Perfect for a family! Whole bungalow to ourselves. 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a small kitchen. Breakfast included as well. Great value for your money and nice too!

Wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a fantastic stay here October 22-25, 2019. It's walking distance to Bangla Road and Patong Beach, and everything else is a Tuk Tuk away. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just got back on Thursday from a wonderful holiday and stayed here.
We could not have asked for a better place to stay from the rooms to the restaurant, the daily breakfast and the cocktails it was perfect. But I have to say the staff were amazing they went above and beyond. Everyone from the desk staff to the housekeeping were so friendly and helpful. But my favourite was the day guard on the front gate he always had a smile and a wave for us. So thank you for making our holiday special.

The rooms are new decorated, large and clean. The hotel staffs are nice and friendly. The food and beverage coupons let me to enjoy all the good food next to the swimming pool, so enjoyable and relaxing. By the way, It is jsut a ten minutes time to walk to Bangla for amazing night lifre. I have stayed with Palmyra for holiday two times already, and will highly recommend the next stay here again.

Room was nice size comfortable bed. Resturant ok staff are good. Management is sub par no phone service to call outside hotel. Asked to extend stay and room rate was doubled. Checked out as planned.

We stayed here for 2 days. Loved the place. Breakfast was awesome, swimming pool was nice. Little inside from main road. Staff was good. Room was spacious, bathroom had jacuzzi.

The place does not look nice from the outside but the roim is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Easy to find food nearby.

Ok so I am not staying here just came for dinner so only commenting on what I can see. It looks very clean quiet and the dinner I had was delicious and the price is good. Garlic chicken with rice 180 baht. Service was awesome would consider staying here if I come back.

Average place to be. Location is prime and service is also good. It is on walking distance from famous Bangla road and Jungcylon mall. Food is cheap but with very less options in menu. But quality and quantity of food is very good Recommended for people who are looking for nice experience in cheap price.

My wife, baby and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable and the staffs are very helpful. The hotel is strategically located near to Patong beach and accesible easily to foods and massage. Will definitely come back to this hotel again in future.

Comfy, spacious and clean rooms. But the restaurant, swimming pool and bar closes at 930pm. The hotel itself is old so you will hear banging, squeaking and alot of noises in the middle of the night!

Great value resort in Patong Beach area. Resorts is on one of the better streets in the area. The staff was very nice & helpful. Rooms where a little dated compared to some of the other hotels in the area. All in all great place to stay when visiting the patong beach area.

Daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels! The restaurant is very good. The pool is not particularly big but clean and cool + you can swim at night. The Russians are few. Location-Better does not happen (in our case), to Patong beach minutes 5 to go, all say that Dirty beach, do not know, everything there is good, yes a couple of papers are lying, but not critical… The main street of Phuket Bangla Road is 10 minutes walk, there is also the Big C, night market.
Overall 5 out of 5, I would go back to this hotel!

Facilities were average. Air-con in room was broken and service team unable to fix, toilet broke which they were able to fix and couldn't use bath as it flooded the bedroom when used. Pool access room isn't really pool access there is a big drop to get in and my wife injured her leg. The staff are very friendly and helpful however the place needs some upgrades.

Don't let the street leading to the resort or the size of the lobby give you a different opinion! This is the best resort in Phuket and the best value for your money. We stayed in a 2-bedroom family villa as we traveled with 4 kids (strongly recommend to anyone traveling in large groups). The staff, everyone from the receptionists to the housekeepers, was very nice and friendly. The room was very clean and looked/felt like a house. Someone came right away when we had a problem with the toilet. We also had free breakfast. Our kids had a wonderful time here. I told myself that I needed to write this review because I normally don't leave reviews, but this resort really deserves it, and furthermore, I hope it can help others in choosing the right place to stay.

Located within the centre of Patong yet set back off the street, so very quiet location but within walking distance of everything. Rooms are spacious, clean and functional. Food (plenty of variety) and drinks are all so reasonably priced that it encourages you to make use of those services. Staff are really nice and attentive. Basically, its excellent value for money.

Best service received by the best hotel staff ever! We have visited Thailand in February and stayed in this resort. Food (we had breakfast included) was also good and the cocktail bar next to the hotel pool was amazing! Many thanks especially to the reception manager who helped us to check in earlier and who helped us with our boat party! We can not wait to come back guys!

A great resort to stay at while in Patong. Their service and staff are great, always so helpful. They have free breakfast so don't miss it, it's a huge buffet style one. They have a nice pool and lounge area, even a gym in case you can't skip leg day. Great location, right in the middle of the busy strip so you can walk to everything a few minutes away. The front desk will always have recommendations and are willing to get you whatever you need at the drop of a hat. They're rooms are very nice too, tub and shower, balcony and a reading nook area. Definitely would stay here again, try to get the 200 baht credit per person if you can!

My wife and her sister stayed at this hotel for 18 nights. They were very impressed with the excellent service. It is well located, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast catered for everyone's taste, and the restaurant menu for other meals was comprehensive and very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great pool! Highly recommended, will definitely stay there again.

Very good for the price. The hotel is rather old, but well maintained. The room was spacious and very clean. Internet connection was surprisingly good for Thailand. Didn't swim in the pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was decent. Overall good choice for the price, would stay here again.

Very convenient location. Breakfast choices are fine. Deluxe room is spacious furnished with good-crafted furniture. Not a big hotel with comfy bed and smiley staff. Fruit shake is highly recommended. Food is good both western and thai if you dont wanna eat out. A bit walk to the entertainment area but I like coz its quiet. Short walk to the beach (you can get beach towel the bar). Value price overall.

Selection is the Pool Access Room, the room was large, swimming pool. Is the room facilities is relatively old, dirty and corner, led to more mosquitoes. Sheets change is not very timely, a little dirty marks on the pillow. Mosquito coils or at the front desk, racks no, let me go to 711. In addition, the breakfast is average.
Overall, it is an affordable hotel …

If given the chance, will be staying at this hotel next time. I love here.
