Everything was Perfect. Except for the terrible Wi-Fi.

Nice hotel with good breakfast, with good staff that help you during your stay.

Stayed there with a group tour Aug. 2018. Would not have booked given the mediocre rating. Location is OK (close to the tram that takes you to most tourist attractions) but it is not walking distance to any of them except perhaps the Grand Bazar. Another plus for the location is that it is in a relatively nice residential neighborhood, close to a park. Everything else about this hotel sucks — the single budget room (only one available to me on this tour) was tiny. I could barely fit on the shower (and I am petite and not heavy). The towels and bedcover were ripped from use. I asked for a non smoking quiet room. The room had a do not smoke sticker, but smelled of residual smoke. There was no noise from the street, but plenty from other hotel visitors from adjacent rooms. The breakfast, cleanliness and service leave a lot to be desired. There is no room service menu and no receipts are given, so I felt I was overcharged every time I used the service. The phone did not work, but the receptionist had it fixed as soon as I brought it to his attention. My room was not cleaned every day and on the occasions it was, the cleaner was not thorough. On the plus side — the bellboy was very good. I would not stay there again and I do not recommend the hotel.

A convenient location in the middle of the shopping district. 5 minute tram walk. Stylish bar and restaurant. In the spa salon prices are reasonable. Masseurka Tanya — a professional in his field.

The hotel is excellent, stuff are very warm with guests and Breakfast is perfect and I liked this hotel and I gonna want to get there again.

Very good hotel, not expencive. Rooms are very nice and spaceous. Very big rest room and shower place. Excellent breakfast.

This hotel is a pure disaster on all points of view 0 clean 0 comfort 0 gentilesde 0 breakfast to avoid ABSOLUTELY.

When you go to Istanbul, you have to understand that for the money nothing could be mega. Decent hotel, very small rooms, a bathroom so small that one person could barely fit… All plumbing is leaking. Bed clean but darn. Daily maid service involves a change of towels and bed zasilania. Air conditioning not working. The room was stuffy, so every night she opened the door to the balcony. Not a single Russian channel. Breakfast is a separate story… All of the same type and not tasty. Each morning, ate cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and olives… The sausages and fries are just awful. Overall the hotel is completely designed for traders who come for a couple of days for the goods. You can even sleep.

Good hotel, for the price it is the best in Istanbul!

Very good service, people, food and rooms.

Narrow rooms with lack of light, bed resting with a slight doubt on the cleanliness of the sheets breakfast varied and very good.

Service good, food good, everything good. But, internet it is not working.

Thanks to the reviews of other travelers we chose this hotel for the New Year 2013 and the choice was great: rooms not huge but right, clean, close enough to the main attractions of Istanbul, very friendly and helpful staff.
If the almost 2 km separating the hotel from the Blue Mosque area, Hagia Sophia, etc. May seem so many, however on a very commercial avenue where you don't get bored walking, a few tens of meters there is the tram stop.
Absolutely recommended
Room Tip: Earplugs since in the morning there is the call to Islamic prayer and a few hundred meters there are some mosques.

I had a seminar in the conference room and was gorgeous.

This hotel is nice, prices is good but don't take rooms beside streets. Its noisy little bit but the location is good and very near from most of important places in Istanbul.

Just got back from Istanbul. Stayed at this hotel. The experience exceeded all expectations, as I was going to stay in a three star hotel. The thing is, in this hotel service system, culture and professionalism of staff are pleasantly surprised that all services consistent with not three stars, but at least four-star hotel. Bedding, towel changed every day, also held daily maid service. Great variety and abundance of a range of Breakfast dishes. Fruits, vegetables (cabbage, carrots, greens, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc), five kinds of cheese, two kinds of butter, fries, hot dogs, sausages, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, mushrooms, pickled peppers, hash Browns, several kinds of jams, corn flakes, raisins, milk, coffee, tea, juices, etc. I would also like to thank the staff for the warm welcome and the attitude Merve, Izzet and unfortunately I do not remember the name of the workers of the hotel which was responsible for the correspondence and booking.

Nice hotel, clean and good location! Some staff could be a bit friendlier but the lady wit the dark hair (maura? ) was the best! Gave great advice and tips on where to go and how to get around! Give her a raise.

Aw hotelay 1 hafta ley maynawa.

Very expensive, they scam people who do not know the prices of the city, the y took from us 200$ for a night while the actuall price is 130$ in their list of prices its 3 stars hotel and not 5 stars for such a price, but the room is very clean and new and the breakfast is good, Wi-Fi not free it gives works for 5, devices after cheak in the hotel, the elavator is too small like a safe money, the air conditioning not very cool, I didn't like it because they decive us with the price and we arrived at 5 am the but us on waiting until 7 clock to book.

Great hotel, great service in right in the middle of the city. The spa was amazing, especially the hammam. The conferance rooms and the regular rooms are brand new. Highly recommend it.

Have stayed at Keban hotel twice in June And November this year 2013 for business. The location is excellent, specious lobby area, hotel reception staff were very helpful, the room on 4th floor facing the main street was quiet with a small balcony, clean with a big comfortable bed, bathroom bigger than most hotels I have stayed in Istanbul. Breakfast was more than enough, lots of items to choose from, liked the soup and juicy Apples. Free Internet was fast for the 6 days, logged in only once. Will stay again next year and try out the gym, sauna, steam bath and massage areas.

I recently stayed at hotel buyuk keban, location was excellent, breakfast was really good and the rooms were recently renovated. I think it is good value for the money, overall, I would definetely stay again.
