Good and friendly service.

Very nice hotel, even nicer staff members.

The staff is friendly and it feels like my own home.

Stayed in March 2021. Disappointed! Old, dusty, dirty room, with leaky linens and a dirty bathroom in which there was someone else's hair everywhere! And for this they take a deposit! 🤨

Hilton’a are not really good hotels and this one have smoke smell in the rooms.

Excellent service particularly Mr Onder at reception and Mr Volkan at Exec lounge. Beautiful room, pleasant and well appointed. Hotel is in a great location in the Cbd area. Full breakfast, free valet car parking, great Wi-Fi and excellent value for money. Highly recommended. Impressive as expected for most Hilton hotel venues. My wife and I had an enjoyable 2 day break at this great hotel. Thank you. Ahmet & Vesna, Melbourne Australia.

Excellent hotel, amazing staff and high quality services. The hotel features a health club with a swimming pool — although it isn't advertised much. For me it was a nice surprise. The restaurant has a diverse menu that includes several traditional Turkish dishes, which are really delicious. Overall a great experience.

Great staff, until last day (for some reason). Stuff was taken from my room, I believe by the staff due to some mixup with checking out. Trivial stuff but I needed it. And they don't seem interested in sorting it out, maybe because it's my last night here. Up to now service has been exceptional, so this is a pity. Also room phone is now blocked for some reason. I suppose Marriott the next time.

This hotel so bad respection not respect and they dont talk good english the mangers not that kind of frank persons their truble makers so bad and the room caeds need change so match even we find insects in the breakfast food the hotel lobby carpets soooooooo dirty they dont like to help people rooms so small hose keeping dont clean good so bad exeictive lounge so dirty seats carpets.

We always try to stay at the Hilton. A nice hotel in a good location. Clean rooms. Everything you need at hand. Responsive staff.

Very nice hotel. We lived here for a few days in May of this year. The perfect location is the city centre, close to all the sights. The room is big and light. Pleasant and responsive staff.

Breakfast is not perfect… maybe they should add couple of more options to their menu! Staff are kind and friendly! You gonna love them! Indoor pool and gym is fantastic… however, indoor pool is a little bit small to swim. Rooms are like rooms in 4* hotels… I believe they should be cleaner! One weird thing, there's a door in my room which opens to the room next to me. It's locked but my neighbors once tried to open it and I was like freaked out :) ) ) (photo attached) ! Power comes and goes like 5 times a day in my room ☹️☹️☹️! There are a lot of restaurants around here. Some stores too, but it's not like you gonna find every brand you want. Your options for shopping is limited and you need to take a cab to AnkaMall.

Excellent choice in Ankara. Perfect location by hand of everything. Many business options and meals. The breakfast is perfect and the dinner a treat. Fully recommended in pairs, groups, friends.

All Hilton amenities and reasonably middle sized rooms. Generous helpings and prompt room service. Well Laid out, varied breakfast buffet. Amazing! Great view!

Always a decent hotel. Rooms are nice, bed is comfi. Lounge is good especially for breakfast. Service in general not too bad but definitely I cant say outstanding. Getting to the front doors and parking is a pain in the neck but it is located in a nice neighborhood.

Restaurant (breakfast buffet) is good. People are nice, service is good.

Excellent views and awesome service. The Executive Lounge was great, decent snacks, free drinks and great service in a private, quiet atmosphere.

When staying for work, I judge hotels on: Cleanliness 5 Internet speed. 5 Shower Pressure/Hot Water 5 Gym Size 4 1 is awful, 3 is good, and 5 is great. N/a means I did not use. **4 stars is everything on par, and I reserve 5 stars for something extraordinary that happened during my stay. 10/15

From afar it looks like a Hilton of those hotels that we see on TV but in truth this outside is nice but in the rooms the Wi-Fi does not arrive much and is bad. They also charge you very expensive drinks. In hotels in Istanbul we did not charge the bottles of water and here you cost 8 lire something like 2 to 3 dollars and do not talk about sodas. They also only give you 1 room card. I mean, if you go three of your family, they should always be awake. On the other hand is good that this a few blocks from the main.

Nice location, but old, I did not like the bathrooms they were Outdated.

Good place to have a conference. Venue is spacious and quiet. Service is good, food is ok.

Hilton Satandard. The king executive lounge room is very nice. The area is the best in Ankara. The only 2 drawback are the pillow collection very soft gave me an uncomfortable night sleep. The rooms are not highly soundproofed. Other than that you will have a great stay.

Didn't like it, because I requested non-smoking room, however, room smelt cigarettes; the hotel is modern, but I think it's better to be renovated or refreshed.

The breakfast is great in an elegant atmosphere. The hotel is good but part of the decor is old: reception and carpets and chairs in the room.

1-I have never seen a hotel that at 10:28 start to collect the breakfast from the tables in front of the clients. You have right to refuse new clients after 10:30 but its so rude to take the food out. 2-I got thier map to see where I am, its so funny that they put Iraq flag instead of Iran flag while Iran embassy is so close to them that you can see Iran embassy and the flag from almost any window. 3 — We payed for king size bed, we got king size but made by 2 side by side beds which made a hole in the middle. 4- So regulated and so expensive for the service you get.

The view out of room is incredible! This time the executive Lounge was nice and clean. The server was very friendly.

Located close to many attractions. Beautiful rooms and we'll stocked executive lounge. Views from the top floors is amazing. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Very good services, polite employees, high quality breakfast, clean rooms and halls, good views are remarkable features but swimming pool and jacuzzi was cold. In my point of view Hilton SA is one of the best ankara hotel.

It's very good, excellent and knowledgeable staff. Especially, I found remarkable the restaurant managers, who recognized us after our previous stay in 2 months. Only two comments are: the air conditions system which was still in winter conditions so room was hot; the second comment is about SPA which was not open even though they informed that it will be ready in mid April.

It's a very nice hotel which is centrally located in an up market area. It's clean, and the personnel are mostly very friendly. I was exposed to a problem with my e check-in, which was professionally solved by the Duty Manager. I'd recommend this hotel with confidence.

Nice hotel and a decent gym and indoor swimming pool. The area is in a good spot. Staff is extra friendly, but breakfast crew is not attentive on coffee. I stayed here a few nights and figured out where the coffee was kept behind the crew bench so made it my first stop. Tea is readily available but for some reason they have the coffee guarded.

Good room and staff but terrible internet. I think this is the first Hilton I've stayed at that has ever had this problem. The LAN connection is great but I cant always use it and sometimes we are dependent on the Wi-Fi. And the Wi-Fi is terrible. Signal is good but the network is not prepared to handle the amount of people who are accessing the Wi-Fi. I hold Hilton in high rehard but this is the first time they have not lived up to the standard. Internet access is a must as we need it for work too. It is so important that it weighs heavily on my rating.

I cant give star even of this hotel… very disappointed … is it possible after more of 50 nights stay for a last year at this hotel and many more time previous … from 22/04/2015 no one can answer of my simple questions? even I think no one can take responsibility … Very funny! I cant recommend no one this hotel.

After 2 years visiting HiltonSA Ankara I received very rude behavior from one of the duty manager on 22/04/2016 And after asking to meet the general manager of the hotel he gives me peace of paper to write my complains So I think deserve a bit better behavior and answer of my questions So with pleasure will wait to contact me more higher level manager to clear the situation and I prefer to happen face to face Thank you.

I had the most fantastic view over the city and out to the mountains — really lovely. The hotel wears its` Hilton brand well, good central location, clean and roomy with a lovely bathroom and products. The hotel is not new but as long as the cleaners keep up the excellent job it doesn't really matter. All staff that I encountered were pleasant. Highly recommend.

I was there in August of 2012 for 3 days and I found the hotel and staff to be very attentive to my needs. Everyone was friendly and when we inquired about things to do they lined everything up for us and that proved to be the best thing that we could have done. We got to see Ankara off the tourist path. The food was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable. When I go to Ankara again, I will stay at the Hilton. No complaints at all.

I stayed in the Ankara Hilton SA for two nights in January. The property is in a convenient location for strolling around with many good and convenient restaurants nearby. Our 11th floor room was very comfortable and had a spectacular view over the city. The decor of the room was modest and it was very clean.
