We had pool access room which I think is the best choice. Looks a bit like apartment block. Only 15 loungers for 200+ rooms due to space. And you have people leaving towels on the loungers all day even if they are not there. Staff dont do anything to help move towels so that others can use it. Hotel needs a paint and little upgrade. No food for late check inns, you need to find something on the street. But we had a good stay otherwise.

Great size rooms. Strong and fast Wi-Fi connection. Room service was very prompt and polite. Other people have been complaining about the beds. Yes they are a little on the firmer side but perfectly fine for a good night's sleep. Location of the hotel is actually quite good. 10 minute walk from the beach and around 15 minutes or so to bangla road. Breakfast is very nice at the hotel, they have a fairly wide variety of food and drink. Overall I am happy to say I can most definitely recommend this hotel.

Our check in was less than stellar where the staff argued that we had the wrong credit card and couldn’t check in. After some back and forth and a second staff member they realized they had the wrong paper work. Thai beds are very hard to begin with, but these were the worst beds we stayed in for our entire 30 days of traveling Thailand… we stayed at 300baht a night hostels with nicer beds and rooms. Not an exaggeration. This hotel might have been nice at one point but it’s not anymore and very much not worth the price they charge. You can find beachside hotels for this price with much better settings and beds. The shower also has two settings scorching and hot.

Superb hotel stay 2 weeks with the children at the top.

Good location! Penthouse was amazing and cleaned!. Restaurant did try to short change us by adding a 70baht charge for misc! Our driver we had from the hotel was really friendly and honest in the best places to go to save money.

Super hotel. The pool is large, free Wi-Fi, good food, water in the room is free for 3 bottles a day. At the request give a cool cot, also free. Downtown! You don't need a taxi, everyone's around. And t 3 line, prices are adequate.

Nice hotel. But! Boring. The sea is 15 minutes away, there are no good restaurants nearby, they also go a decent amount of time. Good breakfast.

The most amazing, beautiful, comfortable, affordable, and wonderful place with the best service and helpful staff. Would definitely stay at bauman residence on my next trip to Thailand.

Pool right in the room. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. In the aisle it is always very noisy at night.

Really deserves… rooms wide great mattress from outside it looks ugly but inside it is nice to pity that the pool is in the center and therefore not always lit by the sun.

Located on 2 lines, to the beach min 15 stomping). Cafe/shops within walking distance. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the hungry was very nice. We had a view of the pool, nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Who has a view of the street-there is not a very landscape.
The rooms were cleaned regularly (the rooms by the way are large, the furniture is "old", but it is nothing, wardrobe, 2 chests, bedside tables and so, in general there is a place to put things), we left the chocolate, the staff to us then left the cookies, Nice) ) ) The hotel is normal, to be It's comfortable here.

I got a very good deal when planning 3-month ahead. The room is spacious with a balcony and view of swimming pool. The location is about 10 minutes walking distance to Patong beach and 15 minutes to Robinson/Big C. All my day trip pick-up drivers have no problem of getting to this location. Their Wi-Fi speed is very impressive and make me believe they have fiber internet. The downside is: 1) kitchen counter doesn't have a sink and water faucet. 2) some young people make noise occasionally between 12am and 6am.

The place is good. Convenient. It's all close. But, the hotel is not yet in 4ke, most likely. It is very much focused on Chinese culture.

This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star, its so dated that half the place is falling apart, the gym is a waste of time half the machines are broken and hasn't been cleaned for a long time with no aircon or water to hand, staff are useless and can not even help with the simplest of requests took over 30 mins to get a bottle of water. I would advise not to book this place unless there is no other option. Poor service and even worse facilities, Do Not book this hotel!

Great location. The hospitable and friendly staff will always prompt and help in any strange situations. The location is excellent. Breakfast is not dazzle variety, but it does not want in the morning. Rice, rice with vegetables, noodles, stews vegetables, toast, eggs, jam, milk, juice, tea, coffee, sour cream, yogurt, muesli, cereals, fresh vegetables, sausages and probably forgot something to mention. Having tried everything once you can decide for yourself what to eat in the future. The hungry will not be able to stay, at least something to the liking. In the room every day very well cleaned, not forgetting about the balcony, and do not need to leave money. On TV shows the channel, where the round-the-clock movie in Russian without advertising. Safe, wardrobe, umbrellas, bottled water, even the similarity of the kitchen corner is, always fresh towels, shower gel, shampoo, trash do not forget, things guests do not touch. The room is better to take such that the Windows overlook the pool, from all other sides The view is not interesting. The pool is not able to sunbathe, the sun almost always hides behind the building of the hotel. The water in the pool is cool and very much chlorinated, but there is a shower nearby, so chlorine is not a problem. On resjepshene give towels for a pool.
As for the location of the hotel, then everyone has his own. On the way to the beach I could walk through the small "nontourist" streets that I love very much.

Lovely large hotel with pool access rooms. The inner rooms all have a great views of the large shaped swimming pool from the balconies.

Good location… but poor service… charge for Laundry bags and charge for 200 bh per hour for check out after 12 noon. Breakfast was cold. The chef was nice and made eggs as per my liking. Good pool to relax. Rooms were very nice. No issues with that. Giving 2 star only for the service.

Nice rooms, very nice pool (shame that is framed 4 sides by the building). Location… not far from the beach or the city center but in a nice quiet area.

Good hotel, friendly staff, hygienic rooms and washroom with huge swimming pool with pool bar, must say a great budget hotel for your pleasent stay.

Place & location good… staff & service is ok. People cant understand anything. Dnt expect anything from them!
