Beautiful boutique hotel in old city. Very clean. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is very good. Restaurants in walking distance and Blue mosque. Will stay there anytime.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good and hearty. Great place to stay for couples and kids! There were two times and both times it was very pleasant.

My husband and I stayed at the King Executive Suite for part of our honeymoon. What an amazing experience and what an amazing view. The view is worth a thousand words and for the price the Mina charges, can't be beat. The location is incredibly well situated to the main tourist attractions and the staff is very friendly and helpful. That being said the only negative I can really think of for this hotel is that, like many other locations in Turkey that claim to have non-smoking rooms, it doesn't quite have the air filtration system to prevent smoke from the upstairs restaurants or other units from coming in through the AC units. It's pretty much always smells like smoke. If this doesn't bother you, just do yourself a favor and book the executive suite. It's amazing.

Very cooperative staff and very good overall service. Value for money. Free Parking available and shuttle service to haram available. Over all a hassle free experience. Would high recommend for stay.

Lucky to get non vegetarian meals here…

Good Customer Service, It was not a busy time so I am not sure what will happen if you visit during Ramadan and Hajj :) I have a good experience stayed in April 2018

Rooms were a little cramped and Walls were not sound proof. Rather noisy. Hoosein was great though.

Very friendly and very close to the city. You can move on foot… The breakfast… It's superb… Too bad that the rooftop terrace is closed in winter!

Perfect location, very tasteful and comfortable rooms, strong shower, all you need to enjoy Istanbul.

A very pleasant stay. Lovely welcome from staff, very friendly. A very short distance to the main attractions. 3-4mins walk to the blue mosque. Centrally located.

Great decoration was being modern. We visted with toddler twins and booked the suite so they had plenty space to play. My only down point was the shower room could have been bigger, toilet is too close to the shower entrance for my liking. We had a master bedroom with a seating area which had a double and single sofa bed and a walk in wardrobe. Staff are very friendly especially Engin at reception. He was friendly and very quick to help. Generally the service is quick at the hotel. Location could not be better for the price. The road opposite to hotel takes you to main road, turn either way you have great food places, turn right you have loti resturant (nice) maccys, starbucks, hafiz mustafa deserts/cafe (nice), blue mosque, ayasofia (hagia sofia) and topkapi palace. Turn left you have grand bazar, kfc, burger king, camberlitis hammam (old school and must do). The one farthest away is topkapi which is 10mins walk. Rest are between 3-10mins). One other downfall was the breakfast selections. It does the job but very basically. I think the selection and lack of food could be worked on to be given a total of 5 stars. Great hotel in a perfect location. I would stay there again. Im giving it a 4 star because of the breakfast.

Located in the old city very close to all the tourists attractions. Rooms are bit small but very clean. Breakfast is not bad.

Don't book on Ramadan. 3 hours delay to check in about 2 or 3 hours between bus times. Un professional receptionist.

Boutique hotel. Good Service, helpful staff. Amazing city view roof top café (Mina Bistro) Great breakfast. Top skills for any service organisation. Fast, personalised shuttle service from/to airport. Highly recommended!

The terrace of the last floor the best. Good deal, good breakfast, good location and perfect room.

I was in this hotel last November, now I find that the room was repaired, and it is quite nice, the room is a bit small but with the excellent design, the bed is absolutely excellent, I slept as a baby, so I missed the breakfast time and I can't say anything about the food, Very clean and pleasant hotel with a very polite English speaking staff. They are always trying to solve Your problems, they had arranged for me airport transfer, also they offered me some city sightenning tours as well. The price is a bit expensive but really the hotel is nice. Location is quite nice as well. In 5 minutes walk to all city highlights.

It is a convenient hotel near famous spots in Istanbul like Blue Mosque etc. And their staff is kind, so our stay was enjoyable.
