Nice place to stay. Affordable too. I just walk in. Easy check in & check out.

Cheaper rate if book through MeeMee Tour (next to Grand Plaza) at only 990Baht/night. Strategic location. Wi-Fi is good.

Excellent Wi-Fi connection. Affordable price. I booked a room from Booking. Com 1000bhat / night. Easy access to night bazar (in front hotel). Transportation? Reachable don't worry. 7eleven located next to the hotel if you run out of something…

Pro: It's lively out there mate! Many things to buy, many kinds of food to eat! Con: -Below average hotel room (bathtub about to falls apart). Just good enough for resting tbh.

Good location. But the customer service is not so good. We check in at 3pm and the front desk said the room was ready. But when we want to enter the room, it's actually not. Need to wait for almost half an hour outside the room. Ask for extra blanket but they said no more. Only available after 8am tomorrow morning. Who want the blanket on the next day when u already want to check out? Iron is not available. Cockroaches in the toilet.

Everything is fine, they make room everyday. And its no over price. But the air-con is not cold enough.

Not so elegant but the location is superb. Just a step away from everything. Quite pricey comparable to other hotel.

The hotel is not new but it's clean, nice and affordable. The best part is that once u walked out the hotel, the street in front of it is full of street food vendor, gift stalls, tuk tuk, a mall and lots of shop selling tshirts, souvenirs. I had a great time here n will definetly book it again.

This hotel full of small cockroaches. When you place some food anywhere in the room for just few minutes, they will appear. When approached the front reception for a room change, they simply explained that all their rooms come with cockroaches. Booked 3 nights and have to move out the next day while loosing the other two nights without much help from Agoda too. This is also a question if we should be using Agoda. Very disappointing and suggest to look out for other hotels in Hat Yai since there are plenty around this location.

Good hotel, uptown near the hotel. Just walk in to uptown. Suitable price, not too expensive for family suite.

If I can give negtive stars I would. This hotel’s customer service is non existent. Not only their management is rude but they are also racist (spoke behind customers’ back, generalizing them because they thought my mom is from Laos but she is actually Thai and can speak Thai). The staff there is extremely unprofessional. My mom book this hotel via agoda and the ID and dates are all right. They claim that is wrong and told me to pay extra for the room. Avoid this place at all costs!

I stayed here for a night only as I was with a group. The room is good but I couldnt stand watching the only local TV programs. The hotel management should install international TV programs so that we will not be bored of wacthing only local TV programs and the TV in the room is very outdated. Very old style. I only felt happy when I went out and found many kinds of food selling on the road. Hatyai is not really a good place to visit.

Large room. Affordable. Cleanliness can be improve. There's cockroaches. For big bikers, there's a basement Carpark to park your bike. There's a security guard at the Carpark. This just my observation. It's all up to you…

The locationa are superb. But the cleanliness are out. The staft will ask to keep your passport which I dun like it but thats their rules. Nearby food eatery, 7e, atm, shopping mall. Easy to take tuktuk.

Good 2.5 star hotel. Location excellent. Right in town center.

Very dirty and many cockroach and the room is very smelly… go and ask to change a room but fail and just spray around only.

If I could I wouldn't even give a star. We stayed at Grand Plaza Hotel for 2 nights from 20 Nov 2017 to 21 Nov 2017. All the rooms I booked had cockroaches and some beds had bedbugs. One of the rooms had no towels, no soaps or shampoos and the room had a smelly odour. The sink, toilet bowl and bath tub had water clogged and the toilet bowl couldn't flush. The air con wasn't very cold and furthermore, the water given had been drunk before. When I asked to change the room, they had to check and I waited for 15mins and they gave a room on a different floor from the other rooms I booked and they gave a room all the way at the back even though there was a room opposite a room I booked that was free. They didn't look happy to change a room for me and none of the staff were friendly. One of the rooms I booked had a dead bird across the room that could be seen from the window. There was only one socket to use and there was no hairdryers. I brought a hairdryer but the wattage was different and it couldn't be used. No toothbrushes or toothpastes were given. The rooms were rather dark and so were the corridors. The lift was extremely tiny and four people had to squeeze and there were only two lifts. Overall, it was a horrible experience if I was given a chance to stay in this hotel again for free I wouldn't take it. For an extra couple of dollars, another hotel in the same area could be booked with better service and better rooms.

Nice hotel to stay in Hadyai.

There is a staff attitude particularly poor, because the room also no hair dryer. Will need him to help me, how do you know be scolded two sentences, the Thai, the back face… The hotel specifically is very good! is not like now service attitude.

Easily accessible to shopping places.

This hotel seems to be too old. The carpet to the hotel room sucks. This hotel does not provide toothbrush n toothpaste. Not worth paying the price which is considered much more expensive than the hotels around the area.

Cheap but a bit old. Experience the Twilight Zone here. Dare you?.

Easy to find local food, tourist things, clothes, etc. But its a lil' creepy because its like an old style hotel room & the corridor has a low light. Makes it more creepy (for me)

Got fairly big bathtub. Located at the center of the Hat Yai city.

Smelly room. But located in the heart of everything.

After the renovation is really great! Clean, the room comfortable, the transportation is convenient. Next time you must stay here!

Here transportation is convenient, spacious and clean rooms, staff is kind and polite to!

Good location hotel but room very old with not friendly front office and housekeeping stay…

This hotel is my favourite one and always stay there good customer service and location too.

Bathroom looks old and with small cockroach and mosquitoes. Smell old carpet on First entering room. Internet connection very poor, must get your own 'dtac sim card happy tourist gang' for unlimited internet and free call between your friends. Room rate quite expensive. Very near to shopping place and halal food. Don't forget to visit Asean Trade Market very big area of shopping and more cheaper compare to near this hotel, pay 100 bhat for tuk tuk fare to get there.

The room is quite good. There is not much to complain. It is just like any other hotel out there.
