I was quite apprehensive in the beginning as I’d just checked out of one hotel for fumigating my floor without notifying me and didn’t get any kind of anything from the apparent 5 start hotel which is around the corner. Service and food was not great for the level of hotel it stands as. Anyway, in the Lugal Everyone from start to finish we’re and are so polite, respectful and I felt that they genuinely wanted to help if you were stuck with something. Not the experience I had previously. Food is amazing and what sold me was your health and wellness facilities. They are exceptional and I plan to come back with my whole family for them to experience the same.

Location is closed to restaurant, bar, park, etc. Gymnastic is quite spacious and morning buffet has rich variety but hotel itself is bit old.

Amazing buffet breakfast! Especially the fresh juices. Amazing pool and fitness center too. Cozy rooms in great location.

The more stars of the hotel, the worse you sleep. Incomprehensible air conditioning system makes you rather wanna sleep outdoor in a rainy-stormy mountain tent. Slippery bathroom. But nice breakfasts.

Nice hotel in the centre of things. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distances. The gym and the pool are first class facilities. It has a squash and tennis courts as well. The food served at the club lounge is delicious. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice including a healthy section and a diet one. Half price on drinks during happy hours in the lobby bar/restaurant while I was there. A jazz club in the basement. A really nice place to stay if you are in Ankara.

On the 20th floor Club rooms have a lounge area after 18.00 where everything is.

If you want to discover Ankara you have to stay at Sheraton Hotel which is located at the heart off capital Ankara This hotel is so clean and have amaizing staff working there it’s so clean everything is really 100% clean every part of Hotel Food is amaizing and rooms are good decorated and clean I will prefer to anyone who visit Ankara to stay in Sheraton or next door Hotel called Lugal which is same family of Sheraton.

Comfortable hotel perfectly located, helpful staff, nice pool and sauna, comfortable beds. Great early breakfast, perfect for business.

Excellent hotel Positioned in the convenient location of Ankara. Very close to foreign consultants and local businesses.

I think it's clean. The service was not bad. But, the lobby of the one there in Algiers is more spacious and better decorated.

We went to the pool. Premises are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Water slightly cold but as it is not crowded it was a relaxing experience.

Great staff, clean rooms & friendly service. Burak at front desk, Ozleum in Club lounge and both gents at concierge were great! Stayed here for 14 nights myself and total of 4 rooms with my family, if I ever come back to Ankara, will come back again!

Overally it is a good hotel. The room was good. The food was excellent. The staffs were good. But in my last night staying I could smell of smoking. It was like someone was smoking in my room and my room was none smoking room. I presume someone was somking in his room and the somke was coming from toilet airway or air conditioning. It was so bad. This is a big issue. The other thing if you want to use the elevator between 8 and 10 you have to wait like a 10 minuts. I was waiting for the elevator 10 minuts at 9:30am.

Not a bad hotel, although, on arrvial, make sure you tell reception to turn on the AC if it's winter season (sounds counterintutive I know). Unless you find 80 degrees F comfortable. First night couldnt sleep because of the sweat pooling around my body. After AC adjustment, was able to comfortably sleep the second night. Rooms are a bit dated.

Best view in Ankara, near to the city center, and many shops, near to nesrt best steak restaurant.

Beautiful and truly luxurious premises, genuinely friendly, helpful and polite staff. And the menu is top-notch. Highly recommended.

Perhaps the best hotel in Ankara.

Very ideal suite rooms with very comfortable, huge, high beds and with very clean sheets. Very good buffet breakfast. All the hotel staff are helpful. Concierge and reception staff speak fluent English and are polite. The conference halls are gorgeous, huge with high ceilings and with good presentation and listening equipment. The area is generally safe for strolling. There is a small duck park nearby the area. Small stores and bread shops are easy to find. Concierge assisted me how to reach the Museum of Anatolian Civilization and the Ankara Castle. I enjoyed the last day independent tour I did.

Nice atrium, well appointed rooms, friendly service, good breakfast and good food in the Club Lounge. Downsides — always hot in rooms — 25C. In Turkey this is normal but for others it is warm and hard to sleep (Climate control in rooms is available only in the summer. ). Limited drink selection in the Club Lounge, and the 5 or so songs play endlessly, which is a lot on a 12 night stay! Location is excellent, overall service excellent. Would be 5* if not for the constant sweating due to the high temperatures.

I used to stay here before moving in to Ankara. Very nice place. Quite comfy rooms. Very good service. Quite in the middle of business district.

Over priced and over rated it. Even we had pay for internet connetcion rooms were too small and dirty.

I was there for a coctail and wedding concept, which all the sheraton staff are really good with their patient, and profession.
