Our experience has been nothing short excellent! This is second our second visit to Istanbul and at Sultanhan hotel. Conveniently located to all the main attractions. We walk everywhere. There are plenty of fast food, local restaurants and gift shops near by. We use the tram which is about couple blocks away to go to the Spice Bazaar. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend them.

It's a great hotel! The service is great! Breakfast is a decent, quality food! A big thanks from my granddaughter Mariam waiter Sabri.

We have been to different hotels in Istanbul but honestly this is our favorite one by far. The service is great and the staff are so nice and the most helpful I have ever seen. The room is supper clean and great size. As for the breakfast has everything you would want, and I didn’t even talk yet about the amazing view. Also the location is perfect, walking distance to almost every place, but if you want a taxi the great staff will be more than happy to help.

The best experience you can ask for. I stayed there for 7 days. Where do I begin the staff 5 stars, hosptallly 5 stars, cleanlesnes 5 stars. What more can you ask for then a honeycomb dripping down at breakfast on the roof top. Not to mention great location. I totally would recommend this hotel worry free hassle free. Overall a fantastic experience. Go and dont worry. Thank you for an amazing experience and your hospitality.

Very centrally located, everything (sights, shopping, food, airport transport) just a few minutes away.
The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely like to book again!

The Two Stars are once for the man at the reception who welcomed us on the first day and the friendly staff in the Hotel Restaurant who were always very friendly and attentive. Otherwise, some staff at this hotel were very cheeky and outrageous, among other things, another man at the reception who was there on the second day of our stay and the man who accompanied us to our room. We were three women and got inappropriate comments about our dress style or that we would be too European. What I don't think we feel stand uncomfortable in the presence of these men. Of course, the men would not have allowed themselves these misplaced comments if we had been accompanied by men (husband, father or brother). Our room was clean, the cleaning staff also very friendly. But if some of the staff in a Muslim country behaves like this towards women, then that is unacceptable. We will definitely not book a room in this hotel again.

Boutique Hotel has no star grading, supposedly one of the more upmarket hotels in Sultan Ahmet area but same drab breakfast served daily by unsmiling waiters, rooms are nothing to write home about. RECEPTION staff however were superb and made up for the rest.

The other day after staying in Afyon stayed in Istanbul for 2 days in your hotel, loved us.
The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the old town, near the Blue Mosque and the sights the staff are friendly, special thanks to Yunus, the desk clerk, very attentive, courteous, courteous, did everything to our stay and The wait was comfortable.

This hotel is located in the heart of all the places u want to see in Istanbul. Literally walking distance from Blue Mosque, Haga Sophia, Topkapi, Bosphorus and the tram that can take you to Taksim Square. Customer service was great! Breakfast was great! We really enjoyed are stay. The only drawback was they don’t do room service. But there are tons of restaurants walking distance.

Very welcoming, beautiful Ottoman style, spacious and comfortable rooms well soundproofed in relation to calls to prayer.

Very nice staff recently I was there three days in that hotel and I loved and its hospitality I encato this hotel and its location and its City beautiful love that hotel and Istanbul/istambul me Facino and its location near the most important tourist things like Ayasophi A, the Blue Mosque, the Grand bazaar, etc.
In my future I would return to that hotel and to that beautiful city greetings.

The hotel is really nice and kept clean, so you can walk from the hotel to many sehenswürdigkeitenzu feet. In any.

The rooms and service were up to standard but there were a few issues throughout my stay. The room keys we had were not 100% functional, it usually took 5 minutes of trying to open the door before the key was recognized. Also, we didn't have running water in our room until an hour after check in, which wasn't helpful seeing as I was in desperate need of the bathroom on arrival.

Friendly staff and large spacious rooms. We absolutely loved our 8 night stay. You couldn't ask for s better location or hospitality. We enjoyed our nightly card games in the lobby.

Hotel is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location; walking distance to a bunch of sights, including Grand Bazaar. The balcony faces a busy street, so a room without a balcony is probably quieter.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, delighted that my first visit to Istanbul began here. It has good transport links having the tram stop nearby. The front desk staff were always willing to assist and suggested ways to use my stay productively. The rooms were clean with good sized beds. A kettle was available (very important for my tea drinking), breakfast and the Wi-Fi provided could however be improved upon.

Great hotel, great location you can go everywhere walking or using the train. The breakfast buffet really good.

I thought the hotel itself was pretty good. The staff were super nice and the rooms were decent. But man, the Wi-Fi was horrible! They really need to fix that.

Wonderful staff and service. Some minor complications with the room at the start of the holiday, but quickly fixed by the next day. The rooms were slightly on the smaller side but it wasn't a major issue. The breakfast buffet is something not to miss. It is close to some of the major attractions like the markets and the mosques and has a supermarket nearby also with a Burger King around the corner — very convenient. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Would recommend to a friend and go back again.

Rooms are beautiful and the front staff are very kind and helpful. The amenities are clean. It is located in the tourist section of Istanbul which is also convenient.

Sultanhan Hotel is amazing boutique hotel. The location is great. Walking distance to Sultanahmet square. The staff is helpful. Rooms are big enough. Rooms comfort are great. Breakfast is served at terrace restaurant with stunning view of Bosphorus. Recommended.

Wonderful hotel: exquisite lobby, comfortable and well-maintained rooms, great staff. Perfectly located for Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and all other Sultanahmed attractions. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant with a view of the Bosphorous was fantastic.

Very much enjoying this excellent hotel. Charming and helpful staff, great location in heart of Sultanhamet and a delightful rooftop restaurant with great views over the Sea of Marmara.
