We stayed at the Chaweng Beach Resort and had a great stay. The staff were friendly, attentive and provided personal touches once they got to know you. The environment was great, pool refreshing and sea swimable — which not all of Koh Samui coastline is due to tidal areas so definitely something on our list to check when we book anywhere.

Stayed here for 3 nights and decided to stay a 4th as the staff were so welcoming and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. Jack, Jeera, Palm, May, Meen and Kreng were so helpful on reception and were always there when we needed advice on activities and places to go etc. The tour lady in the hotel was extremely helpful. The hotel itself is on a lovely beach and in an amazing location and has 2 great pools. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Koh Samui and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip here!

Absolutely astonished reading the reviews. Our stay has been so incredible. The staff speaks perfect english, hospitable, friendly, and over the top accommodating. By the second day, the entire staff knew our names, greeted us, and had things like ice delivered to the room when we would return for cocktails. They anticipated every want and made us feel completely pampered from our over the water villa to dinner on the beach at their other location just a short motorbike ride away. The customer service and hospitality we have experienced during our stay far surpasses what I’ve experienced in the states. The price is incredibly reasonable for the experience they deliver. Top notch staff, service and property!

Very nice hotel ideally placed in Chaweng and on the beach. Very nice pool, very comfortable rooms. Very attentive staff. Just missing a few trees on the beach for shade.

Staff especially at the level of the manager not nice for the rest the quality is no longer the appointment.
A lot of work to be planned.

התקשרנו ללובי ושאלנו אם יחייבו אותנו על שיחה מקומית ואמרו לנו שזה חינם וללחוץ 9 לפני. בצ'ק אאוט חייבו אותנו על השיחה ואמרו בתחילת השיחה שכל השיחות שלהם מוקלטות. ביקשנו שהמנהלת תאזין לשיחה כדי שתדע מי מהעובדות קבלה אמרה שזה חינם והיא אמרה שאין לה את השיחה הזו. שקרנית גמורה. קוראים לה מאי. "מנהלת" זחוחה ומעצבנת ברמה גבוהה מאד.
+ המזגן לא עבד טוב בכלל! לא תיקנו וגם לא עזרו עם פיתרון! הידית של השירותים הייתה שבורה! החלון של הג'קוזי לא נסגר! היה עובש ירוק בקומקום! הראש של המקלחת… היה שבור והמים עפו לכל עבר! הטלוויזיה לא הייתה תקינה! בקיצור אין למה לשלם סכומים שכאלה הם לא שווים את זה! הם ביקשו תגובה חיובית בתמורה למסג'! מלון 2 כוכבים עם בריכה מלוכלכת בטירוף! We called the lobby and asked if they would charge us for a local call and told us it was free and press 9 before. At the check-out they forced us to pay and said at the beginning of the conversation that all their conversations were recorded. We asked the manager to listen to the call so that she would know which of the workers said it was free and she said she did not have that conversation. A complete liar. Her name is May. "Manager" smug and annoying at a very high level.
+ The air conditioner did not work well at all! They have not fixed or helped with a solution! The toilet door handle was broken! The window of the Jacuzzi did not close! There was a green mold in the kettle! The head of the shower was broken and the water flew in all directions! The TV was not working!

Nice place but overpriced, they offer free transfer to airport IF you give good rewew, if not you need to pay… I payed my transfer. I wanted breakfast 06:40, my taxi was picking me up at 07:00 but there was a lot of argu before I could get my breakfast, The manager in The restaurang said boss didnt allow before 07, not service minded at all. Telling her I was going to talk her boss about this solved the problem.

At the beach, modern, clean, 100 bts for a sun lounger, towel and drink for the day, access to a nice pool, friendly welcome and accompanied by good music, enough to spend a very good day.

It is very relaxing and calm place. Kc hotel is connected with the beach which its plus point and it makes this place very beautiful and lively too. The receptionists here are nice and they have a good staff. It also have a very nice view from thier rooms at first floor. It is a very nice place to spend your vacations.

The food is very good. The staff is very kindly. The hotel is a little bit noisy and even if you like the noise, the music is bad.

Super swiming pols but late checkout very unplesend for 2 weeks we stay in 3 roomsl last 5 hr till 3 pm reception … 5 of us inc 87 yr lady at leeeest 50 / nt vacancy.

Great service, delicious food, swimming pool and on Saturday live deejay. Which will all reflect on the price you'll pay.

Amazing house music at the pool and good quality loud sound — but it felt completely out of place considering the pool is full of kids. Makes the place feel awkward, not sure what kind of place they're trying to be. Club or kindergarden? Rude Thai staff. Charming and fun manager. Decent food. Great beach with water sports.

Room was really nice, we took the pool vila, it was exactly what I expected, location is amazing, close to every thing, yet quite if you choose, but my favorite was the service, welcoming, friendly stuff that actually care, I had a problem, they did not rest until it was sorted. And then checked if I was good. Really recommend, you will definitely see us again Thanks.

KC beach club hotel has a great vibe with house music playing by the main swimming pool and beach parties each weekend. Rooms are very spacious and clean, photo was taken from a second floor room. Perfectly located in the heart of Chaweng, busy district. The beach strip has many restaurants and beach bars, perfect hotel for couples or a group of friends. Rooms are well maintained but common areas need a bit of love.

They need to brush up on their behavior! My daughter then 4 yrs old had high fever and we reached for breakfast 5 minutes before it closes and the waiter had the galls to say breakfast closed so we called the manager and the guy was pulled up for his deeds but I'd call it plain misbehavior. The staff in general is high headed as the place is much in demand and bang on the sea side but I'd never stay here in the future!

Awesome place to chill! Staff are amazing and so attentive especially Wee and Jan. We will be back.

As we are staying at the sister villa thought we'd spend the day down here. However there is a fee to use the day beds even if you are a guest so we decided with using the lounge chairs on the beach. The only negative being you are constantly heckled by people trying to sell you things. But the cocktails were great and pool is very clean with great day music. Don't attend if you're on a budget — its the kind of place you need to have a bit of money. Nice though. Great service.
