Rooms are nice and the breakfast is great. One huge issue we had was that we couldn't sleep at night because of the loud music from the next door night club. Our room was on the first floor and very near the club so I asked the receptionist to change our room, but she refused saying that the noise could be heard in all the rooms and life goes on! The noise was so bad that we could hardly sleep all four nights that we were there. I will not go to this hotel anymore.

The worst hotel ever in Istanbul. I Couldn’t sleep for two nights because of the noise in the room from other rooms, Water noise from other rooms, and people talks Loud. The receptions didn’t do any thing even though I spoke to them twice. I never seen careless hotel like this hotel before. Not only that, the rooms supposed to be non smoking, every one smokes around.

The hotel was in a very favorable location, close to the bustle and nightlife area of Taksim… So after a shower, we went out to give a Vueltín for that neighborhood, so interesting and enjoyable.

Hotel is nice and l excellent location.

No one answered the phone when we tried to reach the front desk and ask for towel. We asked for towels in the morning but never got the clean towels. The handle bar in the bath tub was rused and dropped in the tub. Our flight was late night. The front desk person asked for 50 euro for couple of hours… when we decided to pay the fee fir extra day 50 euro. The front staff asked for 60 euro. The lack if consistency abd trying to help the guest rather than makibg profit. Poor communication. Hardly staff can speak English. It is Only close to the metro. Will not go back again. Whatch out this hotel is not a 5 or 4 star hotel.

The hotel is cold, the air conditioners in the heating mode do not work, the staff explained it by the fact that some customers are hot (what I have, followed by a logical question that those who are hot, can turn on the cooling mode) Well there on the last day, and money from purse pulled out, impressions mass!

The only thing why we book in this hotel is just becouse near to the metro station and easy to go to the bus going to the airport, and just a short period of time I think so those who wanted to stay longer time it is not adviceble specially those couple whose looking for something hilarious it is all ordinary the room are old style good for the people whose on business just to go for the meeting and back to the hotel to sleep the bathroom are not too clean as you notice the flooring of the bathroom are dirty and smelly coz of the cleaner can't use the water for cleaning there's no outlet for the water to drain cleaner are just muffing the floor which is not safety for the guest that why everytime you go inside you will smell stingky urine omg how disgusting it is. It is not way to criticise the hotel but I think its a time to change many things you are doing the business but of course need to look the safeness of the guests but anyway staff are good and very attentive.

As for me this hotel deserve 3 star as a maximum. The room was very old our bathroom was have water leaks and the room furniture old fashion. Air conditioner it's not working all the time. Wi-Fi was very fast. Room service was very good.

Good location but a little old.

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Make sure to get upper floor rooms to enjoy the view and avoid night shift noise from nearby clubs. The pool was good although the water was cold and when I told the guy he said it’s 28 centigrade degrees (which obviously wasn’t).

It's most like 2-3 star hotel. Unorganized hotel (we paid € as deposit, they returned the change in TL) when asked why, they said we don't have change?! So 4* hotel don't have € change?! Room ok and clean but I will definitely try other hotel in the same area. To sum it up, if you have choice, look somewhere else. Make sure to have swimming cap otherwise the sale you cap with high money (€)

Good hotel in a nice place and very clean and calm area suitable for family.
