Amazing hotel, highly recommended positve: Very friendly and helpful, great international breakfast, nice design hotel, Nice Beach (Naithon beach), free water every day on room and pool, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast by the pool, optics from the hotel, very Beautiful Beach (Naithon beach, but without beach beds) negative: Not much, room-claening is not the best, can be a 5 minute way to the lobby, overloaded main pool, not much, housekeeping was not always good as you would expect at this level, not handicapped, hotel is Built on a mountain, which means the way to the lobby can take a good 5 minutes, but there is also a shuttle, the main pool was often crowded, trip tip: We booked a trip to James Bond Island with CHAMPANGNE tours, we can advice it very much maximum 20 person in speedboat, not much other tourists to see, cause we were the first group in the morning. It is important! Very nice guides in different languages.
We booked a trip to James Bond Island with CAMPANGNE tours (traded from 3900 to 3700 bat), we can highly recommend it. There were a maximum of 20 people on our speedboat. We were fast and thus were also before the mass tourism there (ca 7/8 am), also the sunrise could be seen so nicely. We were alone and the first group at all stops, which was really great and important. Also the guides were super nice and very anxious for us 20 people were 3 guides on the boat, with 3 languages. Just great.
