The staff is charming. The rooms have an exotic palm frond furniture. However, their cleaning is not satisfying. The sink and the tub were dirty when I came in. Concerning the food there were menus better than others. A big flop for the animation at night almost inexistant. Globally, I enjoyed my stay but it could ve been better if it wasn't for the lockdown and the covid thing.

Racism, Islamophobia and a very poor quality of service! It is a mediocre hotel where veiled women (wearing swimsuits with the same type of fabric used for other types of swimsuits) were banned from outdoor pools (on the pretext that their swimsuits are not hygienic), while they could swim in indoor pools (and miraculously, there the same swimsuits are considered hygienic! ). In addition to this racism, there is a very poor quality of service.
Djerba is a beautiful city, full of pleasant hotels, but not this one!
