I really enjoyed my break at crowne Plaza. The room was beautiful the place is clean. However I was expecting to swim in indoors swimming pool that still close. From the booking it was said that sauna and swim pool was available. Another situation there was sunbath outdoors the swim pool that were all reserved. Unfortunately couldn’t get a place there because the sign saying reserved but also from my balcony nobody was using the space. Please next time give the correct information to customers. I would choose another hotel if I knew that the indoors swimming pool was closed.

The customer service is one of the worst I have experienced in terms of the Crowne Plaza and 5 star hotels. I would take a 3 star hotel with friendly service over the Crown Plaza. Its a shame because the facilities are really good, but from the manager to the restaurant staff, all are grumpy unhelpful and generally do not know what customer service entails! Had to move hotels during the stay as the customer service made it unpleasant! After I asked numerous times for the feedback email to be sent across, it never came through! I wonder why they don't want feedback!

Perfect located at the beach side, nice rooms, friendly staff, close to the Florya shopping mall and restaurants.

Cons: Noisy from airplanes landing near by every few minutes. Housekeeping isn’t good with cleaning and replacing water and other complementaries. Breakfast buffet is below average and crowded. Even though it’s in a nice area, the hotel is far from the center. Pros: Nice view by the sea. Receptionists do their best to accommodate the guests.

We have been going to Turkey for more than 15 years, so far this is one of the best hotels we stayed in. The fascinating location near the sea besides the great amenities of the hotel makes everything just perfect. All the staff we met were extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast is comprehensive and delicious. Next year we'll definitely go back to Crowne Plaza Florya.

This hotel is excellent. 1. Check in was easy. Cehan took the time to show me a couple of rooms to make sure I liked them. 2. Two pools are available. 140cm deep. Outside is cold and the indoor is warm. Need swimming cap for the inside pool. 3. Rooms are spacious and clean. 4. Access to the beach sidewalk from the hotel by room key. 5. Breakfast had many varieties and was great. 6. Florya mall is near by with shops restaurants and an aquarium for the kids to enjoy. One star missing because any request or complain does not get solved by calling reception. You have to go there. Also if you are a light sleeper you might get annoyed from airplanes noise landing.

Excellent hotel I could say the best Crown plaza in Turkey. Staff are very professional helpful and very welcoming. Family Suite was perfect for family with Kids, swimming pool view near by location are what makes this hotel my favorite of all. Well done and keep it up.

Been there on a business trip. Nice hotel, very close to the airport, and conveniently located. Rooms are nice, very comfortable, and clean! Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of different food, suiting all the different tastes. Hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant, with a nice menu. My only comment will be in regards to the waiters, which I found a little unpolite, during all my staying, with extremely long wait, and some wrong orders, even after I point that out to the manager. Depending on which runway is in use, the hotel might be a little noisy.

Brand new hotel. Stayed in May 2018. The outside pool was not ready. If you want to use the indoor pool, you need to buy a cap (no thanks! ). Rooms are nice, except the view over the "garden" which is more a wall than a garden. TV/AC weren't working. Had to call thrice the reception. Already needs to change the carpets in the corridors, there were many stains.

It's a nice place to stay just a shame they never said the pool area would be closed and 're opened from 1st off June. So hot as u like and no pool to use… would deffo come back but after 1st June x.

Exceptional, best hotel to relax and all ur nerds nearby and there is a crazy big mall walking distance and amazing sea views Also near airport.

This hotel has an interesting architecture. The lobby is located on the top floor and rooms are underneath. The rooms are spacious. The balconies are nice with a view over the sea to the right. The style is ok, too colorful and in someways can be disturbing. The location is great, very ose to the airport and perfect for transit. Next to the hotel you will find a mall and Istanbul Aquarium. The only reason I did not rate this venue with 5 stars is its style and rooms being too colorful, but I guess that's a matter of taste.

Great hotel. Specially if you are on a business trip and your business is around istanbul ataturk airport. The hotel is adjacent to the best shopping mall of istanbull called aqua florya.

Extremely horrible hotel. This year I stayed in this hotel 5 times, those 5 times were in the ok-great range. But on my 6th stay which was from August 29 to September 7 2017 was a nightmare. First of all the rooms were dirty I checked in into the room only to find bits of food and stains in the room, I was calm about that thinking that they were going to clean it the other day. I came back the second day the room was still filthy, now I had more luggage for me that was dropped in the lobby. So I had to wait for the porters for three hours to bring my luggage but they still didn't, so I went to the lobby and was surprised to see my luggage thrown in the middle of the extremely crowded lobby. During all of the stay they only had two porters and they were extremely rude and when I asked one of them to help me with my things here replied to me with "no". And he started complaining to me about the lack of staff which wasn't my problem. Also the hallways were extremely dirty, and the rooms had a very bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Another thing was the room service was horrible the food was bad, for one sandwich they used cake instead of the bun!. And now to sum it all up is one event that happened at 2:00AM in the morning, you may see that someone has written about this same event but that happened at a completely different time. So what happened was at 2:00AM suddenly the fire alarm goes on saying that there is a fire in the building and everyone must evacuate.

It was nice and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection, but nothing was very nice (but OK. ) I asked for a club room going in, and told they didn't have that type of room here. Then I saw the floor listed in the elevator. Weird. TV wouldn't stay shut off at night. I'm sure they'd have fixed it but I was too tired to get up and dressed again.

A great new hotel for a layover, however be advised that the beach is not accessible. There is a nice shopping mall nearby and a few good cafes and restaurants with amazing sea views.

Very nice hotel, very friendly, helpful reception and service staff. Outdoor areas and room balconies make the very best of it's wonderful situation. A remarkable airport hotel with coastal areas shops and restaurants nearby. We ate dinner overlooking the sea and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not cheap (food and drink) but probably about right for the location and standard. Will definitely be back!

Hotel is great, too spacy, great food and staff. Connected to center with public transport — bus. Free shutle every hour to the airport. Rooms should be cleaner, but generaly great hotel with view on the sea. There are aquarium and shooing mall beside with lots of restaurants on sea side.

Really convenient to get to the airport via free shuttle every hour starting at 6am. 00 Great clean spacious rooms, spectacular bathroom.
The only drawback: right on the planes landing route!

The staff at the hotel were spectacular. The night manager who checked us in our first night there (0100 on 25-Aug-2017) was great, and the staff at the outdoor restaurant/ lounge on the water were superb. Our last night there, one of the servers brought us excellent herbal tea, and it was better than we expected.

This hotel is located at the beautiful area of Florya where you can enjoy the sea view, restaurants, cafes, shopping centres and parks. It is very clean and will maintained. There is a restaurant and a nice pool area. Aqua Florya mall is just next door with lots of fine dining restaurants and cafes and tens of shops and stores. The employees are very nice and helpful. Enjoy your stay.

Superb hotel in great location just 5mins from airport. The rooms are well equipped and extremely comfortable. Free Wifi strong throughout hotel. Food top notch. Only negative would be light sleepers may be disturbed by regularity of planes as located under flight path. Overall excellent and would definately stay there again.

The hotel its self is rather nice, one can feel the holiday vibe during the summer… Nice out door pool, not over crowded however due to the fact that the hotel is located close to the airport the jet engine sounds tend to become disturbing, but an amazing when they fly over head none the less… breakfast is poor and the kitchen staff are not freindly or helpful. View and hotel layout is really nice.

The hotel is very nice and surrounding are malls along with plush restaurants. Sadly the down part is its close to the airport and every few minutes you will be annoyed by the jets streaming the grind because they prepare ro land. As always crowne plaza rooms are adequately equipped with all the stuff. The bathroom is the best place.

Modern, new hotel. Was free upgegrated. Huge suite with two balconies overlooking the sea. Flight noise has bothered me a little bit therefore a point less. Great location for shopping center and Aquarium. Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Happy again!

Huge disappointment, checked in here for a week with intentions to stay longer. Unfortunately staff were very disrespectful and inconsiderate. Reception staff were good. However I can't say the same for the bar, restaurant staff I won't give names but it was on so many occasions and Several staff. dont waste your money here. Unpleasant staying here as they talk behind your back (swear in Turkish) they clearly thought I don't speak Turkish make you wait hours to get service even though there not busy and when asking for service they mouth off TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT (They don't like foreign people)

Very new and elegant hotel with just one disadvantage: noise from planes, because of situation on landing pist in ATATURK Airport.

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Bring swimming hat if you want to swim as otherwise you have to buy it for 20 liras. Room service nice and food good. Modern and good beds. Nice with kids.

Superb hotel near Istanbul airport, very spacious and modern, bed and pillows are super comfy, most important of all staff are friendly, very helpful and professional. It is only a 5-minute walk from a huge mall next door where you can dine and shop to pass the time. It was snowing heavily when I was there (reason for my stay as flight was cancelled), and I managed to use an underground parking passageway to get to the mall. Hourly shuttle is also provided between the hotel and the airport.
