Worst ever! Extremly bad. Low quality, unfriendly stuf, rooms are small, cleanless in fact dirty, breakfast poor. Pool looks nice but you will got astma if use it. I' we stayed in one dollar hostel which was better than this … whatever it is. Score — 1! Do not try! Do not judge by the pictures!

It's gloomy, it's dirty. The only plus is the airport nearby.

Perfect cleaning friendly atmosphere everything very nice.

My wife and I were making a pit stop in Istanbul and stayed at this property only for one night. On the date of this review (5th August, 2018) the hotel is only 20 days old. So as you can imagine everything here is brand new. The room we stayed in was not very big an most of the space was occupied by the bed. There was a closet and a small table. We only had enough space to open one suitcase. The place a had a small balcony and couple of chairs. The bathroom had hot water and was rather big compared to the room. We were offered complimentary breakfast in the morning. It was a traditional Turkish breakfast with bread, cheese, butter, egg, jam and tea. What I really enjoyed was the personal greet and meet of the owner of the hotel. We missed our breakfast by 10 mins but after calling him he made sure we had food. He also waived us bye with couple bottles of water. Hotel business is all about service and if the owner continues with this personal this place could be great. Only advice, place all amenities in visible area :)

I stayed here last month and can honestly say it was an enjoyable experience. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I am next in Istanbul and would highly recommend :)

Skip this hotel. Wifi doesn't work, AC doesn't work, staff is not helpful, it is dingy and gross. I highly recommend against it, it made our trip really difficult and unrestful.

Don't make the mistake of choosing this place. Mold in the bathrooms, no kettle, internet never works. I had to change rooms 3 times and nothing. The a/c doesn't even work properly. Definitely would not come here again. Breakfast is terrible, stale food. BEWARE: They own Sevcan hotel as well and it is more expensive and the same situation. Especially the bathroom mold situation.

The hotel is sheltered in the rain and cold, so thank you for the shelter. But this is a normal second-class hotel on the road-inexpensive and close. Nice girl at the reception quickly issued a room. The room was clean and clean. The request to rectify the situation responded quickly and provided another number. It is not necessary to wait for ideal cleanliness.
Breakfast was regular but tasty.
More good than bad.

++: being close to the airport — : everything else, not just dirty, it is like it has never been cleaned, bad behavior from the staff, bad service, no toilet paper, none of the appliances in the room works properly, it is a complete opposite of comfortable! we had to stay here because another hotel cancelled on us when we were on board of our flight to Istanbul and we had no other place to go at the time.

I advise you to take this hotel door of the shower break no breakfast no sauna no hammam no swimming pool outside indoor swimming pool average no massage also gaummage none of that 0 star.

Air conditioning did not work. The staff have been around until we get another room. You really thought we were sleeping at 30 degrees! Fridge didn't work either. I mentioned it several times, but no great interest was shown! There is only one star from me, because the service is poor and the rooms have to be checked before guests ' Reference!

Worst hotel stay EVER after a missed flight at IST. Careful, STAY AWAY! Old badly maintained building, extremely (! ) dirty, beds, stains and hairs from previous guests, bathroom sticky and dirty, has not been cleaned for ages. Grey towels, no WLAN, no english speaking service, no proper lighting — NOTHING! Unsafe! Extremely loud due to high traffic location. Beware — do not go there.

A NIGHTMARE — never stay there No 4 star at all, max a 1 star or no star at all — Everything (table, fridge, chair, curtains, floor etc) in the room is broken, is badly mended or is not working. Filthy and dirty. VERY badly isolated, you think the people are in your room, you even smell the cigarette smoke as if they are in your room. Windows goes onto a light shaft 1m wide, you can jump into the room of your opposite neighbour. Unfriendly personel. Forgot the wake up call on the second morning. You had to beg for a receipt for the payment; Did'nt take the breakfast (incl in price) but when I asked for a bottle of water I had to pay. You will never want to live this.

Avoid at all costs. Booked in there after cancelled flight at IST — if your airline puts you there, insist to go elsewhere. Rooms are dirty (linen surprisingly wasn't), mice woke me up at 6am, breakfast was mostly inedible (bread and eggs was all I could have), staff don't speak English, bathroom was so dirty that you couldn't have a shower in there without the fear of catching something. It is exceptionally noisy so you don't dare open the window; none of the aircons work. Wifi doesn't work in the room, but it works in the lobby. The photos are exceptionally dated — the building is now a creamy, dirty white with aircon units outside all the windows (although none work). The pictures of the rooms must be really old, I didn't see any headboards etc. Lastly, the map location is VERY deceiving — it's tagged at the back of the building. The hotel actually directly faces the 12-lane highway. Some rooms will face the highway, others won't (our room didn't, but it was still very noisy).

Stay away! Dirty and old. They say it is 4 stars, but it's a lie. The breakfast was also horrible.
