Clean linen + room. Bath tub is useable and clean.

We booked through Agoda and check-in was a breeze. The hotel had given us the rooms as requested. The room was decent and clean. It would have been nicer if they had disposable room slippers and perhaps some tea bags. Nevertheless two bottles of drinking water was available in the room for the guests.

Very clean environment and near to shops. There are many shops for eating and drinking. It's very near to Hatyai Railway station, we can hear the sound from the station.

Standard twin beds room are not that spacious but clean & tidy with flat screen tv. Good and reliable Wi-Fi. Walking distance from LEE GARDEN PLAZA is around 5 minutes. Staffs are friendly.

Rooms are comfortable. Services are nice. Supply Wi-Fi services every floor.

Rooms were big and clean and hotel was near to all the fun bars and restaurants.

Could be better. Bed are hard though otherwise really affordable for weekend getaway.

Reasonable booking cost that comes with a clean and spacious hotel room. It is very convenient as it near to Lee Gardens Hotel that has lots of shops around the town.

This hotel is comfortable and hommy, and there's delicious pork porridge near the hotel.

The place is very clean but the amenities not enough like they didnt provide toothbrushes, soap, etc so remember to bring your own.

Good location which has nearby shopping mall, night market and 7-11 in walking distance. Staffs are very friendly. Overall the rooms are clean. Not expensive yet room is spacious. Tour Guide favorite hotel.

There's a feeling of ship. Hotel is three stars, Samsung Price, but there is no Samsung level and service. Hotel Photos of the bathroom has a bathtub, to find no, asked to explain, but said there is a bathtub room is not, to change waiting for tomorrow, too much, I have to pay the same price. Tea bags and coffee are also not available, as well as toothbrushes! Room is small, bath towel dirty, rotten hotel!

Very bad services and staff service. Harsh spoken. No tea and coffee pkt and Wi-Fi very bad. There's others complaint as well not only us. For you to know for you to find out.

Good location and the rooms are clean. The staff dont speak so good english and took me few minutes to order a nescafe on the phone with the reception. The shower are good but only the elevator is a bit slow.

Hotel is good, clean and convenient to go anywhere. You can walk to Hadyai Train Station and Robinson, Shopping Mall.

Relatively clean, small but decent breakfast buffet (sausages, fried eggs, fried rice, glass noodles, some soup/broth I wasn't adventurous enough to taste, white bread and a toaster, fresh fruit, instant coffee in a big pot)

Friendly staff. Clean Room. The only thing is not really understand why front desk want to keep our passport. Highly advice do not let them keep ur passport.

Love it. The staffs are helpful, the room is clean and quiet surroudings. Wi-fi reception is not bad (level 12). Price is reasonable. Just a 10min walk to Lee Garden and to Train station.

The popular and renovated King's Hotel is just next door but if you want a new hotel of higher quality stay at the Aloha. A lot of hotels have a beautiful lobby but the quality is lost in the rooms. This isn't the case at the Aloha. Electronically keyed rooms are of a good size with electric kettle, flat screen television, fridge, and a desk for the compute when using the free Wi-Fi. Washroom is modern. Best of the moderately priced hotels in Hat YaI.
