Almost Perfect, but I like it a lot. Next to the Sunrise Beach, comfy bed, pillow and linen. Clean, good service. The only thing is there's no restaurant, but it's ok. You may order room service, massage in room. Recommend.

Great hotel on Sunset beach. Breakfast is served on your patio which is a nice touch (although there's no other place it could be served). Rooms are nice, and there are plenty of sunbeds.

Nice resort by the beach! Staff are good and with good service. We stayed there for 3 nights and breakfast everyday were awesome starting with beachside breakfast. There is room for improvement of housekeeping.

A great place to stay but its overpriced. Its right on sunrise beach a 10 second walk to the beach from your bed. Nice rooms & bathroom & staff are very friendly.

Amazing getaway resort, which for us had the perfect location. Staff collects you from the dock after boat arrival. Checkin is 13. Rooms, cleanliness are brilliant. You have very comfortable terrasse furniture. Limited, sea view but the whole complex is build so it is cousy and still private and quiet. They serve the amazing breakfast on this terrasse every morning. You choose the food and time. Amazing. Beach is right there with chairs and you can enjoy the sunrise. Very good shallow waters for snorkelling. Many fish. Just be aware of the tides. It can get very/too shallow. For us in January, snorkelling should be done from 7-12 and 16-onwards.

Koh Lipe is horribly overdeveloped. Wonderful sea and snorkelling… but the island mostly ruined. If you're going to stay then this is about the best place to stay. All accommodation is overpriced on Lipe… but it IS worth paying the extra for the sea view rooms here. Nice resort on a crowded beach.

Great people, location, cleanliness. Simple room, as described, but perfect for our needs.

My wife and I are still here and are having a great time so far. The staff is nice, got bribed to check in with a smoothie but I was going to do it anyways. Location is great and only minutes from walking street and we have a partial ocean view room do we can’t complain. Only negatives is the Wi-Fi is slow and disconnected every now and then. I shouldn’t be checking work stuff but I work for a company that believes you should. That’s another story!

I stayed there during 10-13Dec. Good service and the best sea view from the room at Koh Lipe! Its on the Sunrise beach and everyday you can just swimming downstairs then go up to your room. If your room is downstairs, you can walk to the beach only 1min. And this resort is close to Walking street. The staff is nice to teach you how to go to the walking street and its almost 5mins to there. On the way to walking street, there are so many small local restaurants, shops and laundry also. And the breakfast in this hotel is very good. You will have many choices for the breakfast. I like their thai style fried rice and have fresh fruit every breakfast. Please don’t hesitate to check in at Cabana Lipe Beach Resort, if you want to watch the best sunrise at Koh Lipe. Thanks for everything at Cabana. Hope to go there again.
