Maid stole money. Staff are terrible and kept insisting we call the police when I saw a maid take our money from our room whilst changing the bedding. Dirty place too in the middle of nowhere.

The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean, the breakfast was good, the pool was nice.

Decent Hotel with panoramic view. Western customers are reserved the high floor with really large rooms. Quiet and very noisy area, ideal for couples and families with children. Rooms with excellent soundproofing. Given the distance from the beaches and Patong is recommended however rent a car. For 14 nights we paid a great room with terrace and panoramic view only 350 euros, prices in Europe you dream them! The only flaw is the overcrowding of the Chinese who occupy the lower floors and invade the breakfast room, occupying the parking in front of the hotel with their coaches, even if parking is provided for the customers in the back. Friendliness of the staff, although not everyone speaks English. Air conditioning, free Wi-fi, clean rooms, linen and towels always clean, laundry service, minibar, kitchen top with washbasin, coffee table with chairs in the room, armchairs, safe, kettle and free bottles of water in room let all Mornings. Presence of swimming pool and gym. Central location, close proximity to the old town of Phuket and the big central Festival Mall. Overall we enjoyed it. I recommend it only if you have no problem meeting Chinese in the elevator and in the breakfast room.

Those who place minimal demands on the property should avoid this "hotel. " This hotel is overrun by Chinese. The rooms are in need of renovation, the breakfast room is a disaster and we didn't have warm water either. The only positive was the friendly staff, who unfortunately spoke only very poor English. European tourists should therefore seek an alternative.

Rooms not clean, hotel in need of renovation. Overflowing with Chinese people who are loud and sore all over the ground. Was really disgusting. Reception is helpful but speaks poor English.

Stolen money. It's not worth the risk. A maid stole money off of us — 2000 baht! The hotel is not clean and breakfast is terrible. Do not come here.

I never had an impression of greatness right after I went to my room! The city view from my room is worth the money I had paid. The breakfast buffet was Ok, staff could have been more attentive and welcoming!

Dirtiest and shittiest hotel ever visited. Never recommend for any visitors or human being. Give one star cause there isn't a minus stars.

The hotel is the reception tour, evening a car and a car to pull, the morning 2 floor restaurant to eat buffet if there is a tour that is completely robbed, the hotel room Wi-Fi is very bad, non-stop disconnection, a minute does not operate on the break! There is a swimming pool on the 5 floor. The room is quieter than Patong. If there is time, the hotel went to the road, to the left a junction of the road to walk 1 kilometers or so can climb to the top of the mountain, there is a view on the hill, beware of the night road has stray dogs.

The rooms are big. The jakuzi doesn't work. Nice view but there is no balcony or windows to open. Friendly staff. Normal breakfast. So far from patong karon and kata beach.

To eat the buffet, I eat, the taste is not bad, fans of Tonga pepper great on!

Old, run down, has been, no thrills but clean.
