Great hospitality and all needed facilities are provided. The hotel is perfectly located in town where is near to the bus stop around 150 m and not too far from Phuket Old Town. If you are fond of walking, this place should be one of your choice. :-)

Highly recommended. We stayed for two weeks. Walking distance from Phuket old town (4-5 min). Exceptionally awesome owners and staff, speak perfect English, very helpful too (like: printing of flight data was no problem), very hygienic, big shower with always working warm water, breakfast and daily bottles of drinking water is complimentary, good large beds with excellent mattresses, nice dark and quiet room, private safe on room, also perfect for families with children. Good tips of what and where to do. We could not have wished for anything better. We wish you all the best and if we come back to Phuket we will definitely book here again. Thank you.

Nice and clean hotel but a little bit noisy if you are s light sleeper! The location is good, close to the old city, is a family business and they are very kind and helpful BUT the breakfast was very poor, only cold milk with cereal, margarine with jam and boild rice with some onion on top so if you have a option to chose without breakfast. I would recommend this hotel of the noise will not disturb you.

Hotel is new and clean. The road is very noisy. Included breakfast pathetic. Toast, jam, rice soup, pineapple, Netscape. That was the "international" breakfast.

Great family run Hotel, very nice and clean rooms. The hotel Manager has good tips for Restaurants or attractions. Price-performance is here in expensive Phuket is perfect. Will definitely come back again, the location is great, just 500 meters to the center!

I lived near Patong beach for two night and the hotel was really bad. Then I came here, booked a room much much much better with lower price and amazing service! A young man ran this hotel with his mom, the delicate and modern decorations impressed us. The host is so considerate and patient that they can always give you the most appropriate suggestions on your trip. I don't know whether it is because that the young host and I are of similar age, we get along quite well. This hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I come to Phuket. Many traditional snacks around the hotel. Rent a motorbike and then u can go anywhere u want.
