Excellent services are worth the city.

We just stayed one day at this clean hotel.
breakfast and service is very good.

A bit strange as far as hotels go. Small things were missing and they only offer room servoxe between 5 and 11 pm. The sandwich we ordered was pretty atrocious so we didn't bother with it again. The staff tried to be helpful but only after we pressed them. Great location for people visiting Konya to see the whirling dervishes and the Rumi museum because both are right next door.

Good and very clean, but the service wasn't expected from a hotel like this one, we expected a bestter service compared to the one we got, price is resonable.

It's a high quality hotel for a small city like Konya. The staff are actually nice once you make an effort to speak Turkish. The buffet is great and is very near Mawlana's place which is the main attraction in Konya. The bazaar is just soon after Selimiyeh mosque. Do learn some words in Turkish. Konya is really a small town so English is not widely understood.

Loved this hotel. Excellent location, short walk to most attractions. No taxi needed to move around in surrounding area. Staff friendly. Continental breakfast was scrumptious and large variety to choose from. Overall I strongly recommend and would stay here myself on my next trip. Hotel rates are priced well below of what should be charged which makes this the ideal choice of stay when in Konya.

Staff not friendly at all. Never greated us on arrival. Never helped us ladies with our language at all. Room had a musty smell.

Beautiful and right next to Rumi! Holistic feel to place room so beautiful. Wonderful garden and patio to sit in and breakfast to die for. So beautiful and will definitely go back one day if I get the chsnce.

Good location closed to Maulana Museum (10 min walk). Next to the Maulana Cultural Center where they have weekly religious and cultural activities! Food is good, rooms are clean, little difficulty in communicating with the Hotel staff due to their limited English language!

The hotel is very comfortable esp the beds are super comfy. Overall neat and clean but not one of the cleanest hotels. Toilets need some major renovation. Towels given were also not that clean. The hotel is near all the main tourist spots. Staff is also very courteous.

It is a nice city hotel that you can enjoy staying and also easily reach local places from the hotel. I think that the breakfast could have been better.

I was travelling with my family of 3 kids under 12yrs, so 5 in total for 2 nights stay. The room was ok and extra bed provided. The room housekeeping was terrible… beds not made after a day of walking around in Konya. The breakfast is nothing to shout about when compared to other (cheaper and lesser) places we've stayed at. The service attention was also lacking and the chef was churning out a plate full of oily omelette : — (. The overwhelming positive is the location and general cleanliness. If you're going for business it's a great place but not for a long holiday trip with family.

English spoken by at least one people at the frontdesk. Service from the frontdesk could be more friendly. Whereas service from the restaurant is EXCELLENT. Especially during breakfast. They even serve you fruits that you may ask for. Overall, nice and cumfortable hotels.

Visited my family all the way from untied states and we reserved a wedding salon in Hilton for my sisters wedding, the manager we made the intial contract with was Mr. Ahmed which was very kind and helpful but unfortunately we were told that he was moved to a different store and was replaced with Mr. Murat. So Mr. Murat was supposed to help us with setting up and accommodating with everything for the wedding. I want to say Mr. Murat and his serving crew was very rude and are very terrible at customer service. The wedding didn't go as planned because of Murat bay and his unprofessional crew. I paid for everything and all the food and drinks were inclusive but I was getting complaints from my guests telling me that the servers weren't serving them food because when the servers were serving my guests had stepped out to the restroom. Like they missed the food because they had to step out to the restroom. Also when my guests would ask for refills for drinks the servers were being rude and denying their requests. Also Mr. Murat was being rude to us because of how we wanted to do our wedding and we weren't going to do it his way. The contract also included a room for the night for the bride and the groom but Mr. Murat was trying to tell us that he wasn't aware of what Mr. Ahmed had said to us in the initial contract. But he was obviously lying because he told us several times when we met before the wedding that it was inclusive he was just trying to over charge us.

The lobby is very hot, air conditioning not sufficient. Expensive hotel.

Great hotel with fantastic staff and located in an ideal locality. Everything is within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. We only stayed a night here during our short trip to Konya and found the facilities here to be more than adequate. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of variety. The dinner was a buffet with some decent a la carte options, again a decent enough variety to satiate any palate. The only reason I am taking off a star is because our room became extremely hot late at night as the air conditioner stopped cooling altogether. At one point, the temperature in our room was touching 26°C (78.8°F) in the middle of summer! I had to turn off the blower completely and then reset everything before the AC started cooling again a full two hours later at 6am. My parents in the room next door also complained about the same issue, not sure if it was just bad luck or if this is an unannounced feature at the hotel.

Typical Hilton, but only two lifts to the entire building, the mini bar is absent and do not take advantage of the fire escape-the doors do not open.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights, as Konya was part of my journey through Turkey. My room was large and clean. I wanted to visit to a Dervish religious ceremony and the museum, which was quite close but I didn't know how to reach it. Fortunately at front desk there was a lady, Mariya, who was so helpful, she gave me a map, pointed to the best tourist route in the city and explained to me exactly where to go and what to see. Thanks to her, this was a highlight of my trip to Turkey and it was amazing.
