Its ok standard. I like this hotel — clear rooms, Good food, Nice staff and close to beach. I recommend this place for people who wanna make Good Holiday for not hight price.

Worse hotel I ever been on. To take it from the start, as we check in they do hold on to our passports for 4 hours befor we are able to get them back. When entering our part of the hotel it's like entering a hole other abandon hotel. A empty reception and bar with only 1 working light so half the walk to the elevator is in darkness. After a trip in a very small elevator where you almost can't fit 3 persons with 2 bags you yet again enter a floor with very poor lighting only 3 lights was working. One over at the elevator one on the other side of the hall way and lucky for us over our room door. Entering the room we finde a broken lamp dirty walls, floors and glasses. A electronic box with a big hole behind it and wires stickink out and clear marks after a small fire. Telling this in the reception, they call a guy up to look at it. Here we are told that's its a old thing and it have been fixed and asked if the light was working. When saying yes I was told '' no problems then'' This is a all inclusive hotel but to get a normal size cola for example you need to order 3 glasses and if you want a drink better be sure it's one of the 4 type of bottles they have. Coffee is only from a machine and very bad If this is a bar then my home is a night club with the selection of drinks. Food is do you want pasta?

The hotel is not bad but the staff are terrible. The food is disgusting and it is not enough at all, as well as tables. Huge queues. There are not enough umbrellas on the beach.

Fine, however only soft drinks are inluded at the beach area.

On arrival at night to the hotel, the front desk offered several room options in different enclosures. The best employee in the photo. In the far there is internet in the room and nice rooms. The main noise from the pool, next to two enclosures which in the evening is noisy. Selected suitable for living with a child on the top floor. The room wasn't cleaned. Offered to wait and offered to eat sandwiches with tea. I liked the room. While waiting to be removed, we met the couple. Good location. Our room was pretty small but large enough for one week stay. Cleaning staff was sometimes a bit rude, the cleaning lady wanted to clean the room and when I told her to wait just 2 min she made a very big deal out of it. Front desk staff was ok but be ware that they can try to hustle you. They offer 20% discount for sun bed and umbrella (at the beach) after the discount I still paid less at the beach. When I asked the price for 1 day the staff took out receipt and wrote down our room no and asked my to pay. I only wanted to know the price and when I said no he almost forced me to pay saying that he had already written down the room no… just a scam. Food was average, almost same food every day.

It's time to change mattresses and TVs. In the bar except beer there is nothing even assortment.

The rooms are clean and the pool is nice. The food is varied and tasty (first time accustomed), the staff rustles, all friendly. But… The staff was very… Better know English. Language. The bar on the beach is… and it's the only minus, not working on the system-all inclusive. But sunbeds and umbrellas are free. The next time… Then without excursion we will enjoy the sea and the sand, the sun.

Good service, good food. The only bad Thing I Can say about the Hotel is there Hard beds, witch is NOT Good when you have a back injury from an accident.

I don't consider myself a spoiled tourist and I usually stay at 3 or 4 star hotels, but to my surprise, Kleopatra Beach Hotel is not even close to a 4* Hotel. Instead, 3* category hotel would be appropriate. The only two good things are food and beach stuff. All the rest should be downrated to 3*.

Dirty sheets and towels, we were staying there for a week, towels and bedclothes wasn't changed at all! But the worst thing is, my friend was beaten in front of reception, the staff even didnt call an ambulance, and you know what? The only camera suddenly was broken. Coicidence?

Very Bad hotel!
Clean rooms, furniture Extremely damaged, mold in the bathroom and if the neighbor in the upper room shower you get in the bathroom underneath directly drop on the head because something is probably damaged. Hand and bath towels you probably have to use 3-4days even if you have already thrown them on the ground and thus wiped the floor because it is so bad treckig. Everybody wants to make money from you. No "standart" rooms, when it was booked, no air conditioner with +35 outside… horrible, don't go there.
