It is a very good time for us during stay there. Tha staff is very kind and good service mind. I propose my girlfriend to marry with me here and I asked the staff to do surprise for her only couple hours. They did it very very nice and surprise me too when get back to the room. The food here is very tasty. They have a lot of choice with a big plate and reasonable price.

Nice hotel with great services. All the staff are enthusiastic to service guests. I booked 7 villas pool access and the pool belong to our group, what a privacy during covid pandemic. I will definitely come back to stay again when I come to Samui.

I gave the most comfortable here. The room is luxury and nice view. Espectially, sea view pool villa. There's good view both day time and night time. Every staffs are polite, friendly and very warm welcome since you arrived the hotel. I feel so great to spend my vacation here.

The best holiday ever! We celebrated my husband’s birthday and it was great! The staff was the most friendly, warm and sincere people we have had the pleasure to meet. The facilities are 10 star, especially Tree Tops restaurant and the pool villa. It’s a must stay if you go to Koh Samui. Thanks for the champagne Anantara!

They have been great from the moment we arrived. Attentive helpful and the breakfast is to die for. Great place peaceful and well appointed. Spa facilities are amazing. Highly recommend.

They can improve the prices, that I find very expensive, even for a 5 star resort, and they can try catch those 1-2 grass snakes that I met during my stay! 9.8 out of 10 from me!

Absolutely amazed with the friendly hospitality by the staff. The staffs are the winner! My air conditioning was broken for couple of hours at night, the manager offered a resort credit and free airport transfer. Beautiful resort, I love hanging out in the pool.

Great hospitality, everyone here is so helpful and friendly, they care so much about the detail even to make sure u don’t get uncomfortable mosquito bite, they provide you repellent straight away when they notice u scratching your arm (mosquito bite), always make sure u r comfortable and ok, they go extra mile and beyond to take care of you. Quiet resort without lots of kids, love it, had our private plunge pool in the room with a cute swing for the gram, room service food was great, the SPA was good, everything is just perfect for the weekend getaway! The service crew OH was awesome and Prim too!

Loved it here, had a room with our own plunge pool. Breakfast is wonderful and staff very friendly. Great location close enough to walk to the main strip without being in the town centre. Had one of our best holidays in 30 years. Treetop restaurant is amazing and work every cent you pay. We stayed for my husband’s 50th birthday and he had so many complementary birthday cakes and birthday wishes it was lovely.

On arrival we were impressed by the staff who were very friendly and helpful. They struck a very large gong as a welcome our villa is amazing. Rustic beachy looking but very comfortable. So far the choice and taste of the food has so much flavour. The town is too far to walk in this heat but taxis are cheap at £3. I was naive in their culture and taken aback by their way of life, so be prepared. Many bars & restaurants to chose but very few quality looking places. I was told to be adventurous and try the local way…

We had a fantastic stay at Anantara Lawana. It’s a beautiful hotel, and the food is of a very high standard. The service from the staff was top class. Staff went the extra mile to make you feel welcome, and give a very personal and friendly service — in particular z. Game in the restaurant, Ray at the Treetops bar and Moo at the crab shack/poolside. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would love to return for another stay.

This was the second time of staying at this excellent hotel. The bedrooms are of a very high quality, spacious and well furnished with all amenities including room safe, tv, coffee machine, radio alarm and mobile phone you can use in the resort not only the hotel. The staff are most courteous and pleasant always wishing to please.
The hotel is located in a small bay just at the top of Chaweng but only a short taxi ride in to the main town centre where numerous restaurants and bars can be found.
The restaurant had two restaurants, two bars, fitness suite and spa.
The Ocean Kiss restaurant also serves breakfast over looking the beach. The breakfast is a hot and cold Buffett surviving everything one could wish for.

Great place if you have money for it. Luxurious villas with private pool, very cozy public pool and convenient access to the beach. Beach is not the best on Samui but better than around. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of varieties — cold cuts, cheese, different types of eggs and desserts.

Had a room with a private plunge pool and a swing. It was very cool and memorable. The breakfast was great. The infinity pool was beautiful however I was disappointed in the beach. The sandy was rocky and the water was very still — no waves. Some people like a still beach however it seemed stagnant.

Anantara Lawana has been recently refurbished. It is a fantastic resort and has everything that you should expect from a five star property. The rooms are fabulous and lovely to stay in. The service is warm and importantly very friendly. The resort is well located — close to the Chewang beach. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Incredible place. I am writing this whilst lazing in one of the pool access rooms. An oasis of calm and tranquility with a sprinkling of smiling staff and an answer for every want or whim. Rooms and facilities are the best. A fantastic position within easy walking reach of the hustle and bustle. If you are coming to the island of Samui, make the Anantara Lawana your hotel of choice… you won’t be disappointed!

Just got in. Warm welcome. Gave us a quick discount for an upgrade. We took it. (Thank you Pancake). While the room got ready we had a quick meal at Ocean Kiss (which too was great for lunch). The weather now is a little warm and humid thankfully the mandatory cold towels are helping. 5 stars for now.

Lovely resort superb place … They have rooms with Pvt pool too. In summer it’s quiet hot can’t venture out.

Deluxe plunge pool, incredible! I stayed in Anantara Lawana for 3D2N. It was just a short period, but it was such a quality time. Care and hospitality is very good. They came into my room every day at evening when we didn't stay to send some message by the leaf. Good bed, good shower (but sometimes water has taste of underground water) Atmosphere in evening at beach is very impressive as well as breakfast. Quality match for price.

The service was good but the drinks were average and the Thai food was average for the price you are paying.

Several types of rooms:, Deluxe Lawana Room, Deluxe Plunge Pool Room (the one I got), Deluxe Pool Access Room, Anantara Pool Villa, Anantara Seaview Pool Villa and Two Bedroom Lawana Pool Villa. 3 Restaurants within the premises : Ocean Kiss, Tree Tops Sky Dining & Bar and Dining By Design One pool bar, in-villa dining and a cooking school under the name of Spice Spoons. Spa facilities with Signature spa treatments.

A beautiful and peaceful place with amazing view of sea that will make you super relax … the infinite pool you can stay for the whole day with delighted food from Ocean kiss (simple but high quality) Lying on the couch of the room to the swimming pool and feeling the breeze from the sea was such a nice thing. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Spa is amazing. Last but not the least, the tree top restaurant was also a wonderful experience!

We have just change resort from Royal Muan Samui Villa and have just check into Anatara Lawana Koh Samui today. We paid for an upgrade for a Deluxe plunge pool Villa. We have had such a great time until now. On our arrival at Anatara we were persuaded to go to a Anatara resort presentation. I was against it because this will waste half a day of my holiday time in Koh Samui but my partner would like to go because it was close to the night market which we can then later go. PLEASE DO NOT GET CON by the presentation. The sales guy there will ask you why you are going to the presentation. To be honest, I'm not sure why… shouldn't he explain?! He is the sales person for Anatara resort. Shouldn't he explain… Long story short, I just got up and said don't worry and we are leaving. Apparently, Anatara club member will take us back to our resort but I was later told that they wanted us to catch our own taxi back. This is a complete CON. So I would like to warn all of you about this presentation… we are here for a relaxing holiday, you do not want to go through this horrible experience. We have 4 more nights here at Anatara Lawana, I hope the rest of the stay will make up for it. Hi Joao, Thank you for your response … The Anatara vacation club you speak of carry the same name as Anatara Lawana. The incident carried in your resort and for you to say it is a different organisation is a joke!

Hotel under German leadership, at least when I was there. 5 stars only if you have a villa directly with sea view, which of course costs a cheat death more. I think the location of the ' Banyan Tree Samui ' is better, as the small villas are in hillside position and sea views and the fresh sea breezes are everywhere and not just for those in the Forefront. Had at the end for two days one of the middle villas and there it was quite humid and much hotter as there is the Heat. The multi-course menu in the tree tops Restauant Exclusiv as I find, had the highest places, impeccable, bombs view as long as it is still bright, impeccable friendly service and just delicious Tasted. Price also the famous cheat death more, but it should not fail! Breakfast also top, with daily cocktail! My good recommendation with Bestmmten restrictions!

Everything is perfect. From the rooms to the beach, pool, food and drinks, fron the kind service and the attention to the smallest detail to make our stay here the perfect last days of honeymoon to relax after exploring Bangkok and the north. A place we definitely recommend to all searchung for a quiet place to relax in all luxury.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time at Anantara Lawana. All the staff were very friendly and competent. The breakfast was comprehensive to all tastes. The Pool Bar was a great place to sit and admire the scenery especially during happy hour. Being able to use the kayaks and paddle boards made exploring the bay interesting and good exercise. The Monday night BBQ and Fire Show was both tasty and entertaining. The Treetop Restaurant Degustation was the finale to a great time. Thanks to all the Staff for helping us have a fantastic 10 days.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The only downside is the price — other then that, everything was simply perfect.

Place on a tall, of course the prices are on the tall. Is the place where I imagined the kind of vacation. Beside, Spa room, two people spent more than 1400 Yuan. Environment did not have to say, there is a restaurant on the tall, tree or something. 600 to 1000 per person.

First of all, I would like to thank all your staffs who provided an excellent service, they truly made our stay at Anantara Lawana an unforgettable trip & occasion. We as party of 4 (2 couples) stayed from 08th/10th Aug to 14th Aug.  Me & ny gf supposed to arrive on 09th Aug to celebrate our anniversary, unfortunately the flight was delayed/cancelled by Bangkok Airline, caused them arriving Samui the next day. After spending a night at BKK airport, they were welcomed and greeted by your staff with a special treat of cake and bubbly. It certainly cheered them up after a long night being stranded in the airport. During our stay at Anantara Lawana, all the staffs were very friendly and professional. They made us feel like home. Most importantly,  we would like to bring to your attention and our special thanks to below staffs: 1. Ms. Dawney, Front Desk – She is a true STAR! She helped us to resolve my brother's the return flight issue/chaos that again created by Bangkok Airline, which apparently Expedia not manage to deal with and left us in a very distressed situation. Ran out of my patient with Expedia, I went to front desk to seek for advice and Dawney picked up the phone straightaway talking to Bangkok Airline and amazingly she managed to get my brother a confirmed flight seat and gave us the good news when we came back from tour. We were so worried during our tour but after receiving the good news from Dawney – what a great relief!

Treetops restaurant is exquisite. The music menu is a nice touch.

Nice on the beach. The pool bar is worth a visit to SIP a cool cocktail: tropical blend!
Even the restaurant tree tops is very cute and worth visiting.

Very nice place, having a great time with my family, might come again sometime.
