The park is great, the pool is very large.

Superb hotel, located on one of the most beautiful beach of Djerba, very clean and spacious room, smiling staff and care. Special mention to slim and faycal responsible at Vincci elios for their welcome and helpfulness.

It's a great hotel for family and friends the price is good i highly recommend it for your next time in Djerba.

The hotel is in a very bad shape: one of the light bulps in the room was broken and the curtain was broken too. Besides that, you have to pay for the in-room safe, the gym and for getting your drinks served at the table (despite having all inclusive booked). I really do not recommend this hotel.

We rested in May with a friend. The grounds, food, staff and color all enjoyed! The beach is 7-10 minutes away in a calm walk, or every 10 minutes a para-truck from the hotel. The grounds of the hotel itself are very green, lots of flowers and palm trees, a large pool. A large lounge area both on the street and inside the hotel. Delicious food, desserts, ice cream. In the morning for breakfast fresh and delicious croissants. In the evening, the entertainment program and disco up to 12 starts on the territory. 00 at night. The hotel staff are friendly, speak English, French (Russian don't speak). The only negative in the rooms there are no sockets near the bed, so that you can conveniently charge gadgets. We only had two sockets near the TV. (And so, the experience remained just super!

Great quiet hotel. Suitable for children to relax. All very culturally holidaymakers are mostly elderly French. There are no drunken noisy tourists. Mostly families. To the beach carries a locomotive, but the beach itself is not very. We went to the chic pristine beach Yat' Plaj taxi price 3.5dinar less than $2

It's a great hotel! The grounds are green, well-groomed, huge pool, super food, the sea is stunning and white soft sand. Just in love with Djerba. I want to come back again and again.

The hotel is nice. A little disliked the food, a lot of spicy dishes. There is no children's menu, we were with a small child (1 year and 4 months), sometimes had a tight, daughter refused to eat, as a lot of seasonings. But the pastries are at their height! Overall a wonderful, quiet, family-run hotel.

Good hotel, though old. Three pools. Closed, open adult with a bar and paddling with a slide which worked hours 3-4 per day. A small playground. Children's discos. Animators are constantly arrange something, then aerobics, then dancing, archery and darts, then a tournament on ping-pong. Big restaurant, bar, snack bar. Food and water have an unusual taste for the European. You can not leave the hotel, as there is nothing to do outside. Jebra is boring in his own right. Pirate Bay is a deception of fishing boats. Crocodiles on the farm barely move, and even more so do not jump out during feeding. Taxis though relatively inexpensive, but can take you to the neighbors of the street around the island, as lucky with the taxi driver (most normal). Tours did not order, went themselves, so cheaper 3-4 times. But if you do not leave the hotel at all, then everything is even fine.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Very friendly host team. The food could be markedly improved too canteen! The pool is very good, great, accommodating all the holidaymakers and there are enough deckchairs for everyone!
Nice vacation.

We came a week in April with a friend of mine on vacation. I say well on vacation because we did not have the sensation of being: the majority of the men of the staff have dredged us what is unacceptable. Check out times were not communicated correctly as well as rates when we left late. We had to pay an extra 10 euros when we didn't even know what time to leave! Also, the activities proposed within the hotel are much more expensive than outside of the latter. To finish in beauty the guides of this hotel offered us to go to a souk where the hotel had a partnership and therefore where the prices charged were two to three times more expensive!
Go your way, in any case we will not return.

Spent a week of vacation in this great hotel. Nickel room, service idem. The staff at the top. Pool off standard (a bit cold, but beginning may be normal! )
Only downside, and this explains the missing star, the food. Little varied, apart from the very few couscous of local dishes. The buffet is poorly indicated and it is a bit complicated to find. But it's pretty good.

The only downside these the flap that its the to sell you their activity carriage, dromedary, pirate ship, ect…
It sells you activities that you will pay 2 to 3 times less expensive outside has this very good stay.

Good service, the staff attitude is good, the restaurant has dishes for every taste. The wine is local very good, there was pink, red and white wine. From the sea nearby. 10 minutes walk to the sea, and if there is no wish to go, then walking from the hotel tram and 15-20 minutes… The beach is nice, the sand. If the sea is calm, it is azure-blue, warm. I would advise you to visit.

The first few days were painful because of the walkers in the hotel. The buffet c The canteen of a school with some day better. Staff very nice and friendly. Plenty of activities to not get bored and a very affordable spa.

Hello to all and all, this hotel is by far my favorite in Djerba. I discovered it in May 2016, and since then I go back twice a year… It is a friendly hotel where everyone is friendly, helpful and courteous, from the smallest to the greatest. You are hosted with open arms and if you go back, no need to specify your first name, we remember you because you are part of their family and friends… We eat very well and the rooms are spacious. The pool and the gardens are beautiful and the entertainment team pamper you from morning to evening… The beach is clean and as soon as you arrive, we will take care of bringing you a deckchair and a cushion, and you can cool off at the beach bar… I would not get tired of praising this hotel as much as I feel at home.
So if you want to spend a good holiday in a charming setting and surrounded by good people, do not hesitate, do as I do. Adopt the Vincci, you will not be disappointed. See you soon.

Hotel is not directly on the beach, there is a tram to the beach or one runs just five minutes. There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach and pool. Lying blocker are also on the way. Hotel occupancy is 80% French which I have not felt negative. If you want to have peace you should look that you are in block 3 otherwise the long nights until 2 o'clock. It borders the discos and bars mile to the hotel.
Our room was always clean.
It is recommended to go to Midun or take a taxi in order to eat there. We walked (about 45 min. ) and drove back by taxi (approx. 1, €50).

Stay of a pleasant week, the rooms are very pretty, hotel located in the very heart of Djerba. For people who do not know Djerba is an extremely tourist city so do not expect to find Tunisian handicrafts but rather to enjoy activity at an unbeatable price (scooter of the Seas 4h to 30euros/pers, ride in Quad…). About the animation of the hotel Nice but too light for my taste. The restoration. Best hotel in which ate! Really rare for a hotel that offers buffets! He never ran out of food as is sometimes the case in some hotels, always extra.

Good food, friendly staff. The large well-groomed, green area cleaning the rooms is very mediocre. Drinks at the bar are heavily diluted.

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Good food but not very varied. No slippers or bathrobe in the rooms. Very good value for money.

We stayed for a week, friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms, very professional photographers. The only downside is the kitchen made with fresh products but not taste as no condiments, is not worth to be in a country where there are plenty of spices.
We will return to Djerba as we met great people but not in this hotel.

The outdoor area very nice for a 4 star room I would have expected at least one fridge as I have to store my insulated Refrigerated. Also no cola light or Zerro was not to Get. Staff well had taken care above all about the female People. We liked the hotel very much. The staff was averagely nice, the food good. But it to you and that the stand was a little farther away. There is a tram that goes back and forth at 2 pm every half hour. This is a good solution and the beach bar is also fine. But I also know about comfort Differently.
A plus is given to this hotel as it has some shops nearby. So it is worthwhile to go away from the hotel Complex.

To make simple hotel room 1375 never accept! Stick to the nightclub which means impossible to sleep I got sick because of the non rest PDT the week! The air conditioning works only late at night so we catch cold! The Annimateur man thinks that women have to believe their goal is to go live in France with an old woman! The kitchen at the beginning is well a two day in a row it's getting boring! Caterpillar in the mint leaf not wash. Freshwater Pool Looooool Swimming pool at Monoï never wash the water! Only good point the sun but it is everywhere in Tunisia aaaaaaah Yes and no Wi-Fi ☺ ️ and for activities to our arrive for the jet ski we are told that it is €90 1h30 MDR while even in France it is €50 they were told that a friend had to pay €20 2h the people to sell the activities we changed the discourse and we said OK €45 jet Ski and quad 2h of each Bah let's see.

Quite nice and cozy ambiance with some small swabs in terms of cleanliness. Beautiful grounds with Super Pool. Very friendly staff. Perfect if you're not so Fussy.

I liked the swimming pool and the activities of animation team wether there or in the beach. You won't feel bored at all. The best holiday I've ever had so far in Djerba. The food was a little bit delicious, the restaurant is quiet big. Internet is only available in the reception and the lobby.

Amazing hotel! Clean rooms, staff are kind and knows english, awesome pool, large choice of food. Beautiful place. I enjoyed being in this hotel for two weeks.

Negative points:
-transfer airport hotel with lastminute in shuttle with an old truck in an unhealthy state dating back to the middle age
-always with lastminute lack of communication and information during the stay, abandoned to us even
-To the hotel the beach is tiny and far away it takes a carriage to s go. There are a lot of vendor or provider insisting. It's not worth the cost d go.
-To the hotel, pay gym is not functional virtually all devices do not work and obviously you is not before the collection, C is really regrettable.
-To the hotel, good quality meat is restrictive and supervised by the chef
-the pizza are bland
-For meat there is often the liver or chicken wings.
-the hairdresser Sabah competent but unpleasant for a blow dry but be careful with sensitive head to the excess heat from the hair dryer. Offers henna tattoos but which is not henna, life time 2 days if we wash however fine motif

The animators for the children's clubs are very good. For Gomez.
The restaurant is very good and varied. * Breakfast: a little cold sometimes, but the microwave n not got far.

The hairdresser on the other hand a disaster. J took my 2 kids cut hair for a gradient, and kid is out with a bowl-cut, so not beautiful and it hurt a little. I did tattoos with the hairdresser and it cost expensive for the result, n not even 1 day, held the black c is dimmed.

The activities offered by our Last minute operator are fine, especially with Nadir, very nice and attentive.
I recommend the store to the roundabout to the right when you get out of the hotel, Feti does everything, very nice and welcoming.
And to the houmt souk, I recommend John and Sami sellers d spices, very nice and very good products.
I keep a very good memory with as trips = quad in the Sahara

Hotel very clean, gardens and beautiful but cold pool in the month of April. Food more than correct but alcohol of the all inclusive and even paying full price is pretty bad jb and the ballantines which are not what it should be. The mini club is very well skilled animators. The spa is more than adequate but especially do not cut hair to your children down and do not either tattoo is a scam pure and simple service life 2 days and still without washing hands.
But still a nice stay, nice trips, but sometimes the price of activities is abused (quad and Dromedary) last minute is present for the duration of the stay. If you planned to make the purchase I recommend the shop to the round point right out of the hotel at Fethi-fetou and the mill of 4 spices at the market of houmt souk but you gotta haggle prices c national sport in Tunisia.

Must see a top of the line.
