The worst experience ever very small rooms… Unfriendly staff… You can hear flushing water in bathrooms in other rooms… We asked for a connected room because we have children but the hotel asked for 70 euros extra per night for two neighboring rooms… Lots of the guests leave there rooms opened woth there shoes and slippers on the doors you can hear all the noise in the whole floor…

The Taksim plot or the Maydan a great place to walk and see Magazin especially a street of indipendence. Istiklal Street.

Very conveniently and centrally located downtown Istanbul within a 5 min. Walk to Taksim. Their milonga on thursdays is on the top floor restaurant/cafe which has a large terrasse with a beautiful panorama overlooking the city.

So so… Sleep OK.

Better than expected: impeccable cleanliness, buffet at will and high quality, excellent location, gym, hamam, very nice sauna!

Excellent 4+ hotel with nicely decorated rooms, very good breakfast with a view of the Bosphorus; friendly staff. Hotel is situated in a prime location, only a few minutes walk from Taksim Square. Easy access to Bus, funicular & tram connections. Airport shuttle bus stop just around the corner.

A good stay, we arrived 9am, mush earlier than the 2pm check in but they had our room ready within an hour. Our room was a good price but didn't include breakfast. $30 SGD dollars is far too much for buffet breakfast. Seating was poor in the breakfast dining room. The location was perfect for us as we were catching the airport bus the next morning which depart Taksim from outside the Point Hotel.

Very helpful staff and customer relationship manager. Excellent location. Excellent internet services, lan cable provided in room. Excellent curtains which block out all light. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Great selection of arabic channels. Great gym. Hotel doesn't have separate sauna and spa facilities for men and women, only mixed, which I did not like. Complimentary water and fruits which was very nice. Overall I would definitely recommend.

It is a small hotel with small rooms and breakfast buffet is limited but location is nice and near Taksim squre.

Excellent hotel. They give two bottles of complimentary mineral water and a tea and coffee tray with electric heater. The TV is HD with more than 100 channels. The breakfast is extremely complete and is taken on the upper floor with a panoramic view. The hotel has a Spa and a pool. A few meters away you will find the Lima Beans Bus stop that take you and bring you from Ataturk Airport for 12 lire per person. By taxi the cost is approximately 80 lire.

Not the warmest of places to stay at (Hospitality wise). Food is decent. Nothing to write home about. Offers an indoor pool with a strict rule for trunks and caps. Didn't even try working up a room with a good view. P. S. They don't have all size power adaptors. If you have any specific requirements, please do carry it from your own respective countries.

For a 5 star resort. I dont feel like it is 5stars. I have had to change rooms due to bad smells and after 3 room changes am in the smallest room after paying for 2 weeks for a deluxe room. Not impressed will not stay here again.

Rooms are clean I have no complaints about that, reception was good, only thing is some of the foods on room service menu need to be done better.

Before I go to Istanbul i've searched many hotels around the Taksim square and I thought this was the best chose and actually it was! everything were great, rooms were so clean and the staff were perfect their manner and even their look! all of them could speak english specially Mr. Yasin the lobby man, everyday where ever I wanted to go in Istanbul I was asking the reception and they were telling me the best way of going there which was so helpful. Breakfast was so good and you could find anything that you were looking for. The view of restaurant was amazing. Location of the hotel was exactly what I was looking for and I could walk to istiklal street and dolme bagche and enjoy the weather. The only thing that may bother you is the price that is 160€ for a 2bed room each night!

Modern design & very clean rooms, excellent location, room size is not much if you request 3rd bed, Turkish Hamam is free as well as sauna gym and swimming pool.

Prestigious hotel. The only drawback that air conditioning takes along time to cool.

The location of this hotel is the only reason that I'm giving it 3 stars, it doesn't deserve to be called a 5 stars hotel. The maintenance is poor, the rooms are not clean and you could hear the other rooms if the flushed or if they were taking a shower! The breakfast is terrible also.

This hotel is bad hotel I have seen in my life they dont speek english and they dont have recpect for arabs and barekfast bad vary bad service.

Clean and nice rooms. Breakfast is satisfying. the only problem I had was the noice coming from air conditioning unit. it was very irritating. next time I will definetly not going to stay at 8th floor.

Quite nice but rather expensive. Does not come even close to a 5 star hotel rating it claims to be. They do not accept any currency other than Turkish Liras. Good location though. No everyday fruit plates. Food is just OK.

There is nothing special about this hotel apart from very high prices! There are around 100 4 star hotels in the area and this hotel claims to be 4.5 stars! (I do not know what it means! ). Their prices are 5 star only but everything else is only 3 or max 4 stars. I do not recommend for value for your money. Go to another hotel in the area and pay half as much and get the same service and comfort.

Nice hotel with good location, "çok güzel" design of the hotel. The room are tidy and with very good isolation from the sound of the crowded street. I am coming here for 3rd time and I think I will repeat it again.
