We’re currently staying at the hotel for 9 nights and it’s lovely. We have a terrace pool room and it’s great. The private pool is quiet and not overlooked. The other 2 hotel pools are also lovely and the bar is well appointed — happy hour is fab! We’ve also eaten in the hotel restaurant — Pad Thai, which was great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel and rooms are nice, but the operation and services could be better. One staff opened our room accidentally. The electricity in the room didn’t work for awhile.

Absolutely brilliant! I loved it and the staff were so incredibly friendly. I stayed in the Surin room which was beautiful! The amenities were great as well. The pool setting was great and the restaurant was nice too. A little bit pricey considering Twin Palms is right next door and is similar in price! One thing is that there is no gym! Sadly) : It would be nice if they supplied a voucher or discount for the Gym next door which is great! I will be back though! And use Twin Palms gym as well as eat there.

Stayed for five nights and overall the hotel is very nice. Facilities — good pool, clean rooms however Wi-Fi isn’t great, not consistent (once connected it often loses connection) and we did get locked out of our rooms on one occasion however the staff were quick to resolve this. Food — decent selection at breakfast and the food is cooked and prepared to a good standard. Staff — Fantastic staff, very helpful and are quick to resolve any issues as highlighted above. Overall — very good stay, well situated and would consider staying here again in future.

Nice hotel across the street from the Surin Beach. We had a 2 levels suite facing the pool. The bedroom was upstairs and it was really specious and nicely decorated, the bathroom was just ok. The drain in the shower was not working properly and there was a weird smell on many occasions. The swimming pool was on a cool side for us but the beach across the street was so wonderful, never overcrowded and the ocean was always warm and superbly clean. Absolutely amazing… There are many restaurants to choose from right by the resort, all pretty good. But for us the hotel restaurant was really great for the few dinners that we had there. Breakfast had limited operations but the a la cart options like pancakes and poached eggs were super tasty. This hotel was my husband's favourite eventhough it was not 5*. We had a wonderful 8 night stay there.

The hotel location is 2 minutes from the beach. The beach is striking in its beauty and purity. Recommend with children. The hotel staff is very friendly, responds to any request. Rooms are comfortable, cleaned regularly, no complaints. Kitchen to choose from, Thai, European, filing original, taste on top. For children also recommend. Little Russian, a lot of foreigners, which can not but rejoice. Recommend the hotel in all respects!

The very best hotel never seen in Phuket! good position, staff very friendly and helfull, good rooms big and with balcony. Bathroom big, clean and a good courtesy set. A wonderful breakfast home made. I'll come back for sure.

To avoid if you are in the area. As soon as we arrived, we were surprised to learn that our room had been downgraded (while we had booked for 6 months…), we found ourselves in the 1st room behind the reception, without window, with foul odors, and the Bonde Shower clogged… After we complained, we got a dinner offered to make up for it all, but that's still not enough.! Staff rather cold, service of medium quality, and many details that show that this hotel is moderately maintained. 2 narrow and unattractive pools. Restaurant too small to greet everyone in the morning, you have to queue… The area is dirty and there is nothing to visit in the area, nor even any store. Only the beach is rather nice and was our only breath of oxygen. In summary, hotel without much interest and little charm.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. For it has reduced. And the breakfasts are delicious, albeit a small choice, in general moves to another hotel!

Very nice boutique hotel, right in front of Surin beach. This hotel is surrounded with a few bigger and more luxurious hotel and offer a good value for money in comparison. The rooms are big enough, nicely designed and feel fairly new. The hotel can accommodate with all your needs, motorcycle rental, shuttle transfer, taxis and massage and all are offered at very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel, slightly cheaper than the 5 star in Surin but with similar comfort and location!

Charming hotel, spacious room with a private swimming pool, staff with little care, their speciality "Pan Thai" is really delicious, hotel is located at QQ meters in front of the sea or different vendors are onsite PR a fast food.

Booked the Surin Terrace room on Expedia which, per the Manathai website, says it has a private pool. To our dismay, when we arrived, we were put on an upper floor which did not have a pool. The pool was one of the only reasons we booked this hotel. The staff were accommodating and switched our room for the next day and provided us with a lunch voucher after some negotiation. The staff is friendly and helpful but the washroom had a constant sanitary / sewage smell which was not nice for a hotel of this class. The restaurant food was good.

Really enjoyed Manathai. Minimalist with a luxurious feel. Great welcome experience with yummy lychee drink.

In search of their photo systems just super, modernity and purity we were brought here, for 4 nights 900 U. S. Dollars, turned out to be just a boutique hotel, the territory constantly smelled of chemistry, the room is very dark, supposedly a terrace with a pool, but the pool is very small, like a hole and Dirty, breakfast is not tasty. Towels are constantly missing on the pool, why when ordered, supposedly 5 stars, but I would give 3, and no more.

Stayed here Christmas 17 it was brilliant. Staff can't do enough for ya and the food is great too. Plus they have a happy hour which always goes done a treat. Beach is 100 yards from the entrance and is beautiful. Can't recommend this place enough.

Restaurant is a little bit to dirty, shelfs are full of dust. Room was perfect, hotel position was great, but we have problems with cold/hot water, unable to make a shower without burn or freezze. We had private pool, it was cleaned just 1 day of 8days.

The room we were assigned was far from being the one we had booked (via travel private). And as the staff n has decided to know nothing …

Very chic furnished, modern hotel close to the beach, but a few minor shortcomings add up. The staff is not particularly attentive: there was no information about local events such as Loy Krathong, and also the cleaning of the room did not always work when requested. The breakfast is delicious but at peak times the tables are scarce. In addition, the room has only 2 small fans and no other air conditioning.

Such a relaxing, nice, quiet and clean place to be. Saff are very kind and look after you. We requested for a late check out due to our late night flight back home with our 12months old, which was happily approved with no extra cost. The hotel is near to the beach. Not too far from airport and markets. Definately recommend if you are wanting a relaxing holiday with family and kids.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The two pools are nice and the beautiful Surin beach is just a minute walk away.

Luxurious hotel without being over the top or pretentious. Staff welcomed us with refreshing cold towels and tea. Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable; plumbing, though, was a big disappointment, with wild fluctuations in water pressure and temperature even during quick showers, whatever time of day. On the other hand, just 100mtr from beautiful Surin Beach.

The lobby is well decorated but there is no air conditioned, I give the restaurant 5 stars ، delicious food and friendly staff.

Rooms as described and friendly stuff. I recommend to rent a motorbike to explore the island. Hotel offers cheap renting (good quality)

The Manathai Surin is like a finding Diamond in the rough, this is a 4 star hotel but the friendly and helpful staff make up the 5th star. The rooms are a bit dated but well appointed and have everything required when on holiday. The Breakfast has a great selection and not being a huge resort seemed much friendlier than some of the bigger places we have stayed at. The lunch and dinner food menus need some work and this is the only reason I am rating this resort 4 stars out of 5.

Small, quiet, and lovely resort — reasonably priced. Nicely decorated and spacious rooms. Staff are very kind and accommodating. Relaxed vibe, close to the beach. Would definitely go back.

My boyfriend and I just arrived back in Melbourne this morning. We are so happy with the service we received from you guys. We have stayed in Manathai Koh Samui as well. Both are absolutely amazing and we can't thank you enough.

Very nice hotel in Surin beach, the beach is near the hotel, the people in the hotel are very kind. We stayed there for 5 nights and it was a very relaxing and beautiful experience. It's clean, good breakfast and nice pool to chil and drinking coctails. I recomend it to everyone who wants to spend nice holidays on Phuket. Best regards.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean & spacious. Great location with everything you need on the street. Staff are all so friendly and their English is great. The message at the spa was probably one of the best I've ever had.

Beach, friendliness of people, weather.

Hotel is OK with some problems, e. G. Drain is constantly clogged, all rooms are not quite clean, but the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The beach is top.

The hotel has a very nice ambiance and nice personnel. The beautiful white beach which starts just 100 meters from the hotel is unfortunately not completely clean. The preponderant plastic waste washed from the sea to the beach is rarely eliminated.

A pleasant stay with an upgrade of a plunge room, very nice! Staff friendly and pleasant. Breakfast buffet cooked fresh on order, great coffee!

Great value for Surin beach. Beach is only 3 mins away where you can get great seafood/thai restaurants like Audy. Friendly staff and a small but good selection for breakfasts.
