Low quality of service … dirty, old and ruined rooms (The cigarette filter was under our bed and many hair was on mattress when we got the room), Employees do not care about your wishes, The air conditioner had only one state and There was no degree of cold temperature setting so we didnt sleep cause of the cold… And so many bad experiences.

This hotel is not a 4 stars hotel! this is a 2 stars maximum hotel, what an awful place to have a vacation! I can't talk enough about our family's terrible experience in this hotel, the staff are extremely rude and ignorance, the place is so low-equipped and absolutely nothing works here! The A/C was not working and the room had one tiny window and if you open it you cannot sleep from street noises, when we told the reception he said he will fix it tomorrow and there is nothing he can do in an aggressive voice and no manners, when we asked for an extra blanket as we are 2 in the room he said he doesn't have any extra blanket in the hotel, so we should turn off the AC so the room becomes hot and we won't need to use blankets. It was a terrible and unbelievable experience that took away the pleasure out of our vacation in Istanbul.

It was a nice and cozy hotel, we were satisfied as we just wanted to rest at night. The room was clean and housekeeping did its job satisfactorily. The folks at the reception were helpful recommending sights and giving address.

I would have given a 0 star if I could've. The hotel is terrible, rooms are very small and some of them have a 5 by 10 inches window that does not open fully. Worst beds are infested with bedbugs. And hotel staff are rude and don't even try to help. The only none negative thing for this hotel is the location that is relatively good.

We stayed in this hotel in October 2017 for three nights. The hotel has good access. It is close to the metro station and taxi station of Taksim Square. The appearance of the hotel is fairly clean The rooms are not clean and are not suitable for the four star hotel. In-room facilities include: Mini-bar Saif Box Hairdryer There is no ironing in the room Smoking is prohibited and the room light is low The hotel's breakfast is good and includes a hot and cold drink. Bread, Omelet Bar, Fruit, Sausage, Salami, and … and charging is done well. The restaurant's space is relatively small and usually should wait for the empty table. The encounter is friendly and intimate. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, but the internet speed is very low and sometimes unusable. Overall, this hotel is not suitable for a four-star hotel, especially for room cleanliness.

Not recommended, not clean, smell not good, dirty not 4 star hotel.

— We book two rooms with connecting door, we got one room with living room and they put the extra bed! so all of us have to share the only bathroom in the suit! — Reception staff wasn't helping for finding the rooms that we have book for! it seem that they gave it to someone else! leaving us with no option. -Breakfast the same food no changing in the menu, in the third day you get less interest! — Breakfast area not clean, some food was on the floor, staff putting falling bread on the buffet with their hand back to the basket! — There is 2 small elevator (carry only 3 people), you need 15 min. At less to get down or to go up to your room. Otherwise use the stairs! — lobby always dirty in the afternoon, they actually clean it once. — Rooms wasn't clean, there are some dust on the tables. — Great location, in heart of Istanbul and near the metro — Many restaurants near the hotel.

It made out stay in Istanbul as comfortable as it can get the staffs most especially Mr Guven was very accomodating. We stayed for 11 nights.

Regular service. It's a good hotel, but not as good as a 4 stars hotel could be. The rooftop view at breakfast is awesome.

Good location, the rooms are very dirty, the breakfast buffet not that good and the service is bad and the staff is very rude.

Bad room service, the AC was not working, plumbing issues in bathrooms, terrible Wi-Fi, bad noise isolation, very small elevator and very bad ceilings, bad lightening and bad ventilation system, the bus couldn't stop in front of the hotel to pick our luggage we had to walk to it. The best thing about it is it's location verrryy close to taksim square.

Very dirty walls and dirty bathroom. And THE WORKERS ARE VERY VERY RUDE! And the reception men all day just talk about how much they hate the turkish president Erdogan. Like I am a tourist I want to see the country and the city but the first thing he put into my face how bad president they have. He should keep his opinion for himself!

Location is great next to taksim square and very close to bus and metro stations. Hotel not fansy at all. Closets are very small, refregirator wasn't working well, cleaning was okay. Wifi was very slow. I'll not stay there again.

Very bad hotel. Especially its elevator too old and too bad. I would never go back there again.

Cons: Thats a grave not a room, I cant even open my bag cuz the room is too small. No Wi-Fi. Not so clean rooms. Noisy site. Hot air conditioning. Icy showers cuz no water heater. Elevator is too small, sometimes it stuck and u have to call them for help. The room cleaner only change the trash bag. Staff doesnt help i. E carrying bags. Hotel is next to clubs where trans and prostitutes are waiting/inviting by the door. Stay away from this hotel Pros: 5mins to bus station and metreo 5mins to taksim/istklal road Suggestion book a hotel in Sultanahmet area.

Small rooms not so clean, good location.

Simple hotel, small Room but clean, nice breakfast, nice people, nothing to get entertain & over all 3 stars enough.

Too simple for a 4 star hotel. And NEVER ask front desk to call a taxi. Better get a taxi on street and go on regular price.

Great Location to go anywhere.

The location is great it's about 10 steps to Taksim square. But the hotel building isn't that good and the rooms bed are so noisy also you will hear the cars and people talks police alarm and the night clubs loud music. So you will feel like sleeping on the street. The breakfast is average but the service is poor the room service doesn't show on the second day that's all for the moment and I'll update you later.

Nice hotel, hospitality is great, location is great.

Simple hotel to be in the center of Istanbul.
The decoration is childish, but is clean, treat you well and buffet breakfast is simple but valid.
