutes. To the Centre 10-15 Minutes.

A small but cozy hotel of level 4 * by Turkish standards.
Great location, 3 minutes to Cleopatra Beach, 3 minutes to the main pedestrian street.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cleaning in rooms daily and qualitatively, replacement of towels and bed linen-in a day.
The rooms are small, but they have everything you need.
The on-site gym is located on the basement floor. The condition of the simulators is horrifying.
The restaurant is good, cooking is varied. For 10 days of rest there were different meat, fish, various garnars, soups, salads and fruit on a season.
The internet is free, catches everywhere: both in the lobby and in the rooms.
The air conditioner is in working condition, not noisy.
The plumbing is not new, which can be seen on the condition of our shower watering.
Russian tourists a little. Noisy companies practically no, the music shuts down at 23h and all night you can sleep quietly. There is no children's animation, there is no children's entertainment, so we can say that this hotel is milking adults.

A small cozy hotel in the center of the city, on the beach of Cleopatra. Close to the beach, clean pool, good enough food, up to the port 15 mins on foot.

Solid 4. The staff is nice. The hotel is not new and it can be seen. The food is normal. The Russians are few, this is a plus.

The hotel is small and without frills, but quite decent for repair, food and service. Its main advantage is very well located. To the sea 5 minutes on foot, Chic city Beach (2 dollars a sunbed) and near to the center. There are many cafes, shops, a lift to the fortress… Life around boils.

Good bar. Otherwise totally average hotel. Average rooms, average meals. No soy, but cooking is not very good. Of the disadvantages-there is no beach, that is, if you prefer sunbeds, will have to pay extra. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.

Good for people who want to loose weight. If you come 30 minutes after start dinner you are hungry.

The hotel is really nice, clean and friendly staff, the only problem is the food, if you don't hurry up you may not have food left, even that it was supposed to be a buffet they almost didn't refill, so after 30 minutes there is not more food. P. S. The guy from the spa will be annoying you from the first day. No is not an answer for him.

This was actually pretty good a little pool but there aren't much people who swims there I've been there two years and I liked the place but next year I'm gonna try something new.

Bad internet, flavorless food which sometimes even is raw (didn't get food poisoning) and the cleaning lady didn't close the hotel room door to our room but nothing got stolen. The hotel is good but these small things are annoying.
