I stayed 5 nights in their luxury room totally dun worth it. I book for a pool access room upon check in I was given a second floor then offered a pool access room without bathtub? Luxury room without bathtub? Fine since I can't climb the stairs everyday I accepted it. Second day I realize the pool level corner room has a bathtub? Why lie to your customer? The next thing I do not recommend this hotel is they openly discriminate their guest. I was having a drink at their beach restaurant one night and I ask for the menu to plan for dinner the following day. This long hair waitress whom was most unwilling to served me ask me to get the menu from the reception the next day? Seconds later a Caucasian couple came in. She glued herself to their table giving all the info they need and personally showing them what they need with a big watermelon smile. Unfortunately we understand Thai language. At the breakfast noodle station I over heard the senior cook asking the junior to give the Caucasian guest bigger portion? I am not so concern about the portion I am more upset about the attitude they have towards their guest. We all paid a premium rate we should be treated equally. The front desk doesn't have a manager when we ask for one. A senior guy came with a unprofessional and swanky attitude that tell us how they trained their staff. Lastly this hotel do not practice service recovery and a word of apology. If you are not running a Asian friendly hotel please state so during reservation I believed I have other better options.
