Such an amazing location the view was breathtaking. Rooms sound proof and spacious we loved our stay. The grounds were beautiful too with lots of wildlife. Definitely will stay again.

Pool villas are awesome! We stayed there 1 night. And then we stayed 1 night in the regular rooms, which are a little far from the front desk and restaurants. But they provide transportation to the rooms and back. Service was top notch!

Stunning Pullman with top notch service. Extensive breakfast spread @ Elements and one is simply spoilt for choices. Quality tasty food, Superb customer service from Albert and his team add to more good memories of this property. That’s why we will be back very soon. Amazing facilities, location, food, and massage spa. Also, Pong was very kind and thoughtful. Besides that however I feel that a quite few of the staff are not friendly or helpful. Especially the buggy drivers. Perhaps its because Pullman does not have the same energy or staff training as Marriott. I do know one thing for sure, because of this, it is unlikely that I nor my family will be returning. You would expect more for the price you are paying here.

Loved this hotel. So many pools. Very friendly staff who looked after us very well. Breakfast was an easy top 5 best ever breakfasts, being an Accor member had an little added extra ☺. Rooms are a good size and it was nice to sleep with the sound of the waves breaking on the rocks below. The mattress was soft and a good pillow menu. Cocktails were very good. I would definitely stay here again. Only advice would be to give yourself extra time to check out.

My five star rating says it all. There is nothing I do not like about this hotel. For me, everything is on the outstanding level. The breakfast is something else. The infinity pool is stunning with amazing views of the beach. The rooms are incredible with very good facilities. Transport is provided by the hotel too and from the rooms as it is very hilly but you can walk it. The staff are among the friendliest I have experienced anywhere in the world.

Nothing to say, off put the morning buffet (new chef "English") a profusion of food, appreciated especially by the Chinese… for French and European it's average!

Very nice 5 star hotel. Beautiful pools. And very good breakfast. Great rooms. Very large with a nice bathroom. You can go eat to the beach at the bottom of the hotel… for cheap. There is even a market…

After thoroughly researching where to stay in Phuket at Christmas, everything pointed to The Pullman. We were certainly not disappointed with our choice. This resort is set on a grand scale. We were greeted at the airport in the resort limousine and immediately felt like we ere in good hands. Upon arrival at the resort we were impressed with the grand scale and the cleanliness and tidiness of the grounds. The check in was reasonably quick and the staff were well trained and courteous. Our room was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed ocean views from the balcony. The buffet breakfast is the best we have experienced anywhere in the world, with a massive selection of food from around the world available each morning. The hotel as a selection of fine eateries and a huge pool with pool side dining. We spent a number of days by the pool relaxing, enjoying the cocktails. If you are looking for a five-star experience in Phuket, you will not be disappointed with the Pullman.

Hotel is very clean and aesthetic with a typical modern resort design. The staff is friendly but not the most efficient, just like pretty much anywhere in Thailand. Our room smelled of thinner, probably from recent repainting, and my wife became worried of brain damage so we asked to change roim, which was no problem at all. Our new room was very good, with good layout for two people, sufficient and well placed international power outlets and had a super king suzed bed. Amenities are good but mostly overpriced for Thailand.

Cool, clean beach, good restaurants. The Only thing is the service is not good. Often not cleaned in the room, the doors are often magnetized.

Lavish! Everything is thought in every detail. The breakfast buffet is unmatchable.

Pros: Very picturesque place, holiday with children of different ages, nice buffet breakfast, on the territory of the hotel several pools, the coastline closed. The rooms are clean. The prices are higher than on the local Broadway two or three times in the territory, but so everywhere, so I do not think very negative. Great stay! The overall experience is perfect!

Love this place. Located on a less crowded part of Phuket. The services are great, rooms are very very nice and comfortable. The food here is very good too. Stayed at a ocean view suite for the first few days and switched to a one bedroom villa in our last day. The one bedroom villa is still one of the best ones I have been to. I highly recommend a stay here. A 5 min walk will get you to a beach, Not a lot of people here, so it's nice and quiet where you can enjoy some sun and got for a nice swim. Several shops along the main road just off the beach and there are street food vendors in case you are Hungry. Overall Pullman Phuket Arcaidia is expertly managed with a friendly and attentive staff. Everything about this place deserves a 5 star rating!

Great hotel, loved it.

I booked this resort for a rest on our way home from Myanmar and we have been pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it is. From the beautiful position looking over the Andaman Sea and Naithon Beach to the amazing tropical gardens, the array of food and beverages at so many different areas and great quality, the complimentary shuttle or car to take you to the beach or your room, complimentary chilled water by the pool, daily exercise classes, film nights at the pool, comfortable beds and rooms, great staff, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Definitely one of the best accommodation we have stayed in.

A great hotel to find complete relaxation. The staff is very dedicated to the well-being of every guest. The Ocean Rooms I can recommend completely. The room was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated.
We are thankful that we should be guests at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. We'll be back.

Nice secluded location close to the airport, but quite a ways from Pitong and Phuket town. Naithon beach is bookended by this hotel and and another, so it is quiet and peaceful compared to the busier strips in town. We stayed here during the soft open and things have noticeably degraded, but the rooms are still very nice with good amenities and views, and seem very private from each other. The hotel amenities are nice, but the crowd has shifted towards families with young children rather than couples, so it isn't as romantic. The food quality has taken a noticeable dive, with prices increased drastically. Pizzas were bland, Thai food was tasteless, and a $20 USD octopus appetizer came with three chewy shreds of octopus. Eat at the beach restaurants instead.

Nice facility. Noteworthy is the upper pool. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of delicious dishes. The rooms with sea views are very nice and spacious.

Giving this a rating based on it being a 5-star hotel. The hotel area is beautiful and well-kept, the staff is super-friendly and the view is amazing (especially from the pool). The breakfast is probably the best hotel breakfast I've experienced. As many have said, the prices are fairly high, but down by the beach there are plenty of cheap options. The rooms were great, but the cleaning was sub-par. It wasn't horrible, but most 4-star resorts I've stayed at has been better. The pool was beautiful with amazing view and super-comfy sunbeds. But the pool was filled with broken and lose tiles meaning you had to mind your step. There were rules regarding reservation of sunbeds, saying no reserving before 10:00 and after that 30min before belongings are removed. At 09:30 we wanted a couple of sunbeds (people start reserving beds before 08:00), but everything was reserved with only a few people actually by the pool. The staff "couldn't" do anything. The time we went to lunch for 45min (actually timed it thanks to Google), the staff started to remove our stuff because a family wanted to have sunbeds close together and "they have waited long time". We arrived as they were doing this. I have no problem if they have rules and they are enforced, but it is not acceptable to enforce them differently depending on what staff and what guests. These are the few gripes I have, but they are minor. All in all, I definitely recommend staying here and would definitely consider coming back!

The hotel is cute and with good facilities. The rooms are well. The breakfast very complete. The drawbacks are that this high level of the beach. Which is accessed by a steep staircase. There is No beach service. This is not consistent with the category of the hotel. It is also uncomfortable to the access to the rooms is from the outside and as are located in blocks on different levels and there is no lift, access is by streets on a rise, depending on the combination of the hotel that transports passengers to and from the rooms. Finally. We had requested a triple room and us money n two beds and a cot uncomfortable and that it did not correspond with the category awarded to the hotel. Our claim was not satisfied.

Very good place to stay. But pretty isolated. Nearest hospital is 40kms away. So got to be careful while traveling with toddlers or young kids.

This resort was everything! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had and the service is amazing! Make sure to take advantage of the seafood buffet when its available. Pool is beautiful and the views from this resort are breathtaking! My only complaint is the buggy service, it took quite some time to come but other than that I highly recommend this hotel! GREAT location and close to airport:)

Romantic a place where the sunset is just gorgeous to see absolutely.

This is an excellent family hotel and fair value for money. It’s well located on a cliff top and the surrounding beach and close by shops are very safe. You never get hassled outside the hotel. The hotel is a little tricky to navigate in the sense you need to get a car to get from the lobby to your room. Other downside was waiting in lines for breakfast. The hotel is highly organised, family friendly and it represents good value for money.

It is important! Very nice guides in different languages.
We booked a trip to James Bond Island with CAMPANGNE tours (traded from 3900 to 3700 bat), we can highly recommend it. There were a maximum of 20 people on our speedboat. We were fast and thus were also before the mass tourism there (ca 7/8 am), also the sunrise could be seen so nicely. We were alone and the first group at all stops, which was really great and important. Also the guides were super nice and very anxious for us 20 people were 3 guides on the boat, with 3 languages. Just great.

There Were 7 days in the hotel. The hotel Itself loved the location. Got Double Impressions: rest on the beach and Rest in the mountains (i. E. Our room was high). There are no Problems with the movement of the hotel, you can always call the car and get to any point of the hotel or the beach. Good breakfast. A Wide, low-crowded sand beach. Nearby There is all basic: shop, some cafes, a pharmacy. This is the place for a relaxing holiday.

Spent my honeymoon in this hotel. The hotel is chic. Lots of bars, pools, chic gym, tasty food, on Thursdays show movies right by the pool, you can swim and watch a movie. Awesome place.

We stayed at the restaurant at sunset and can say: The view over the bay is unique! Also the food is very good!

I came with ELAC Convention Group. I found the staff here was so nice, keep greeting and smiling all the time. We have the food in the hotel every meal but never ever boring with the variety of foods. Moreover, every dish were so delicious. It's a pity that that I have no chance to swim in the swimming pool. We were so happy to stay in this hotel.

Wow wow! I had a wonderful stayed at Pullman Phuket Arcadia, I am so impressed with the services, Pullman Phuket team is so great. Food is amazing, the view at sunset is incredible. The ambiences, set up are unlike any other places I have been visited. I love the bed which I called "Heavenly Bed' and how lovely of the room and decor. I certainly go back and stay and also tell all my friends and family to visit and experiences the resort. P. S. Since, I have posted many images on my social media, everyone already message and comments on the images, they love it.

There was absolutely nothing we could fault. The staff were FANTASTIC! the food was most enjoyable and the facilities were top class. Our room was excellent with wonderful views and we wished we could stay there forever and if we could have smuggled the cleaner home in our suitcase we would have. We particularly enjoyed our evening drinks in the lounge area before dinner. We found the staff as wonderful as the sunset view. Thank you.

The resort was immaculate and absolutely beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, wanted to bring some of them home with us. If there is another luxury escape we will definitely purchase one as unfortunately it would be too expensive for us otherwise. Had a wonderful holiday at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. The room was very clean and spacious and the housekeepers did a great job servicing each day. Our room was a deluxe and was close to the reception and restaurants, which was very handy. I had messed up our leaving date and thought we were checking out on a Friday but in fact we were supposed to leave on Thursday. Ing, the lovely from reception was so diplomatic, helpful and understanding in reorganizing us to stay another night in the same room at a good rate. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel Resort to anybody who wants a top hotel in Phuket.

Take an easy afternoon swim at the hotels infinity pool or your own personal infinity pool (villa only). Friendly and professional staff, quiet and beautiful scene. Close to big wave beach with limited food choices. Far away from anywhere.

I visited here for dinner with my partner, some of the food was excellent others average or below par. The food was not really the issue. We were dressed neat casual, and were shown to "the only table that is available" tucked away to the side of the building. I requested one of the many tables that were empty with a nice breeze and a great view of the bay. I was told they were not available. Over the two hours we sat there and dined on their pricey food and drinks none of the other tables were used. I would recommend going to one of the local restaurants were you will be treated like they want your business.

Came for a wedding and was the best resort I've stayed at in my 5 years in SEA. Best to get a room close to the pool so you don't spend so much time walking around, though the in resort transport is fantastic.

Great place with a beautiful architecture and overall design. The location overseeing the neighbouring beach provides a stunning view for the beach restaurant and bar. The rooms are quiet, large and tastefully furnished. Staff is very welcoming and ready to help. Didn't check into details but the place seemed to have many amenities and service for children. To be noted that the access from the airport is very quick even though you don't get the noise pollution that one might apprehend.

Beautiful Hotel and surroundings. Food and Drinks were simply divine. All the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent, but one person that stood out for me was the Duty Manager, Nathabhol (James) Nuimuang. Who made our stay even more memorable! I would definitely return to this hotel.

Location on a steep hill. Ladders, ladders of the mountains. The beach is 20 minutes. Downhill and with the beach 30 uphill and on heat. Staff not friendly. The rooms are clean and good.

Nice location and nice facility: swimming pools, gym, view, beach, construction, quiet etc. Very good value for money. Small flats: breakfast very complete but of average quality, small problems finishing in the rooms, service sometimes great and sometimes improve. Spa at the top.

Very nice resort, great buffet, pool, taxi service and it's close to the beach too. The room service prices for food is quite costly for say spagehtti charging 350 Bahrt plus 17% tax and the quantity is poor.
