An amazing hotel. Close to shops, massages and restaurants. Very peaceful when at the hotel considering it’s located in bustling Patong. Breakfast buffet is amazing with so much food for choice. Kids (and big kids) are treated like royalty. They cater very well for kids. Thanks for a great holiday. Highly recommend.

First of all thank you so much for special occasion (my husband's birthday) especially Nong Air Front Office department. Beautiful hotel and nice room. But when I went to the car park some man who clean the van asked me with not polite made me feel like am not a guest he asked like am joiner am feel very bad for that.

Great hotel best buffet ever. Friendly staff. Only complaint the water bottles in your room are glass and the fridge shelves are not safe and smashed glass in your bedroom floor at night is not kid friendly nor safe at all.

A very enjoyable 4 nights stay. The resort is like within a park. Accessible by strollers or WC from reception to beach cafe. Haven for children from breakfast room to play area and activities. Halal food choices available for breakfast. And Beautiful long beach! If you will need a car, you can go to Orange Car Phuket, as we did. Good communication and professional service.

Great hotel, very modern. The pool is perfect and private. Rooms are okay, smaller than I imagined, but they're fine, the shower is probably what makes these rooms better. Breakfast is nice. Location is at the heart of Pathong Beach but am hour drive from the airport.

5 min walk to beach. Decent sized rooms. Nice hotel if you have mostly full day itinerary. Bathrooms not having lock. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

We were there as a family of 4… with 2 girls 6 and 4 years old… was a wonderful experience… my girls had a blast… loved the pool area. Kids pool was too much fun. V nice kids club. This resort absolutely rocks it has amazing pools the best food options that are priced competitively and the best position in Patong beach, one side you have sprawling markets and lively Patong cbd other side you have beautiful Patong beach just across the road yet inside the resort with all it beautiful gardens etc you wouldn’t even know there is all this hustle and bustle going on. Amazing place I give it 10/10 on all levels.

The hotel is nice, but it's not worth the money. The area is small, the pool is not bad, but we did not bathe in it, for the Chinese. The location is not bad, but not good, to the bangla 15 minutes on foot, but the beach is close. Also nearby restaurant/club, so until one o'clock in the morning you listen to music 100%, closed windows do not save, the only option until 1 a. M. To wean on bangla road) ) ) ) ) ) )
The only plus is the underground parking that came by car, there is always room to get up.
I won't come back here again, because other hotels are better or cheaper) ) )

Generally speaking, it's not bad. The little guy loved it, especially the slide in the children's pool. Breakfast feels partial Indian cuisine style, facilities are some old.

We have just got back home from our holiday and we already missing our time here at the resort. Great and very helpful staff, excellent room and beautiful food. Can’t wait to we go back again and can sit at the pool bar all day.

Beautiful resort and the best place to relax. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The tea tree massage within the hotel was great. Food is good also but some dishes expensive. Make the most of it by going during happy hours to bar. Professional massage even though it is a bit pricy. It is totally worth the money.

The hotel is less, beautiful pool, but in some places it smells of paint and went on renovation. It's okay in our hull. There is an underground parking.

Buskun room is still good, the other building of the so-called superior room is not on the table, there is no view.

This hotel is an excellent hotel with very friendly staff always very helpful, the rooms are very big plenty of excellent facilities in all room categories. Four excellent restaurants there with delicious food served at all times. My family and I always stay at this hotel because it feels like being home from home right on the beach, families with children have the use of an excellent kids club, this hotel is truly a 5* the only hotel that my family and I stay in when we are in Patong. The friendly management and staff are a credit to the Hotel brand IHG.

The location is great, 1 minute walk to the beach and next to plenty of restaurants and massage. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing is the bathroom light, if you need to go in the middle of the night you'll wake everyone up because the bathroom does not have solid walls, it's kind of see through so it'll light up the entire room. The pool was clean and at a good temperature. The service is nice and quick. I would recommend this place to stay for the convenience and good value.

A great hotel. The staff are lovely, the food in the restaurants is very good and not too expensive. We have met lots of nice people who return here every year. The rooms in the Busakorn wing are spacious and kept very clean. Its well worth the upgrade. The position on the beach front is perfect for everything, yet it’s quiet inside the hotel We are definitely coming back here in November!

Very good staying place for all-aged family. They have three pools for baby, kids and adults. And served see food buffet with reasonable price. Also have good inner-cold place to keep salad vegetables, milk and piece cakes fresh in buffet meal. If you are looking for resort close to patong beach, here will be the best choice!

A decent hotel on Patong. Clean. Expensive. Richly.

Evaluation in general can also, go out a few steps is the beach, hotel environment is good, is the hotel some equipment looks older, may open a relatively long time bar. Breakfast style is not much, but compared to other hotels is very good.

Was there as a participant of a GV, very competent and friendly staff, that did not only look top-notch, but was also delicate, the matching wines are offered. Only recommended, even if not cheap.

Pool View room nice but a bit noisy because you could hear the remores of the small pool motors screaming children (not all GG) Cleaning room Quite ok breakfast ok not huge but OK Gym area OK reception ok clean hotel OK. I know nice stay. Taxi drivers always take the local ones with good cars not all are praffesional. Cmq I saw a mouse near the gym but it was not very big in comparison to the ones I saw outside.

Nice hotel. Good location. Good breakfast. The restaurant is very expensive. In the neighboring street cafes are cheaper and not worse. The pools are clean and warm. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioning is very noisy. The air conditioning is not going to come back. And in general, it will go!

Definitely family friendly, my family and I like their cozy and comfortable rooms. There are fun pools for the children, my kid loves it. Every morning we saw the main restaurant crowded with waves of people taking their breakfast.

The holiday inn resort is located at one of the ends of patong beach area and is at the centre of most activity in the region. Location 5/5 Staff and services 5/5 Rooms 4/5 they are spacious and comfortable but lack good views. Only few beach facing villas Pool 5/5 it has a jacuzzi in it. Cost. You can get great deals online.

Nice rooms, modern, staff smiling as always in Thailand, quiet establishment despite the proximity to the activity of Patong. The breakfast was very good.

Very good location, very quiet, nice setting, good Wi-Fi in the rooms. The only downside is the DPJ not very varied but it's okay!

Ebjoyed our stay here. The room was large and comfortable and clean. The extra large double bed felt luxurious. Staff were all friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread was good, with all tastes catered for and wasn't ridiculously busy either despite it being high season. Pool is good, plenty of loungers and attentive waiters. Prices in the hotel were pretty reasonable. Would stay again.

A wonderful place to stay, to the beach 5 minutes on the bike. Nearby there are cafes, shops and a bazaar.

The best holiday resort ever stay in better than those in Maldives. Inside the resort, there are 5 pools which you can enjoy yourself in the water for a full day. Not to mention about top of the range of restaurant which you can dine inside. In additional, this is a kid friendly place with nanny services can be employed to look after your kids which you away pamper yourself with spa or out for a drink with friends.

Be careful! Next to this hotel is a hard rock bar, singing until midnight, in the room can not only hear all the music, walls and beds will resonate!
Book this hotel The first night is very likely to live in such a rehearsal room like a room! Be careful! This hotel is next to the Hard rock bar. One side of this hotel are extremely loud in the night. You can not only hear the Beats but also EVERY WORD are sing and shout! If you book this hotel, it would is very likely, the first night your stay in such a room with nonstop free music.

I've never been to this hotel, but just wanted to post a suggestion to the owners. Why are there no people in any photo of your hotel? This is a big red flag for any potential customers. Looks like a bartender is pouring a drink for himself in one. No one in the restaurant, bar, lobby, gym even! Who would object to a photo of him/herself working out? Holiday Inn Resort is a great place to stay, it's location is handy. The grounds are well maintained, our private poolside room was nice and clean. This resort is child friendly, with a heap of things to do for them each day. This place can't be faulted.

The hotel itself is OK for its age. However some of the staff where not providing the service expected from a 4 star hotel. The staff was over promising and under delivering. On the plus side the morning buffet staff at the beachside restaurant was great and so was the tourist desk. Consistency in service was missing in this hotel which is why I give this establishment 3 stars.

Very recently stayed at the holiday in for 10 days! The staff, the rooms, the buffet breakfast were all amazing! A later closing time for the pool/s would make this place a 10/10.

The service staff has been wonderful, especially Carmen at the Front Office. She understood that we had made arrangements for the family suite and although we were early in checking in, she knew that the kids was looking forward to the Pirate themed kids room and went the extra mile to ensure that we are well taken care of while the rooms are being cleaned. All the staff have been great too thus far. Kudos to Holiday Inn!

This hotel was amazing very clean and hotel staff treated you like family the restaurant at the hotel had amazing food the breakfast was top notch an assortment of different foods that you could change the pools were nice and clean very close to everything shopping and the beach we've already made decision that will be going back this year again looking forward to it.

Good location, but can be really noisy depends on your room. Make sure that your room is not facing to the main street, or you will hear loud music and traffic noise all night! They are really friendly enough to change it for you, so must mention if that happens to you.

Friendly staff and great location however overpriced in my opinion. Dusit D2 is directly opposite and is just as good if not better.

The housekeeper found out our jewellery watch in the safe box she returned it to the management who called us and told us we forgot it in safe box. When asked to return it The management stolen it and told us we r sorry it's stolen by staff … Thiefs. Thiefs.

This location was perfect. The hotel and staff were A Plus and always helpful and courteous. Breakfast every morning included. Patong Beach area is a bit more pricey than other areas, but this hotel was very reasonable. Very classy, clean, and secure. I stayed at the resort toward the beach. There are 2 HI right next to each other and both were very nice. Covered areas to walk, nice shops, and if you want a fine steak restaurant there is very nice one. Pool and bar is wonderful. Beach access is perfect and there is a wash station just inside the hotel grounds. This is really and excellent place to stay!

Best thing about the place is location and breakfast. Service, good for a resort property, staff courteous n helpful. Would have preferred more food options at 24 hour cafe. Must add more amenities. Large property but sliced into budget class, premium class and elite class with restricted access etc. Still rate it as 4 on 5.

Landed at Phuket International and had to pay for taxi to hotel. Hotel does not provided shuttle service. Expect 1000+ Baht (>$30 US dollars) for one way. Hotel reception was warm and welcoming. Took about 15 minutes to gather my information, sign up for IHG which allows for later check out and other benefits. I stayed in one of the villas in the Busakorn Wing. The villa is only for 2 people with a private pool that is right outside your door if you are on the 1st level. Pools are well kept. Towels are replaced daily by your semi-private section. I was able to swim laps back and forth in the morning without a problem. Room is spacious and comfortable. Shower area is nice with hot water. Had welcoming fruits brought to room on first day. Bedding was comfortable as I slept like an angel each night. The location is perfect for me. The resort spans a block wide and the villa is in the center so it is very quiet throughout the day; besides the running water of the fountains in the pool which are soothing. You are within a 5 minute walk to Bangla and the shopping mall. Patong beach is right outside the beach entrance of the resort, but you have to cross a street to get to the beach. The resort property is not continuous with the beach. Taxis and tuk-tuk's are right outside each entrance for quick and easy transport. Multiple Thai and Arabic restaurants within a short walking distance. Many outside markets for fresh food.

An Excellent Resort with lots of Great Facilities! The Location is Just Perfect, No-More than 5 mins walk from the Beach and the Resort is located right next to numerous Restaurants, Pharmacies, Markets, Salons, Spas and Shops that have everything you need to enjoy your Holiday! And with a very Friendly Atmosphere (Made Possible by the Great Staff), You will not be Disappointed with this Resort.

Stayed in a twin room in the Busakorn wing. Hotel room had nice décor, was spacious enough and bathroom was spotless. Busakorn pool felt opulent and service was around 9/10. Breakfast buffet had a large variety and you could order hot food such as omelettes to your preference. Layout and design of the Busakorn wing was nice.

Recommend a traditional Thai Massage. Was only 900b for an hour. I had one on the beach earlier then had one at their spa — big difference. Using hands, feet, knees and stretching — most enjoyable. Beautiful treatment room, relaxing music. Very tranquil. Arrived early — the ginger tea was very nice while we waited. The couples treatment room was a great idea for my wife and I. Definitely check out the spa treatments. First time Aussie travellers.
