Non-professional staff, I called several times to book until I preferred to move on the scene to have a reliable answer because no one answered the phone and there was the CATASTROPHE 1 hour of waiting between the restaurant and the reception to see Mrs. SABRINE saying the manager that until today I did not have any feedback from her. The receptionist said that she is in the restaurant and that of the restaurant said that she is qques leaves in the hotel, I see that this care is not up to the level of a big sign like movenpick c unfortunate to see people so disturbed and unorganized.

We had great journey there. Yet, some staff didn't have an appropriate way of communication with "Nationals" like us. In general, it can be a better experience like the great one I had in Movenpick Sousse.

This hotel is considered my home in Tunis, every time I go down I feel at home thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff always welcoming and smiling. The rooms always clean, good food in the restaurant served by professional and kind staff. The hotel is well placed so easy to access, in short if you want a quiet setting, a clean hotel, good service and especially a clean environment, there is no better than this hotel.

Special thanks to sawsen for the very good Turkish coffee. I recommend his coffee and hospitality.

I do not recommend for wedding formulas, I took the ruby formula thinking that it was going to be excellent but we were really disappointed, providers not at all professional, staff not at all responsive and exorbitant prices for what it is!

The room is not clean!

We waited more than 45 minutes without a person coming to pick up our order. I am really disappointed with your service and know that you have just lost a loyal customer. I recommend you more even to those around me. Remember to review your service which is only getting worse by the day.

Beautiful and elegant I recommend it.

Very nice hotel overally but there is a tall reception guy, named Aziz I guess, he was hitting on me on check_in saying im handsome and afterwards when I was exchanging money he offered me weed and drugs saying that he knows some places we can relax and. He was pretty weired so I asked him if drugs were legal in this country and he said no. This was so strange, even in amesterdam we don't talk to strangers like that.

Very modern and comfortable. No coffee in room. Coffee before 6:30am only via room service. Lighting very obtuse and EXTREMELY annoying. Love the chocoate buffet. Nice breakfast buffet too.

This new business hotel deserves full five stars, spacious modern rooms, some with balcony, great public spaces and a great breakfast. The only (perhaps) shortcoming: the hotel does not offer any alcoholism for Islamic reasons, even wine for dinner, although in the rooms wine glasses are also offered to the guest and are available. Even if this hotel is not located close to the center, I will be back.

This is a newly built hotel in the upscale area of Le Berge Du Lac in Tunis. Rooms here are large but not completely carpeted, and the area around the hotel is okay. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and overall, the hotel is well featured. Breakfast buffet is quite big, the food is fresh, and fresh juices and coffee are available and very tasty. Price is very steep, and also when I initially checked in, the A/C in my room didn't work and required some maintenance. Overall recommended.

Hello, New Hotel, need some focus on service, water and Sugar requested but not received, (Tee, coffee, …) nothing delivered the second and the third day, it is an expensive Hotel regarding competition within the same area (1 KM far) which delivered best service with 28% less price. I will retest it next time to see if any progress is made on the service before black list it. Guest must experience comfort and service for the few business day's stay, if not than the stay become a bad story.

A very great disappointment by the service! Evening ramadanesque : buffet 35dt non-existent! I went back the home, it was 8 people, no server n came to see us
The trays of the breaking of the fasting were still with the meat and the rest of the dinner! They is not rid. We ordered a la carte hot drinks, we stayed up until midnight almost, and no one came to serve us! We went home without anything to drink … such a Shame for this brand to that me personally I have not stopped promoting

In the list of the best ifars, I'll definitely rank on the podium with a few others the Mövenpick du Lac: a success at all points of view: A buffet more than varied and good, prawns shrimps bresaola cheeses bricks octopuses 36000 salads and 18000 Suites with 60000 desserts as beautiful as good an impeccable service and a breathtaking Machallah view a beautiful tent and in the evening you can stay in order to sip its really excellent tea.

Excellent food, impeccable service and perfect room. I recommend.
