We have been visiting Phuket for the past 12 years and particularly love the Surin Beach area. We (my wife and I) just spent 10 days at the Twinpalms Phuket hotel and had a wonderful experience. The place looks as good as always and the staff continues to genuinely try to please the customers. First of all, it is such a top notch quality and beautiful place in a tropical setting. Secondly, it’s staff and management are wonderful — they can’t be better. For example, my wife got sick on our last day of our vacation (before travel day) and the staff was just amazing how they would check-up on her almost every hour…. Even arranging for a visit to the nearby clinic. Very caring people at Twinpalms! I want to also recognize Khun Bass (F&B Manager) and Khun Eak (Room Services Manager) for their kind attention to us. We will be back.

Best hotel on the best beach in a Phuket!

Great place still high quality.

Staying during our Phuket sandbox (which was 14 nights) and extended 2 more nights, which clearly indicates we didn’t want to leave. Love everything about this hotel, especially the main pool. We usually prefer our own private pool in our villa but the main pool of this hotel gives a different feeling, which we love going there more than our own private pool. The hotel overall was well designed & maintained. Services are friendly and attentive. From the staffs at the breakfast venue to our villa hosts & housekeepers, everyone took parts to make our stay impeccable and we are thankful for their hard work. Highly recommend and will return.

It was so nice to be in this little paradise. Clean and proper. The staff was excellent good. Pool are fantastic. We go for dinner at the Wague restaurant, and that was amaizing, the food was 5 star, service also 5 star, inside the restaurant so nice. Minus was the food at pool. Will come back.

My went for lunch on Christmas Day. The food was fantastic and that was never any shortage of wine. The staff including Santa Claus were great fun! Can't wait for next Christmas Day!

We loved our stay at Twinpalms (even tried extending it for another week, but it was unfortunately sold out). Very relaxing and quiet hotel, with quick access to great restaurants and nice beach. Will go back!

This was our 4th stay there and I must say that this hotel is still one of my favorites in Thailand.
I really appreciate the quality of service (all the staff is excellent, trying to help and very welcoming), the comfort of the very large rooms and the very pleasant pool. I also like a lot the excellent breakfast every morning.

Nice place, wonderful & cozy hotel with friendly staff, excellent service, cannot believe this hotel already 13 to 14 years, good maintainence, we stay in the duplex suite with pool for 4d3n, if the private pool a bit bigger then perfect. We enjoy a lot. Highly recommanded.

We booked a pool suite. It was an amazing experience away from all the tourist. This is a great resort if you just want to stay in. The breakfast and room service options were the best food that we have had in Thailand.

I came here with my girlfriend for a relaxing four night stay and loved every minute of it! This hotel is located opposite surin beach and the area is relatively quiet whilst still having plenty of places to eat and shop. The facilities at this hotel are lovely, the pool is massive and the gym is well resourced. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, with a great selection of good quality western and Asian dishes. Plus the pancake man was lovely and shovelled pancakes onto my plate every morning! On the last day he made me a giant pancake :) All of the staff spoke impeccable English and were so kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free shuttle transportation to any of their restaurants, which was a bonus.

Incredible resort! Such friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful hotel and surrounds. The amenities are incredible with a great, well equipt fitness centre and spa. The pool is magical but most of all loved the buffet set for breakfast. It was sensational. Wish I got photo's to share. I will definitely be back!

Twinpalms was lovely. The staff were wonderful and the proximity to the beach is incredible. We simply crossed the road for a morning swim in the ocean.

Fabulous scenery. The staff however is not always affable… The tasting of the fruit is done in a very sober setting this a stuck atmosphere! Damage…

This has been our second stay at Twinpalms and it has been as magical as the first one! From impeccable service to the most amazing breakfast buffet, a 50m pool for our daily morning laps, a relaxing spa and spacious rooms — it has definitely not been our last! Make sure to book a dinner at Palm Seaside for the best Thai food in the world and a unique, utterly beautiful setting!

Since more than 10 years a rewarding experience. Always renovated. Rooms look fresh and accurate as if they were built last year. Come and enjoy.

Loved this hotel! the rooms are extremely spacious and with modern clean interior and they are air-conditioned all day so when you Step in it's nice and cool. upon arrival you can choose the scent and flower decoration for your room along with what kind of pillow you prefer. Gym is Fantastic and way better than your average hotel fitness rooms, breakfast is great (super Friendly service&cook) and there is an hourly Shuttle service to the 2 beach clubs which belong to the hotel. both are Great, HQ a bit more private and with Nature, while Catch is on a super long beach (rent a jetski and Go along the coast for Beautiful views). the palmseaside Restaurant hast an incredible Setting, definitely Check that out for a drink or dinner — and if you want something more local& Low key try Audi's (located just down the road towards catch) — great Thai food, live Musik & relaxed setting we loved it here and would come back any Time!

Highly recommend, quiet, cozy place for a family holiday in the territory of one of the nicest beaches.

Very friendly and luxurious hotel. The triplex with rooftop pool is very beautiful although you have a lot of steps to get to the terrace with the rooftop pool. We loved this hotel and the services offered. A beach is attached to the hotel you just have to walk a little. You will find some very nice blue beanbags and will be treated to a towel as you live at the twinpalm hotel. There are a lot of small restaurants in the area so don't miss them. Ditto for massages.

Though beach club is not next to the hotel, but other facilities are great, all hotel restaurant are tasty. Shopping for daily requirements is quite convenient, great for longer stay.

A beautiful resort with very friendly personel who are always taking care of your needs.

At first we were unsure about the location of the hotel but it turns out to be a great place: the beach is nice, many place to eat in the neighborhood, and many food stands at the beach. Tailors, souvenir, super market, all in at walking distance. The hotel itself is just awesome, great rooms, nice decoration, super nice swimming pool, you feel relax immediately. But the real plus if this hotel is the staff. They are the most amazing people. Always looking to help you, they all are perfect and they deserve an award! Everyday the kitchen staff was preparing mashed vegetable for our little one, they were playing with him, always thinking how to make him smiling… This is definitely the best hotel we stayed at, and the best staff ever! There's only one little thing to be perfect: the breakfast does not have that many choices (however the quality is perfect)

A beautiful resort, tranquil, clean and situated 5 minutes from the beach. The staff are delightful and every effort is made to ensure your stay is perfect.

They've really thought of everything. In-room espresso machine was definitely a highlight. Hotel restaurant was fantastic too.

Room was large and comfortable. Nicely decorated and maintained. Compound was not too large. Staff were polite and helpful but could be more attentive.

We were tossing up staying here or next door at the Novotel. Very glad we made this choice as we were traveling without our daughter. Twin Palms is very quiet and very much couples compared to the Novotel which is aimed at families. The service is great, we had a room which has a personal Butler ‘Pek’ She is super helpful and always gets back to us quickly when we send a message. Breaky is okay not amazing. Catch beach club which they have a shuttle for is awesome. Great beach (next beach north) and you can go for a walk and get a taste of the local food and bars on the beach. Pool is nice, we have a duplex suite which is a double story monster room. Awesome room, has 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen and also a 3 mini bar fridge’s one being a wine fridge with fine wine in there. We would stay here again.

Comfortable, very friendly atmosphere. Children under 14 are not allowed — great! Wonderfull Surin beach is 200 meters from the hotel. Nice food.

Fantastic resort. Impeccable accommodations and 5-start customer service. The hotel restaurant is also a 5-star experience. The best part is the hotel partnership with Catch Beach Club. The only downfall is that the quality of the beach isn't the best.

The breakfast is great and the rooms are neat and clean but very small. The staff are hit and miss. We have had water leaking in our bathroom for four days and they have been unable to fix.

Beautiful hotel with a long swimming pool. A place really quiet and far from the sounds of Patong. The beach is 200m. The hotel also has 2 private beaches; CatchBeach and HQ Beach. Shuttles serve the 2 beaches every 30mn I think. A smiling team and always at the small care to understand you even though you do not master the Franglais. The tourist office is 200m to the left of the hotel and can inform you about all the tourist excursions in Phuket. For those who want to go to Patong, taxis or TUC-TUC are to be preferred (20mn about). For breakfast included it is downright a sweet and salty meal in self-service to shield the belly. This is really the perfect place to rest quiet away from the city's husk haha.

Very nicely located and modern hotel close to Surin Beach.

Extremely kind and hospitable staff. We were upgraded to a room with a higher standard and welcomed with a welcome drink and flowers. Oasis of calm. Beautiful tropical garden. Very close to the beach, however transfers are also offered. Great choice for breakfast with a selection of fresh fruit juices. Rooms are very cozy, with a modern design. Absolutely amazing experience. We will definitely come back.

Caveat: I didn't stay here, just popped in for a drink and a nose around. Nicely appointed. Drinks not cheap, but consistent with the quality of the hotel (just! )

Architecture is located 150 meters from the sea with a great pool and very nice and the service is quality.

Really great hotel, but Beach was a directly accessible Surin April 2016 "beach clean-up" instead. All restaurants, bars, beach clubs and massage Temple have been removed. There are no umbrellas or chairs. And we also had to make do with a huge construction site on the beach.

Just a gem of hotel… class service, consistent quality, a true jewel on a beautiful and quiet beach.

Hotel has wonderful rooms, nice pool, nice architecture style, very friendly staff. However, the beach next to the hotel was "cleaned" in the sense that all businesses have been removed by the government. The beach itself is still there but there is literally nothing except for salt water and sand. Hopefully, in the future this will change.

Hotel is Aging needs a lot of maintenance is a 6 star Property and such needs alot of work to stay there used to have catch Beach Club now has a seafood restaurant in Bangtao the group is a leader in Phuket so hotel is great quality as is the food and Beverage.

The Twinpalms is a para-paradise resort in harmony with the nature. The breakfast is as extensive as the staff friendly. The apartments, which are placed around the central pool, have the an or other surprises to offer.

Truly one of the best hotels in the World. Twin Palms is a sanctuary. It is one of the most peaceful and luxurious places to stay in Phuket. The pool area is divine with a great pool bar/restaurant area so you don't have to move far from your sun bed. The rooms are well organised and decorated with soft, comfortable beds. The style is contemporary modern with beautiful bathrooms. Twin Palms has great restaurants, with Oriental Spoon being the main one — have Sunday Brunch here … unbelievable and one of the most popular on the island. However it still remains intimate and stylish. Just can't wait to return …

Loved it so much, didn't want to leave.

It was my experience in year 2012. I went there with my friends. Almost like vacation while have some experience to share. It is as good as Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Nice spa. And Yes! The workers smiling at us and greet us respectly.
