Stayed here for two weeks for a family reunion. It is a decent place to stay, but certainly not a 5-star hotel in North American standard. Details follow: +/ — LOCATION: It has a central location. It is in walking distance from Taksim square and all its amenities. There are lots of restaurants as well as small supermarkets nearby. The problem with this location is that it's extremely crowded and polluted. Traffic in this area is really heavy. The neighborhood is loud all day and night, and you encounter all kinds of people. Might not be appropriate for minors. + ROOMS: Hotel rooms are relatively small. We were a couple and a toddler staying in a double room with a crib. The room was alright for the three of us and our luggage, but we had to stay very organized all the time so we could move around. Room amenities include an electric water boiler, complementary tea, coffee and 2 bottles of water per day, a mini bar at an additional charge, a small cooler, a safe-box and a hairdryer. There's no iron or ironing board in the rooms. Toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. There's no body lotion so take yours with you. There's also a sewing set, black shoe polish, shower cap, nail file, cotton pads and swabs and a plastic comb available in the rooms. The rooms also have a shower as well as a tub with Jacuzzi jets. There's laundry service available at an additional cost. The towels and sheets are dated and stained and need an update.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and very helpful staff, but the food was their weakness. And every time they made up my room, I had to remind them to replace the water and coffee. It was Ramadan so maybe the staff wasn't at their best. I am willing to go back and give it another try.

I Do Love Istanbul The city is beautiful and I highly recommend every one to come and visit this great city with its Beautiful and good soul people❤️ Peaple love to help and they love to make you happy and satisfied someone said they are very happy I really Loved them and know I will miss them so much♥️♥️ As I wanted a perfect vacation I chose Elite World Taksim and I am happy that I did it great As it is in Taksim you can say it is in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities in the world (you can even hear the sound of its pulses☺️) If you need a good travel that allways smile as you remmember it or want to go somewhere that is both Modern and Aincient place, Istanbul may be your best choose Walking in Isteqlal street will make you fresh and full of energy As I want to add some words about hotel, I have to say it was perfect in every thing It was so clean — your room cleans everyday and has a nice view of the city — morning breakfast has good various kind of foods and it’s also so delicious — the Hotel has a beautiful laby — beautiful pool — nice and very kind workers and receptionists *I have to say my special thanks to MARAL* She was always so nice and kind and I told her > ♥️YOU WILL JUST LOVE YOUR TRAVEL♥️

A nice hotel with a very kind stuff you really will enjoy it the price also is not too high The food is reall like expected The most important point is the location it is really close to tagsim square whcih is a place you need to visit for sure if you are going to Turkey. Also close to touristic offices where you can book your trip very fast Recommendation is to discuss the price of the trip with the office before agree as they add most of the time some money on top Hope that this was helpful Thank you.

I have been staying at the hotel Elite World Istanbul and all the work in the hotel are wonderful and distinctive was the presence of a girl who receives and help us named Ghazl and was in constant contact and ask us for all we need from the assistant thanks to the management of the hotel and special thanks to the wonderful employee named Ghazl and wished success and success in your life and your business.

There is no territory near the hotel at all. Do you want a cup of coffee outside? Then stay in front of the hotel entrance… Or you need to go to the nearest café. From the pros-nearby Gisi Park. A very shower place.

If the size of rooms is not important for you, it is a good hotel. I think the size of rooms is not as bigger as other 5 Star hotels. For us 2 with 1 baby was small. The TV was old with limited channel and breakfast can be better but I think they don't want. The pool wather was cold for my daughter. I think in this area it is a good hotel with good location. But the hotel should be better with attention this point.

I'm currently staying at this hotel. The location is great as it is very close to Istiklal street (heart of Istanbul). The hotel stuff are very professional and especially the guest relations stuff. Special praise for Imen, Guzel, and Funda.

Very good and attentive service, the stay was very pleasant.

Can't understand why on earth this place would have 5*, filthy rooms, box TV old telephone no general hotel supplies and loud noises at night from concerts nearby. Only up side was the waiters who was brilliant.

It's OK! In the center, but could be cleaner.

I stayed in this hotel three times and always had good experience. Breakfast is good. Conference equipment and rooms are big and you get good prices with good service. I can thank Fekreyi if she is there, she will make your day better. Rooms are big and clean. Nice swimming pool and gym. M5 bus station is nearby. You can find some good restaurants around as well. Shuttle bus to Ataturk Airport are regular and takes less than ten minutes. Very helpful and nice place to stay if you are visiting Istanbul for couple business days.

We've been resting since I was 12.1, 2018. We loved everything, and the hotel itself (although the experience is that Istanbul only has hotels and cafes), and the staff, and the room, and the service. We were very pleased (travel more than 10 years, have been in different hotels) and recommend everyone.

Nice hotel and well known in the middle of taksim square, nice staff and very warm Rooms. I recommend for this hotel for money wise.

The handle bar in bathroom was broken. We had an early morning flight staff was not willing to offer half pruce for extra hours. And we decided to add exyra day they changed the peuce asked for a suit price than a double. It is very hard to communicate with staff. The speak only Turkush. On perso was able to speak English who was offering farse price. The location is good close to metro, restueants, and easy to commute.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of istanbul. Very close to taksim square (3 min. Walking) Modern hotel, very elegant, food was great and tasty. Spa was great, nice and clean, professional staff and treatments. Recommended Hotel! (Really)

Great hotel. The breakfast is really good. The pool is great. Rooms are clean. Make sure you get a room in higher floors; not only because of the city view, but also to avoid nearby club’s distactions at night.

You leave the room immediately or we will call the security … with a very disrespectful way and a very bad education that was the phrase I heard when I picked the phone up at 00:40 am while I was leaving the room the day 15/8/2017 after we paid for a full wedding this same day. Bad treatment from the hotel staff, I expected a more respectful treatment from the "5 star hotel". I advice every single person reading this to not go to this hotel even for free.

Location is Good, but the area it self is bad. Breakfast is very bad. Rooms is tiny and AC does not cool properly.

Not worth my dime. My bathtub still dirty despite the daily room cleaning. Don't get a room with balcony facing the front side/ entrance, there is too much noise from a nearby live performance club. I paid 130 euros for this.

Good enough in compare with other hotels in this area.

A great hotel but there is a problem of the language and the menu also written has the Turki language really it's a pity.

It's most like 2-3 star hotel. Unorganized hotel (we paid € as deposit, they returned the change in TL) when asked why, they said we don't have change?! So 4* hotel don't have € change?! Room ok and clean but I will definitely try other hotel in the same area. To sum it up, if you have choice, look somewhere else. Make sure to have swimming cap otherwise the sale you cap with high money (€)

Outside hui, inside Ugh! This saying seems to apply here exactly. I can recommend this hotel! Price Leistunsgverhältnis is extremely bad. For a 5 star hotel to let poor service, unfriendly staff at the front desk, the cleanliness in the room to the desired. The breakfast is too much on Arab guests. 95% Arab guests, the doors are always open and the children play in the hallway! Conversations in the hallway could well be traced in the room.
In the bathroom, toilet brush and hooks for towels were missing. Although the bathrobe was charged in full, you had to separately for everything. Service throughout was room service wait times very bad, up to 1 hour for coffee / tea, or was simply forgotten!
Especially the ladies at the front desk very unfriendly. Restaurant staff is busy but it isn't run…
And concludes yet an own taxi chauffeur was recommended by the hotel us, which has collected 60 TL from us instead of 30 TL.

I don't understand four or five stars? Five stars don't deserve them. 4 stars It's decent. Problems: Hotel and tourist city and there is only the language Turk, English just right! It is up to the hotel and not the clients to make the effort to make themselves understood. (Arabic, French Spanish etc…). 1/2 employees Comprehensifs and 1/2 not smiling and trying at all costs to put an end to the discussion without having satisfied the customer, I do not know moreover what they do to the hotel, if they feel superior they only have to go to find another job! Instead of considering themselves as mouth holes. You have to love a trade to do it instead of causing harm to your employer.

Very nice hotel, close to taqsim square where everything is a 2 mins walk, helped us with going on tour buses, the receptionist was soo rude though october 2014.

Bad reception and very bad rooms.

I have been at Elite World Istanbul Hotel for two months in 2012. I liked Elite World Hotel and their facilities. The hotel is also in the city center. I could go easily every place where I want. Their restaurants, fit life and Coffee Company are very good. Thanks for their service.

Language problem… in a 5 * Front office staff must know at least two languages.
