Nice hotel, staff friendly, room is clean, few walking distance to beach, few walking distance to bangkala stree for night lift, near by food is good and cheap, most important things that this resortel is managed by husband and wife from Malaysia.

I like very much. Good hospitality. Very clean.

Awsome place to stay in phuket near patong beach.

Good Comfortable place to stay, the Rooms were spacious and comfortable. They have a shuttle service to Bangla Road for the better part of the day. Reception is 24 hours, quiet reasonable rates. There is also a restaurant here, there are lots of 24 hour Superets around the hotel.

Great location just a short walk from the beach. Away from the bustling area of Bangla street but still conveniently accessible. A proper hotel with beautiful pool. Looking forward to the new restaurant and spa that is scheduled to open in a few months. Highly recommended.

Experience is quite good, the hotel staff is humble and quick. The rooms are cleaned everytime we return to the room, greatly satisfied with hotel amenities and Service.

This place is just 5 mins away from Patong beach. You can see the beach from the hotel. Its a calm place to stay, all Indian and other restaurants are at walking distance. Staff is helpful too.

I loved the hotel! Good location, 5 minutes to the sea on foot. There are a lot of cafes and shops near the hotel. Very quiet at night, windows to the yard, you can't hear any cars or mopeds. On the 2nd floor is a cool pool.

A good hotel, a regular hotel. Clean daily and shower gels are laid. Air conditioning. The water is hot. The furniture is old, the TV is huge (they have a good TV — obligatory subject of life). Balcony with chairs. The curtains are dirty — but I'm not a capricious connoisseur of the interior of the 3rd category of the hotel:). Basically in the room spent the night, curtains certainly did not interfere with rest:). Helpful staff. In English, broken even, understood what I want from them. To the sea of meters 400 — twice cross the road. There's a different traffic system — bikes, cars go fast. ;). But the beach is clean-north of Patong, the beach is cleaned. It is necessary to be prepared for the fact that to the central part of the beach (where the street "red lights") go about 10-15 minutes. If you get to the mall, the hotel has a bus transfer on schedule. From breakfast: sausages, eggs, pastries, rice (pasta), potatoes, ham, chicken (fish once a week), yogurt, vegetables, salads. From fruit: pineapples, watermelons, papaya. Coffee soluble, tea. Guys, the sea is beautiful. That's the main thing! Have a good time.

Nice hotel. Located close to the sea, to Patong Beach 3 minutes on foot. The rooms are spacious. There is a huge double bed in the 2-seater room. They are equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning and a balcony. Every day from 14 to 17 cleaned in the rooms and give free floor a liter bottle of drinking water. The cleaning time is certainly not convenient, especially if they come in 14, but the water can still be obtained. Breakfast is a buffet with European food, there is always fruit.

Good location. The breakfast buffet was good. 30 to 10.30. There is hot water, every day the staff cleans the room, changes the towels. There is a swimming pool. In the room there is a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV with a Russian channel of RTV, a Kondur.

The hotel is not bad. Yes, it is not new, so somewhere there are some flaws. The room to me (i + child) got big, cozy. But friends (2 adults + child) gave the room not big, they were cramped.
The rooms are cleaned every day. On the day I asked not to clean, I put a package of water, tea, coffee under the door… Pretty good.
The food is good. Buffet. Children have never been hungry.
The hotel itself is well located: close to the sea. This is just for those who do not heat to go to the sea.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was a guest. Location is considered to be 3 *. They sure are. Compared to my hotel. Also 3 *-the sky and the Earth. Recommend for your price!

Room are large and clean. Large bathroom. Shower is separated! Staff is really kind and friendly. Breakfast is ok but not great. My room was towards the back so it was away from the road. Very quiet I would stay here again without hesitation The room has a safe Close to Patong Beach 3 minute walk Lots of restaurant around Walking to Bengal Road 10 minutes. Area is safe. There is a pool at the hotel, it looked ok, I didn't use it. Bank machines and convenience stores are plenty in this area.

Lovely, not a big hotel. Calm. All close by, to the beach 3 minutes. Walk. There is a pool, small but very comfortable, the rooms are small, there is a hairdryer, a kettle, give water, tea, coffee, sugar. Beach towels are free. Cleaning every day.

Good afternoon!
Stayed with family in this hotel (2 adults + 3 years old) with 22.01.18 to 02.02.18. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Patong Beach, which is very convenient. On the way there are many souvenir shops, there is also seven-Eleven, Family Mart, which sells products, creams, drinks. There are several laundry and currency exchange offices. In the evening come makashnicy and can eat their food. From the hotel in the afternoon goes tuk-tuk to Jang Ceylon and back, be sure to use it, because on foot there to go far, especially with the child.
The hotel itself is small, cozy. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly. On the second floor there is a swimming pool and bar. The pool has a small wall with a fantanchikami of water, so the tiles on this wall fell off in some places, but it did not bother us at all. The pool is located so that the sun on it shines not long in the interval from 14-16 hours that is good, as it is not necessary to look for shelters from the sun. There are several sunbeds around the pool, as well as a swing (the child loved to skate on them).
The room itself did not have a safe, but given the key to the cell in the safe near the reception, there and kept their valuables all the time of the holiday.

The hotel is comfortable, comfortable and with an excellent pool area. It is located two blocks from the beach and in a very comfortable shopping area. It has an economical and very good quality restaurant service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great fun and going back to Phuket would go again to stay in it.

This is one of the best hotel I visited in last couple of years. Good location, 2-3 mins to patong beach and groceries store, 5-10 mins to restaurants, 15 mins to bangla street, rooms are quite spacious, beautiful and cozy. It has balconies with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy your drinks. Hotel staff is nice, welcoming, polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast is very delicious and good quality. Good wi fi 24 hours. Room service is excellent. It does have a swimming pool. Its a must try if you are visiting phuket.

This was the best budget hotel we stayed at in our entire Thailand trip. It impressed us at every level. Spacious clean rooms; pleasant helpful staff and just fell in love with the amazing breakfast! Patong beach is couple of minutes walk and the hotel provides complimentary beach towels. They have free shuttle today central patong shopping areas throughout the day. Special mention to Mr King (attendent at the front desk) — he was warm, welcoming, resourceful and ever smiling and ever helpful with all my incessant queries. They also held our bags after checkout in safe storage as we had a couple of hours to kill before our evening flight and wanted to go shopping in town. And if you are staying here — don't miss dinning at one of the No 9 restaurants on the street (on the opposite side). We had 3-4 dinners here and it serves simply amazing Thai food.

Location, cleaning was done every day, the staff is polite, always ready to help. From the hotel to the sea to go no more than 5 minutes.

I liked everything, took without food, close to the beach (2 mins), room on 5, staff on 5…

I had booked room with them in August for (22nd — 26th Sept. 2017) directly through their website but never recd. Any confirmation/mail from them which is the std. Practise followed by all professionally managed hotels. I tried looking for their email address from website but didn't find any. Hence, I booked another hotel. However, on 23rd Sept. Morning I suddenly recd email from my bank stating that room tariff charge for all 4 nights was deducted from my credit card. Approached them in person on 26th morning with a request for refund but not entertained by them. This is not a professional way of handling room booking. They have simply used my money without offering any service. When I asked them why no mail confirmation was sent, didn't get any answer. Hence, avoid booking with them.

Staffs are friendly & helpful and check-in is hassle-free. We are given complimentary upgrade of the rooms to Deluxe Premium, much to our delight and surprise. Parking space for cars is a bit limited though. Location is superb although it's not really a concern for us since we are within driving distance of major beaches and shopping attraction. Highly recommended for both first-timers and regular visitors to Phuket.

Very very unfriendly staff, extremly loud because the floors are open to the mainroad, the breakfast for 8 dollar is a joke an the room to eat is like alcatraz, the house/roomkeepers do not clean very well but for me it was ok, the bar/restaurant in front of the hotel is a shame and I think its better when they close it, the whole location is OK for someone who want a 1-2Star-Hotel and I would definitly never come back again, there are much better 3star-Hotels in Patong! cheers…

I would never come back here. The hotel is in a very loud street, you can hear everything from the street. The breakfast and the dinner are not good. The staff on the reception is not friendly. Especially one Thai woman, she is so unfriendly, I dont Know how can somebody like her, work in a Hotel. Its a shame, to have such an unproffesional, unfriendly person on a reception. I asked them, to order a pizza from delievery service for me, they said, no. I have to order by myself, they said. Is that service? This is not 3 stars, its a 0 stars hotel.

Good budget hotel. Very near from Beach.

Quietness. Vacationing on new year's day in a standard room. Suggested one night stay in a nearby hotel, for the remainder of the week increased the class room to a superior. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety two weeks do not get bored. 3 minutes walk to the sea. The sea is clean. In front of the hotel, in the yards, near the hotel "7Q residents" is a good massage Anya. Doing just the right massage and not sex.

Nice Place. Not all to big. For Pa Tong Beach Hotel is that a very cheap one. Default room for 1200 baht. I had a bigger room (plus small couch and a little big bigger) for 1400baht. You can rent a motobike for 200baht (other stores sell for 500-600 baht and only 2h). nice personal. Very helpful and good english speakers. this isn't a 4-5 star hotel. But the service is therefore very good. i'd like to come again when i'm in phuket. a taxi to the shopping/market street is 200baht. Maybe you can have it for 100, but it was ok for us.

Rested from 3 to 16 February 2011 — I with two bandits 6 and 9 years old. The hotel is nice, new and clean. Breakfast is abundant, but fully European — three-four kinds of meat, chicken and fish in addition to the standard 4 kinds of eggs, bacon, and other sausages. Fruit is full. (Of three types of papaya all three unpalatable).
