I was shoked this time completely different from the last yr dirthy moquete with bad A. C &unhappy of services.

Excellent location and great staff. Rooms are small. Breakfast is same every day. Rth floor has noise from upper resturant. My room 401 AC was not cold enough, shower drain partially plugged, reported that 3 times to reception with no good result. Abdulla 12-24 June 2018

Pathetic customer service booked for 6 days wanted to change dates of reservation and hotel mgmt didnt allow and charged in whole.

I am going to Istanbul 3 times a year and this time I stayed in hotel tan for me almost the worst hotel that I have been in Istanbul the bad cleaning rooms do not exist, they make you the bed and nothing more. The drinking glasses are paper and they are dirty we found a hair inside in all other hotels The water is offered free in this you pay ridiculous breakfast in sum not recommended absolutely.

We stayed there for 10 days and felt at home. The staff was mostly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and gutausgestattet. For my next trip to Istanbul I don't need to worry about the hotel search. Is already fixed (y)

Stay here 2014. Near to Blue mosque and Sultanahmet station. Roof top cafe can catch view of Istanbul.

The hotel is very well located, the breakfast a little scarce and not organized in an easy way, little space and lots of tables.

The terrace barely offers a small panoramic view of the Sultanahmet mosque.

Staff are really friendly and give as much advice as they can. Rooms are pretty clean and modern though some bathrooms have rough repair jobs but not a deal breaker.

After searching extensively, we came across this gem of a hotel. Positioned in the heart of Istanbul, it's location couldn't have been better. Great ambience around the place with a beautiful outlook. Breakfast options were a little disappointing but it can be forgiven as the place was better than I had initially anticipated. Staff at the front desk were also really helpful.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Staff were very hospitable and had excellent customer service skills. Hotel was central to all tourist destinations in the city and also very close to a huge range of restaurants.

Good hotel situated just next to the main tourist attractions blue mosque, cistern, Hagia Sophia, sultan palace,. ) in the old city Sultanahmed. Hotel staff (reception, cleaning services, breakfast, ) were very helpful and genuine. The breakfast at the roof overlloking the blue mosque was good and plenty variety. We were with the family and all hotel staff were always smily, helpful and caring. Really a good experience for a period of days. The condition of the room was good, the toilet and bathroom really working well. Room was clean and cleaned everyday. This is a recommended hotel if you are with family or a couple or alone.

Small, but very well run hotel. Excellent location to explore the historic area of Istanbul. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Good breakfast and you with bagels (free) in the afternoon.
