The head of staff "Von" is the best guy. Very nice there.

We first booked this resort off Agoda for 5 nights during July 2021. There was a taxi to bring us from the pier to the resort. The staff were really friendly and accomodating and the upgraded us for free as the hotel was quite quiet due to the pandemic. Our room was amazing with a balcony, massive bathtub in the middle of the room and about a 30 second walk from the beach. There was unlimited breakfast delivered to the room each morning. The staff were all super friendly especially Von and the kitchen manager (sorry I forgot her name) made us feel at home at this resort. We loved it so much that our 5 nights became 2 weeks then it became 3 weeks and 1 day and unfortunately we couldn't extend anymore because the Pak Bara — Lipe speedboats were stopping for a month due to the pandemic. Would love to go back to Koh Lipe and Idyllic once this pandemic is over.

Location is super, rooms are good, breakfast excellent, very friendly and service-minded staff, escpecially Ploy. Beach is unbelievable.
The gym is the best we tried in Thailand. Brand new equipment several floors and even has a climbing wall.

Nice hotel with private beautiful beach. The beachfront room is breath — taking. Staff are really helpful & friendly most of them can speak English really well. I finally in love with this hotel and will go back next year. The down side are the bed sheet has weird smell and the food (bar b q) is a little bit expensive. Anyway if you want to experience the vacation on a good beach I totally recommend. The hotel is eco-friendly I love that and the massage at the spa is so good with the lovely price don't forget to try. ps. I'm Thai and my English is weak. Hope you don't mind with that.

Very peaceful accommodation, Nice service, beautiful scenery and we will be back again.

(We have stayed here during off-season) Very nice hotel and friendly staff and general manager taking care of guests and luggage from arriving at pier to departure from pier. Very modern and clean rooms. Two dofferent pools, one of them with pool bar and seaview. However, there is some room for improvement concerning details such as coat and towel hooks. All in all I can really recommend staying at Idyllic Concept Resort.

Hotel good breakfast rich, service personnel cordial, good facilities, only the hotel does not have the so-called gate entrance, probably because Koh lipe infrastructure is not good so the road is basically a 2 meters wide gravel road, in addition to the lipe water quality is not good, the tap open out of the water will often be mixed with gravel.

Not exactly worth the price. Almost no Wi-Fi signal. Plenty of stairs. Lots of broken facilities. Perfect breakfast, nice swimming pool.

The sea view suites are amazing. Food is great. Hard to beat the scenery.

Mostly positive experiences. Kayaks inklusive. 50% of the room rate has to be paid when booking, the rest when you leave.

The first is that all the structure that tends to luxury, is kept not very well, at times neglected, so does not maintain the standard for which you are paying…
The location of the resort is in an area of coast very, always, definitely windy, limiting all that beautiful would be possible to do.
You will then be forced to move every day on the opposite side of the island (10/15 minutes on foot) where you will be sheltered from the wind in order to enjoy a splendid sea.

Island is a highly CP high-quality hotel, breakfast is very delicious, service staff is very intimate and very kind. The only bad thing is that there are too many visitors, the quality is relatively not so good.

Amazing room decoration, I prefer the other side Petaya beach very good place to snorkel the hotel offers free kayak.

Excellent hotel, on a very good beach. Excellent breakfast with very good service. They give you kayak and life jacket free, cheap price is rented snorkel and frog legs. The room was very nice and comfortable. They give you service to find you and take you to the port. Beach with corals very close by, so it's good to snorkel. The only bad thing is that it is a little far from the center, and you have to walk up and down enough stairs to go to breakfast and to the beach.

Everything is fine, just live hill side will be more inconvenient, too many staircases need to climb, distance walking street or a little distance.

I love the swimimng pool and the beach is low tide. Can even find nemo fish here. Love it and enjoy it with my wife and kids.

One of the better resort on the island @ sunrise beach. If budget isn't an issue and u like comfort… this is the place. Nice pool, cosy lobby and restaurant Like the set up. Huge room too…

Great concept resort, stay 3 night with my wife for our 2nd year wedding anniversary. Suprise us with room decoration and free us a slice of cake. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean place with free kayaking, clear water beach that able to snorkerling and the best part is awesome place to watch sunrise.

The hotel room we chose is Eye Sea. The room is small, and the walls are thin; we can hear people chatting. Lots of stuffs are out of order, the door is unable to lock, the sink is stuck, the toilet is not flushing well, lots of insects inside the room, and the light at door front is off not until we unlock the door. The door front is extremely dark, not even a light bulb, we have to use phone light to find the key hole. Also, there is no direct taxi access; we have to walk some stairs to reach the backdoor of the hotel, which is now a messy construction site (that's the only entrance for taxi). Last, the pool is small & dirty. The only good thing is, the staff is really nice. Conclusion: it doesn't worth your money at all.

Lovely place, I believe we chose well. Situated right on the beach, very peaceful. The atmosphere is delightful and the staff are a pleasure. Food great. Would suggest in booking rooms on higher floor as the ones on the ground have no privacy.

Nice Hotel with a very nice beach. There is no bar service on the beach and the hotel does not take care of cleaning it. The island in general is quite dirty. The room I Sun is nice and spacious. It is close to the center, 15 minutes walking, the access is not very nice and it is quite dark. Impossible for disabled or troubled people to go up and down stairs.

I stayed 5 nights in their luxury room totally dun worth it. I book for a pool access room upon check in I was given a second floor then offered a pool access room without bathtub? Luxury room without bathtub? Fine since I can't climb the stairs everyday I accepted it. Second day I realize the pool level corner room has a bathtub? Why lie to your customer? The next thing I do not recommend this hotel is they openly discriminate their guest. I was having a drink at their beach restaurant one night and I ask for the menu to plan for dinner the following day. This long hair waitress whom was most unwilling to served me ask me to get the menu from the reception the next day? Seconds later a Caucasian couple came in. She glued herself to their table giving all the info they need and personally showing them what they need with a big watermelon smile. Unfortunately we understand Thai language. At the breakfast noodle station I over heard the senior cook asking the junior to give the Caucasian guest bigger portion? I am not so concern about the portion I am more upset about the attitude they have towards their guest. We all paid a premium rate we should be treated equally. The front desk doesn't have a manager when we ask for one. A senior guy came with a unprofessional and swanky attitude that tell us how they trained their staff. Lastly this hotel do not practice service recovery and a word of apology.

It's a beautiful location and serene. The morning sunsets are breathtaking. I did have some issues over the Internet connection, which was marginal at best, and that the resort is difficult to get to. It is located in an area away from the main "Walking Street" which is great, but also quite difficult to get to. In order to get away from the resort, you have to walk up several staircases and then down some gravely roads, past a mess of old construction and a garbage pile, where you can luckily get a motor bike taxi. Depending on how you look at it, it either adds to the charm, or distracts from it. It would be impossible to get to if you are medically or physically challenged. The breakfast buffet is quite good and not the normal bland stuff. I found the staff to be fine, but the other patrons of the hotel, who are mostly European were stand offish. One of the first places I have been to where not one person showed any type of friendliness, I found if "strange. " And if you're a non smoker, you will have to deal with peole smoking next to you on the beach. And one final area of concern is that unless you are up early and get yourself a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella, as the sun rises, you will be out of luck if you plan to sunbathe. If you come down by 9 am, they will be unavailable. They are hoarded and "saved" by rude peole who keep them all day, yet come and go during the day.

Koh Lipe have all types of resorts and I selected Idyllic for my stay during second trip to this Lipe. After a lot of research I am confident to say this resort is in the top of the list. I suggest this resort to anyone who wants to get best experience of Lipe. Great staff, food, rooms and 10min walk to Walking Street. Best choice!

The rooms are good and clean, the facility is partly still some construction site with no noise.

Nice and quite beach, the crew is great, the quality of life changes a lot according your lucky star, the Wi-Fi works really bad.

Feel like home in this one, great atmosphere and nice pool, way to expensive, you can get better and cheaper just around the corner.

Nice modern style structure, very clean and well equipped the beach. The rooms are very nice and ample the only less positive note goes to the bed which has the mattress very hard, it seems to sleep on the ground.
The beach the hotel is very nice also there are free kayaks. Pero to the left is studded with taxi boat that mortify the view unfortunately.

Way overpriced and in a bad shape expensive hotel. Rooms are dirty and not well maintained. Staff is hilarious in the way that they have no idea what they are doing or how to be helpful in a smooth way. They run each other in the way or are just chatting to each other for hours while the place is dirty or needs a clean-up. Clearly very incompetent management.

Hotel very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the top. The staff is great.
Moreover I stayed in contact with them and what a hurry c is to return.
Located on the most beautiful beach of koh lipe and only minutes away from the street or l we spend great evenings, there is something for all tastes.
Restore service is perfect and the pool bar made great cocktail.
