The Acropolis Hotel opened its doors in 2002. It is located just 10 minutes from Tunis Carthage airport. Halfway between the great Tunis, the Medina, and the tourist and leisure centres of the northern suburbs of Tunis, such as the village of Sidi Bou Said and the archaeological sites of Carthage, the Acropolis Hotel is ideally located.

Good hotel, internet is slow little bit. Breakfast can be improved.

Clean, nice & cozy place, nice staff but I little bit pricey.

Nice hotel conveniently located near les Berges du Lac. Rooms are ok and staff friendly. Food is ok but could be improved. Good for value hotel if you’re around in Tunis just for few nights (especially around les Berges du Lac).

Very nice hotel. Be carefull with the taxis. The white cabs will take out your money.

The reviews I read were sort of confirmed. The Hotel is very badly maintained, for me it surely does not deserve the four stars it holds. The rooms need maintenance, the staff are very helpful and welcoming, but they cannot do wonders. The breakfast buffet is so unappealing I was happy to pack my cereals with me, hardly drank water. Nothing is offered complimentary in the room, not even a bottle of water or hot beverages. Way too expensive for what it is. The lunch was ok but everything lacked freshness, and the internet connection is very unstable.

Hotel Disaster Services Zero.

More affordable than most comparable places in the area. Attentive and friendly service (except in the restaurant where it can be a hit or miss). Rooms are on the smaller side but very clean and functional. They will also change currency for you (only during working hours) which, if you are new to Tunisia, you will soon find out is a bit of a hassle.

I give it 4★ because of the comfort of the bed, the view, and the location (near my office in Lac 1, with all the cafes & restaurants). Pls note that it is 10-15 min from the city centre. BUT only 5-10 min to the airport depending on the traffic. The cleaning service was superb but breakfast was a little bit disappointing because the menu is always the same everyday. Staff were helpful and friendly. Other than the breakfast, the hotel was perfect.
