Amazing place, staff, facility, breakfast… possibly the most caring hospitality experience I've EVER had… I hotel a lot (160 nights last year) and I would LOVE to take the Hotel Neorion along with me wherever I go!

Very nice hotel. The location is ideal (all facilities for excursions are within walking distance), very clean and cozy rooms. Staff: You are met by a Russian-speaking girl Jeanne — thank you very much for her competence and ability to help in any of your matters. Our family was very pleased with the stay at the NEORION Hotel. I think next time we will stay only at the NEORION Hotel.

Neorion hotel in Istanbul. Location is fantastic and the hotel staff are wonderful. Start from the transfer from the airport to the hotel's stay everything was well organised by the hotel (Ms Zhana). They have a wonderful staff by the name of Mr Veyis he provide us with the information and always ready with his smiles and was very attentive to every clients that stayed in this hotel. Is people like him that add extra point and memories to your holiday. The restaurant provide good breakfast and afternoon tea needles to said the wait staff are very attentive. So my family and I will stay in this hotel again if we come back here again. Thank you very much. Irene.

The location is so centralized. Everything is a walking distance. Staff are so friendly. Breakfast having enough variety to satisfy all guests. The room size is ok to accommodate 3 persons easily. Don’t forget to use the free airport transfer and the cash discount.

Arriving at this place we quickly realised how conveniently placed it was. The room was lovely, amenities a plenty, and we really enjoyed our nightly swim and hammam. We had a fabulous sunset view on our patio, and it was the little things like free daily water that made this place fantastic value. But what really set it apart was how unbelievably helpful and wonderful the staff were! Our breakfast guy was so funny and friendly, the gentlemen at the front door so courteous (and we bothered them a bit too). There were great restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores, and the tram was really close. Overall, especially for the price, this was a great little hotel, and I highly suggest them.

The value for money is more than adequate for the services especially as the hotel has a geographical location at the top, as you have a few minutes walk to the Basilica of Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet, Topkapi Palace, tram and Eminönü. All the essentials.

Oh, I love it! Very nice hotel with pool and rooftop terrace. Ideally located to visit the whole city on foot. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unbeatable value for money.

This hotel is magnificent! It is ideally situated to visit all of the sites on foot. The whole of the hotel is extremely clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and professionnel. I cannot stress enough just how good the staff are! There is a swimming pool and à rooftop terrace. The breakfast is super and they offer a buffet each day between 14h and 18h. The price for a room is very reasonable and I would even say cheap compared to other hotels in the area that are not half as good. When I go back to istanbul it would only be in this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Great location, close to major sites. Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms. Free water bottles and Turkish delights refilled everyday. Excellent breakfast with plenty of seating, no stress. To top it all off they even had a free meze lunch with different dishes on the menu everyday. Great place for visiting with family, friends or even alone. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, nothing to say. The hotel is in the city centre, everything is nearby.

Everything was perfect! The room, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast and the mezze in the afternoon it made us a meal we were like half board. The location was ideal, close to a metro station, close to Eminonu or there are the Vapur, not very far from the historic centre Sultanahmet (about 1km). The pool clean Jacuzzi Hammam sauna all at the top. The Jacuzzi and Pool A little cold but bearable. I would recommend it without hesitation. If we have to get back to Istanbul we would come back here.

Great family experience at Néorion we spent 5 days in this hotel with our 4 children aged 10a-7a-6a and 2 months… We had two adjoining rooms big enough to accommodate us all. The whole staff is small care and really very helpful including with the many families. We all felt very good at this hotel, no one wanted to go back… It is exceptionally placed and the main historical sites are quickly accessible by tram or on foot. The hotel staff can provide you with all kinds of useful information as well as a tram card that will be enough to recharge. The breakfast and the mezze are very good and the service there is discreet and efficient. The whole "wellbeing" has made the happiness of the young and the great. Even if the water in the ponds is a little fresh, it is to better appreciate the Turkish baths. The terrace offers a wonderful view that we unfortunately only discovered on the last day.
In short, I recommend to 200% and I will return without hesitation for a second!

A luxury! Good deal, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, continental breakfast and free lunch. I've never been to a better hotel than this.

The hotel is secluded in a rather quiet street. The rooms are very large with a marble bathroom, a table as a headboard and armchairs to read. It has a buffet available all day long as well as a swimming pool, Hammam, sauna and bath Turk without extra cost.

A cozy home hotel. Located within walking distance of the main historical sites. The staff was very helpful. All requests are fulfilled willingly and quickly.

This an excellent hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and well stocked with toiletries. There was plenty of choice for breakfast with friendly waiters. The hotel is very central for all the main tourist sites. Would recommend this hotel very highly.

Great location. Lovely hospitality. And great breakfast and lunch. Could do better with lighting as no terrace lighting at night and the spa is not lit up either. Scared my two year old nephew. Also ac could be better. Otherwise overall nice stay.

Perfect location, very clean, helpful staff, and reasonably priced. It has roof where you can see old Istanbul from, and nice hall where one can relax. Good breakfast, and they also serve mid day hot snacks. Turkish bath and sauna, and pool downstairs. It was hard for me to think of anything wrong with our stay. There was four of us, my wife and me with 12 and 10 year old sons.

Many thanks to the wonderful staff, this hotel is very special, the rooms are well decorated and very clean, the location is great, not far from the historical places, Sirkci station is only afew metres away, very easy to go every where. I love this hotel and will come back for sure.

Everything was pefect such as the roomes are big and clean, the location is perfect its in the middel of every historic places we want to visit, the transportation is 2 minut away walking from the hotel to take us any where we want, the food was great. The most amazing thing was the team who worked at the front desk (Ozan Cesur, Fatih Gozusucu, Fatih Havaci, and Ayse). They were so friendly and helpfull they were ready to solve any problem we had inside or outside the hotel. Special and big thank to (Ozan Cesur) he spend 4hours with me to solve a problem I had with my airline we strongley recomended this hotel to any one want to spend great and wonderful time in Istanbul.

This hotel from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar is close to the Bazaar and the Spice market. Staff was great and very attentive enthusiasm and knowledge, have the ability to guide guests to explore all of the attractions. Terrace in the afternoon to provide snacks and drinks provided earlier in the evening must be tried. Strongly recommended!

But I'm not very satisfied with the breakfast-buffet is great but the food quality could be better. In Istanbul, the food is delicious, and so the quality of the food here is a little weak it is easy to be noticed. That being said, I still recommend this …

The Neorion Hotel is located in a convenient place in the City of Istanbul. The place is immaculate, the food is great and the staff is excellent! I would recommend my family and friends to stay at this place…

It really deserves six stars. It made such a difference in our stay in Istanbul to discover and stay at the Neorion. From the moment we arrived. Actually, prior to that as, if you stay multiple days, they offer a shuttle from the airport. The afternoon mezze was a nice touch. As was the lokum in the room each morning. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. The towels were thick and fluffy. Just an all around great experience and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we ever return to Istanbul.

The hotel was very well maintained and pleasant. Environment also maintained, clean streets. Quiet, yet close to the sea, public connections and city. Furniture was ok. Staff very friendly and helpful.

When I look for a hotel to stay at, especially in large cities like Istanbul, my prime objectives are hospitality, location, and comfort. I cannot stress enough how much this hotel excels in all three. Any doubts and worries that usually ensnares a traveller is plucked away the moment you enter the hotel. The staff are fantastically accommodating; all eager and lovely, their service was marvellous – absolutely zero hesitation and limitlessly professional and lovely, every person who worked there were a pick-me-up after a long day of exploring what the city has to offer. Which is a lot. Knowing the city as only natives do, they offered significant details and tidbits of information ranging from short-cuts, to cheap alternatives, to the best bazaars/pazar, best times to visit certain places, to warnings – which is crucial in strange cities. And Istanbul is a beautifully strange city. Personally, I will miss the staff, for I have never met such practical, helpful and friendly people in other establishments. In hotels that share the high calibre that Neorion Hotel has, I have usually found staff to be cold and distant, even in their assistance. But the warmth and approachability of the staff here knows no bounds and I will here on base my judgement of the staff of other establishments on these brilliant people. The hotel is based in ‘Sirkeci’, practically within walking distance of all major tourist attractions.

Excelent place. Located not far from tram and ferry station. 5 minute-walk to Hagia Sophia. And also there are a lot of restaraunts around to taste local cousine. Staff is very pleasant and always willing to help.

It is really awesome. Highly recommended.
