Very affordable place and as close to the night market as you can get. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Hot shower, good a/c and refridgerator. Only downside was the bed. Extremely hard and the rooms were a bit noisy from other guests/hallway.
I was told by my Thai and Chinese friends that the rent per month was 7, 000 baht per month. I needed a place to stay so I went there to ask how much for a month, the receptionist took out a calculator, took the daily rate and multiplied it by 30 days. Then, proceeded to add in over 3, 000 baht for electricity, water and internet. The total per month was around 30, 000 baht. Was the price so high because of my skin color? More than likely. Just another discriminatory act in Thailand.

New place but don't expect much out of it. A very quiet neighborhood and a quiet place. Rassada pier is about 30 mins away and the airport an hour by taxi.
