This review is about the restaurant! We came by accident. Russian menu without mistakes! They ate dorado fish, pictured, and a huge shrimp fried in a spicy sauce with mushrooms, everything is delicious, beer is fresh! Prices are familiar to the center and fully justified, the staff are responsive, smiling! There is Wi-Fi, as it is a hotel amenities on the lower floor, you can get lost, but not scary, the toilet is clean, decent repairs, but in the restaurant itself it is time to make a cosmetic repair, picture dare pictured, and wallpaper in a speck brought tea and sweets) ) Overall it's a suitable place for lunch, dinner, overlooking a busy street!

The best restaurant I've tried in Turkey! Excellent food, awesome staff, good ambient, good music, superb location… and the food was just amazing! Highly recommend!

Very good location but the room is very bad: There are ants, AC is very bad almost not doing anything especially in morning, no sound proofing you can hear the tram and sound from street. In day of check-in the room was not ready so they take another hotel walking almost 300 meters for one night. Also there is a bad smell in bathroom and the room.

Fantastic location. Within walking distance to many interesting places. A little noisy thiugh if you are staying at lower floow and facing the road.

Excellent restaurant in a central location in Budapest. The food is wonderful and the prices very good. For two soups and two dishes we paid about $90 lire. Surely we visited several times during our holiday.

Rooms are a bit small but apparently that's to be expected in this area of Istanbul. Rooms are clean. Walls are thin so a lot of noise. If u appreciate silence then probably not a good idea for u. Situated in a safe area. U can feel free to walk the streets at any time of the day or night. Tram is so easily accessible from here. Free Wi-Fi is a plus. Only Turkish channels on TV. Breakfast is served from 7am till 10am. Breakfast is lovely. U can expect eggs, different breads, a variety of cheeses, olives, tahini, honey, preserves, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juices. Also some cereals and milk. I'll add on to this review in a few days.

Good time of day to all users! I apologize for the error in the number of stars: solid "4", in my opinion: The hotel is located near the Osovnymi attractions, the food is good. Very poravilsja room and cleaning level. About the location of the hotel there is one minus: it is in close proximity to the tram tracks, so the afternoon taxi, for example, to the hotel you can not get a ride, will stop in a nearby alley. Traffic in this area is very intense, in the daytime it is very easy to lose a lot of time in traffic jams. And one more thing: taxi drivers, and many sellers in shops not that in Russian, but also in English do not speak. About the food outside the hotel: not far from it there are many cafes, where you can have a very inexpensive and tasty meal.

The Ugly Hotel. On arrival the absolutely dirty Sonuzel and a shower, linen all in holes and stains have found out. Repeatedly asked the staff to clean up our room, or at least change us the room, but alas all our requests were ignored. Ugly dirty, not a single day during our stay the room was not cleaned. Noisy, very noisy. Breakfast is very poor, the only thing you can see is bread, verene, butter, and a little damp and then if you pass at 8am. Because those who come later do not receive anything at all. No one advise this hotel, it was the ugliest and dirtiest hotel in my life. And by the way, these beautiful photos of rooms that is there, absolutely do not correspond to reality (the room was so krohatnaja that there was nowhere to put even a suitcase).

Room are quite small. However Bistro chef (the restaurant). Was amazing. Gud food and Mr Orhan there was truly one of the best at their job. I can recommend only because it located centrally to all major tourist destination… also the tram staion is in walking distance.

The worst hotel I ever have been to unfortunately. The sheets are dirty and old, the safe boxes are looked and they can't do anything about it and there is a problem with the card power cutter causes the electricity in the room to not work sometimes or to cut suddenly. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. The noise from the street, tram and other neighbors rooms won't let you sleep. The staff aren't very cooperative especially when you pay in advance. I was tricked by the high ratings of this place, which I discovered from the pictures to be meant to the other branches of the company. We were a group and booked three rooms in different three levels and these problems exist in all three rooms except the electric problem that exists in two rooms.

A bad place, no I liked it for nothing, very small rooms, uncomfortable bed, at never more.

The staff was very attentive and friendly! At check-in we were free improved to a larger room. They did a thorough cleaning in the room every day. The breakfasts were amazing. The food is delicious. Be sure to dine on the hotel terrace. The hotel is located very well. All major attractions are located just a short walk away. There are tram and metro near the hotel. Unfortunately, we did not have time to visit the hamam at the hotel. But looking on the level of other services, I think it's great.

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights very polite staff special thankyou to suleyman for all his help and great hospitality. Clean rooms great breakfast. Recommended to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul.

Staff at reception as well as service always helpful.
The location of the hotel is excellent, on foot the sights are very easy to reach, the tram is only 100 meters away.

This hotel is perfect for someone on a budget. My wife and I stayed here during our recent visit to Istanbul and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is very centrally situated, walking distance from major attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar. For further attractions, the closest tramway station is a mere 50 meters walk. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing, we would just recommend that you go earlier in the morning rather than later as our experience was that certain of the items on the table are not refilled/replaced when replenished. All and all, a great stay though, especially from a location point of view.

As location and staff perfect But noisy as it is near tram way If I rated as 3 stars hotel Ill give it very good rate, It is standard 3 star best western hotels.

It's mostly for turkish clientele. Lodging is ok. Breakfast not good enough. Omce croissants or desired bread ends it's not replenished. The tours they sell are very over priced. They charge u for fort on boat tour and take u instead to maiden tower.

I went first time instubul and we stayed in the this hotel. An excellent location and a very comfortable rooms. We warm welcomed by all the staff members. All of them really very humble and caring. I would like to thanks all the staff members especially to the chef for served me a delicious omelet in the breakfast and sulaiman and Abdul aziz who really good take care of us. God bless you all.

Great place in old Istanbul to stay. Convenient located to tourist sites Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and a few blocks walk away from the water and fresh seafood. There are lots of small shops for shopping and walking distance from the giant (famous) flea market type area Spice Bazaar. Fine dining or just basic "eats" on the same block. The Hotel staff was very friendly and luckily English speaking and available for suggestions about taxi's or location/translation help. Giant selection for breakfast on glass enclosed rooftop with attendant and friendly service. Took advantage of transportation offered from Airport available from their website and was EXPEDIENTLY taken from the "red eye" flight to the hotel where the front desk and concierge was waiting.
