100% one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in whilst in Thailand. The staff were all absolutely amazing and make you feel at home. Breakfast was great and just in general the service was top class. Definitely be back again (maybe next week 😂)

The resort is amazing and literally located beside the beach. We got a beachfront villa with private jacuzzi and it was fantastic. If you’re looking for a place to have full relaxation, this is the one. Additionally, all the staff are extremely attentive and incredibly friendly. Next visit to Samui, will definitely choose Banana Fan Sea Resort.

Such an amazing place to stay in Samui. Great location + outstanding service and breathtaking view. Plus, the food here is super nice. The pool is remarkable and for sure, super clean! To be frank, i’ve never heard of this place before but once been here, never wanna leave at all. ❤️❤️

Have been to Samui a dozen times, and this is one of the best hotels on the island. Clean, spacious rooms right on the beach, and fantastic customer service.

We have already been at Banana Fan Sea 9 times and we absolutely love it! BFS is excellent for small children, family friendly, romantic experience, tasty Thai dishes, a beautiful beach and clean sea, amazing sunrises, a fantastic pool, helpful kind staff and the most generous hospitality. Each time we come back to BFS we are welcomed with smiles, generosity and open arms. It really feels like home. Thank you BFS! we can't wait to be back again soon!

The most beautiful place in the world. The reception is excellent. The exceptional place. The hotel is class and very clean. The climate is warm. The entire team of the BANANA is always in the small care. Lovely people and considerate but not sticky. My wish is that each person is the chance to go there, at least in their life. I am already dreaming of returning there. The BANANA Fan Sea is the paradise on earth I confirm.

Amazing Resort in Koh Samui — Quiet and peaceful with perfect location, staff and breakfast! I understand it's being renovated which is great and I hope they will keep the high standard!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

However, it also has a higher price.
The beach is right next to the hotel and is directly to the pool and bar.

I didnt stay but friends did while they were in Koh Samui for their wedding. The staff were amazing to everyone including those not staying at the hotel. Great setting on the beach also.

A nice hotel by the sea, good food and great team. In the evening we listened to the live music at the bar on the beach. We liked it very much.

This is a lovely and quite resort in Ko Samui. Despite the structure is older then more recent and trendy resort, the resort has a its on personality with all these little houses in teak in the middle of a palm forest. Staff is very kind and restaurant is pretty good and offer every night the possibility to eat on the beach barefoot. The breakfast is fine. The swimming pool is not too big but it is enough to manage all the guests. The beach is nice and well maintained with all sunbeds available for guests without any charges together with bath towels. Despite the mess of people in Ko Samui this resort is able to let you feel in a little paradise. Good job.

The hotel is very well located, close to shops and restaurants. It overlooks the most beautiful beach on the island. The staff are very nice. The rooms are clean.

Rude! Didn't stop harassing us about the check out time. The place smells… And they make you feel like a thief when you finally check out, by sending the room attendance to check is nothing is missing. Shameful. Never again.

One of the best hotels on Koh Samui!

Just ordered a steak baguette of the menu and the waitress looked confused when I asked for the other half. Literally a baguette cut in half and a steak cut in half. Can't comment on the rooms but don't eat here. Asked for a club sandwich instead and got this… 2 pieces of bread, chicken mayo. No egg,. Bacon, ham… Shockingly bad.

Spacious little villas that are pretty much your bedroom and a bathroom. No soundproofed. We were woken up today in the morning because of outside chatter. Nice poolside beds. Good pool. Super close to the beach! Breakfast is meh. I did not bother to try lunch or dinner. Quick check-in.

Little bit dated room, but clean, comfortable and big. Pool area is very nice and not crowded. Hotel public areas maintain very nicely. Staff is very friendly. Location is superb.

The hosts were prompt kind and helpful providing us complimentary breakfast and easily arranging early morning pick up for a flight we had scheduled. The ambiance is very authentic and room is clean and pleasant.

An absolutely stunning place. The resort area is very green and amazingly well kept. At any given time there are several gardeners working on keeping the place beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a triple deluxe bungalow with two children at that was very nice. Rooms are of a good standard and is cleaned twice per day.

The Banana Fan Sea Resort was fantastic. The villas were comfortable & very clean, the restaurant was lovely & the food delicious & you are overlooking the ocean, this resort is literally beachfront, as in you step off the pool deck or restaurant deck onto the sand. The staff are amazing, every detail was taken care of. Nothing was too much to ask & they bent over backwards to ensure we had a wonderful time. We stayed for my Aunty's wedding & the Banana Fan team made it remarkably special, if you are planning a beach wedding, this is the place to go. Thanks Banana Fan Sea for a perfect stay. I would stay at this resort again. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious enough although just ever so slightly aging in spots. The rooms are cabanas accessed from outside, so unique in that there are no long hotel corridors, very open with porches on the front to relax. Location right on the beach is fabulous. The Bay water was so nice and warm and the beach had soft white, clean sand. We only had time to spend three days here but would have liked to stayed longer. We went on a snorkeling trip that the hotel was quick to schedule us for; they made it easy particularly since we did not have a clue as to where to go to get this done.

What a great time spent at the Banana Fan Resort, beautiful location set next to golden sands and clear blue waters. Food and drink are amazing as are the staff, always nice when someone remebers your name. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only a short walk into either town to either shop or party and even shorter walk down the beach to see what else is happening in the area.

Banana Fan was wonderful! Located on the quiet side of Chaweng, we were able to have easy access to anything in the area. We got upgraded to a sea view room. Everyone on the property is extremely helpful. The concierge helped us plan multiple excursions — even last minute. The daily newsletter provided at breakfast gave local food recommendations and activities/night markets. Definitely recommend it.

Die Atmosphäre ist hier ausgezeichnet und vom General Manager abwärts verbreiten alle Mitarbeiter nur gute Laune und Zuvorkommenheit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mehr als ausreichend und das wöchentliche BBQ von hoher Qualität und Quantität. It was fine. I've been traveling in Thailand for two months and have stayed in a wide range of accommodations, from top~end resorts to modest bungalows. The service at Banana Fan was top notch. I found my room to be generic and in need of a face lift The breakfasts were good and the food in the restaurant was also good. I think it comes down to value for the money and at the rates charged, I expected more.

Excellent resort. Stayed in the Beach Pool Villa with my family, which was fantastic. The service was impeccable, especially from Yoti and Ms. Mas. They made us feel very welcomed from start to finish. Thank you and your team for an unbelievable experience. See you all again very very soon.

We came family with 3 children for 5 nights. We enjoyed every moment, from the warm and refreshing welcome to the checked out. The location of the hotel is very good. Rooms big, clean and very comfortable. Pool and the beach — very good. Breakfast is rich and tasty. on top of all this the excellent service. We have found the staff very attentive.

As usual the entire staff was extremely courteous & friendly. Ideal location of the resort on the beach front, good ambience, neat & clean rooms & a well laid out breakfast made my stay very enjoyable.

Class system, super friendly, best location in Chaweng.

Super service, great breakfast, large family room for third-party, lovely resort in the typical style, exzelllentes price-performance ratio, the only thing missing, is a spa with its own massage and fitness, from 16: 00 there are volleyball on the beach with the employees, that is really funny and fun.
