Walked in as they advertise their kitchen in the street and the building looks modern and clean. Two receptionists did not bother to say anything when I entered. They looked at me and kept chatting each other. Took a seat by a table and waited about 5-7 minutes before I left. Nobody came to ask if I want anything.

Its a cheap and clean hotel. Elevator goes only up to 6th floor the last floor you have to walk up the stairs. Have a small pool. They have bikes for rent which can be rent while booking the rooms. But there wasnt any available but next door is a nice British guy who rents them out. The receptionist is very friendly and helpfull. Speaks good english and will help you with transport. U have the big c opposite of the hotel which is a cheap market has most everything. And some restaurants surrounding it.

Clean and comfortable place to stay with friendly staffs.

Had the chicken with cashew nuts in the restaurant. This dish was excellent with fresh ingredients and delicious flavour. Staff are friendly and very attentive. Waiter noticed I was out of water and brought me more without me having to ask.

After great respect for the extraordinary design, the hotel turns out to be a sham. One hour after the opening of the breakfast buffet, the coffee tastes burnt in the jug. Scrambled eggs taste like egg powder. There is often a lack of simple things. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel anno 1991. But the service is friendly. Absolute plus is the cool open-air pool.

Hotel OK, pool too small, rooms also do not have a single wardrobe for clothes. So if you're travelling with a woman, you'd better find another hotel. Walking distance to the beach is 15 minutes.

Good hotel + breakfast, interior, good Wi-Fi, cleaning, near cheap cafes and shops, near 2 market-Dalekova that from the beach (15-20 minutes), the staff on a handle does not understand (but on fingers to explain it is possible;) )

Those who seek peace here are Fehlamplatz here, mainly inhabited by ruthless Chinese who pop the Doors day and night. The Putzdamen do not work at all, we had the same bedding for 2 weeks. Pity about the beautiful design hotel. Breakfast was OK and the ladies at the front desk friendly. Still no recommendation.

Great hotel and great service. The most important thing is that it is situated in the market area. So many Indian (badsha and kohinoor) and other restaurants are near by.

The room was very clean. Deluxe. The staff is nice, the cleaning is daily. Overall not bad.

Beautiful, modern and clean rooms and so helpful and nice staff! Hotel is near to night market and Jungceylon, it only takes 20 minutes walk to the beach true Bangla Road. Breakfast is good and has many option to choose from.

The rooms are neat and clean, right in the busy area of Patong. The Bangal road is hardly 10 mins walk. In addition to this, the place has a small swimming pool and also gives very good free breakfast.

It is not pleasant to live in a hotel in which any badly laid thing in the room can be stolen by a maid. In our case it was expensive and important for my girlfriend and me ring.

Nice Cozy rooms. Good service. Courteous staff. No vegetarian options for breakfast other than Kellogg's and salad. But they did take trouble to prepare veg phad Thai specially for us. Somehow the drinking bottled water served in room din't taste good. That's the only thing they need to address.

The hotel is in a good location. A busy street opposite the super cheap store.

The hotel, for those who need night life, not far away, the central street of Patong.

If hotel can remove staircase leading to lift level much more easier to carry luggage.

Quiet location, but only five minutes to the hustle and bustle. Nice staff, interesting furnishings. Unfortunately, the air conditioning too noisy.

Room was a little small to my liking. But the locale was great and the pool was perfect. Staff was super friendly. RU was a great host.

Good, modern hotel which is close to everything yet far enough away that a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Had some trouble getting room serviced everyday as advertised.

Best place in the center for the money. Nice and very service minded manager's receptionist and a fresh hotel with a little pool and jaccuci!

Very nice hotel. We stay for 3 nights, they are having a good service for us about rent motorbike and service taxi to airport and etc. Also the area is good because nearly shopping centre, seafood market and bangla Rd. And patong beach, safety area. We plan to next trip to stay there again.

Booked a Grand Deluxe room for one night, our room was spacious, and had trendy decor. Staff was very helpful. Good location, good value. Would go again.

This place is in a great location! Close enough to the scene but far enough away that you don't hear the music when your trying to sleep. Also the staff here was very nice and helpful!

It's a nice hotel… the staff are friendly… clean room and fully air condition. It's accessable to bars, bangzaan fresh market, night market and mall.
