Best swimming pool. Lovely staff. A quiet oasis but still close to all the action.

Fantastic hotel. Nice staffs. It has an awesome pool with hot water and Jacuzzi. Very close to famous Bangla road. Restaurants are all within walking distance.

Very beautiful hotel, fantastic pool area, and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were basic but were clean. Navigating the complex was troublesome as room numbers were not necessarily near each other despite being the next number in the chronological order. Would recommend it as the location is also fantastic.

We got very good service from the guys in the pool bar. Specially A. PO was very kind and serviceminded. Always smiling and served us very quickly.

The Novotel was a really nice experience. The entrance of the hotel is so beautiful and fancy, as well as the reception, was outdoor that was even made it more beautiful. Rooms are nice, but we were placed at the end of the hotel so there was a long walk. This is because they didn't have two separate beds with a view. The only problem we faced was the hygiene. Therefore, I spoke to relevant authorities including the general manager towards the bad and poor condition of cleanliness. As I am a frequent traveller all around the world, the swimming pool had green algae sticking on its walls. It might not be a big deal, but it's kinda disgusting in the cleanliness that was provided of a standard cleanliness and quality reasonable to be expected from this type of hotel. Also, the pillow and towel were dirty when we first checked in. However, not to mention that the swimming pool was a really enjoyable especially the bar at the pool and the water bubbles. Pictures below show the roaches that were on the breakfast buffet. Please note, that the management takes health and safety issues seriously and will take appropriate action on this issue. That's what they said! As I said,, I will definitely go there again.

Super friendly staff. Kept very clean. There was a lovely cleaner who cleaned our room. I wish I got her name because when we left to go home, she was off that day. Would defianlty be back!

Excellent service and I dine every night at the hotel regular price. The street tends to be cheaper but they are not hygienic so by far also the hotel I drink good meals!

The building looks amazing modern and authentic, service was good and price relates to the good customer service.

We stayed here for a second time, everything is just perfect! Breakfast, there is something to choose from, not just Thai food. The Pool is great!

Just one street from the beach, and a short walk to the Royal Paradise Night market, this hotel has location wrapped up. With a giant pool with a swim up bar, basketball hoop, swim through spa area, a kids pool and special pool access rooms, there are plenty of options for a swim then a relax on the sun lounges. Rooms are well appointed, and staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. Buffet breakfast is at the standard one would expect at this price point.

Great hotel for families with children. Friendly and polite staff, clean and cozy rooms, cool pool on the inside, breakfast varied and always fresh vegetables-fruit. Spa Salon at the height. From the points that need improvement, it is probably the average noise of the rooms, during the maximum load of the hotel heard neighbors around.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is big. And comfortable. Especialy deluxe room it has bathtub. Suitable for kids because it has kids zone. The place is also near patong beach, bangla road and jungceleoan mall.

Nice hotel, convenient location, not far to the sea about 5-7 minutes walk Patong Beach, good breakfast, very good Wi-Fi, Injet flies all over the territory and not only on the lobby, at check in is taken a deposit $300, next to the hotel a lot of cafes and shops, Room cleaning, etc. All meet the requirements of the hotels of the detailed class.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Got a bonus from the Hotel 2 free dinners for 4 people in the hotel restaurant, very tasty.

This is one of the most pleasant hotel I've stayed in Phuket, upon check in I was offered a welcome drink, vouchers for 1 drink and given an amazing room. The whole hospitality experience was top. Loved my stay (6 night)

Great place. The rooms are great, food was delicious, staff are friendly and go out of their way and great location. Lost a star due to the pool bar was a major let down. Drinks were not consistent, took 40 minutes for 4 cocktails, beers not in a fridge and staff member couldn't answer questions.

The 4 stars goes to the location. It is situated very close to the beach and even to the main party street which is the bangla street. Breakfast has different International cuisines like Indian and Chinese. We requested our Indian Chef for a dish and he was so kind to prepare it immediately. The swimming pool is big and very well maintained. I also loved the concept of pool bar. We can just swim to the pool bar and order drinks. No hassle of getting out of the water. We also got a complementary 15 minutes head massage which was very amazing.

This is a hotel that knows how to treat their customers. Politeness and the way they greet their customers is perfect. Everything in the hotel is excellent. Breakfast spread was awesome. Lot of varieties. They have a really big pool and it's clean. Pool bar was really cool. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is just 10 mins away from jungceylon mall. Everything you need is nearby. I m so happy about my stay in Novotel. Definitely will come back to this hotel.

It was a very nice stay in the hotel. The staffs are very helpful and kind. They try to resolve any problem immediately. The breakfast is complete and the pool is wonderful.

"The Novotel can be recommended without hesitation" positive: the location is great, all around there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants – here at any rate at Tripadviser Reinschaun. No6 and No9 snd, Blue Horizon all quite close.
Insider tip, right out of the hotel after about 30 m there is a small Suppenkueche on the right, for 40 — 50 Bhat There is one of the tastiest soups I have in the time on Phuket ace, the Jungelceylon is about 10 min walk away.
It is about 5 minutes walk to the sea. No private Hotel beach, umbrella + 2 beds must be rented for 250 Bhat per day on the beach.
Hotel, pool and rooms are clean, did not see any vermin in the 16 days of our stay. Staff very friendly. There were initial problems with the room service, but after the relationship manager, it was done. We had the superior twin room, for 2 adults + 2 children enough place.
The bed is pushed together about 3 m wide so there is enough room for 3 and the 4 person has room on the sleeping couch.
Buffet breakfast was good. Pizza for the kids at the pool very good (8 euro) One is at hotel eager if there are complaints to eliminate the causes quickly and extensively.
All in all very good. We were there in the low season, can imagine that it will be close in the high season.
Negative: No freshly pressed juices at the buffet breakfast (and that in Thailand!

I think nothing this hotel offers can be satisfactory if they don't improve on service. The hotel gave us wrong type of room. The voucher read twin or double and we got king. It took 20 minutes to explain why it was the wrong because the staff was untrained, unsure, and didn't speak much of English. She offered extra blanket so that my son could sleep on sofa bed. This is not something you expect from a five star hotel. And when that didn't work offered single twin rather than double, showing no remorse and trying to offer as little as possible to guests. Maybe it is because I didn't complain strongly. Was I supposed to yell at her? By the way, they didn't know the coffee machine was out of coffee until I asked during breakfast.

Good prize for good service. Pool is clean. Food just average standard.

Visited this hotel in November 2014 Lived 10 days. A little Russian. Often met Eitizen. Many with children. The pool separated by a bridge, so the children's screams can hide in the far end of the pool. The pool is clean. Breakfast until 10. A little lack of diversity in food. 10 days not one dish was changed and not added. Friendly staff. There is one drawback, we've removed the different cleaners. One is clearly his work not being finished (the floor is not soap, for example). Very well located hotel. To the beach and tsentralnoi the streets with fun for 5-7 minutes. Thank you to the hotel. We quietly and calmly rested.

Incompetent staff. Can't give you the same price as advertised in the internet when you walk in. Took forever to get us checked in.

It was a lovely hotel. New, modern rooms. Fed as usual in other hotels. Prices in the bar nearly as on the street. The pool is very cool. The hotel is well located.
