And one day we spontaneously decided to rent a car for the day I visited The orange car Phuket company Orange car Phuket. They are very friendly and just 10 min later I was sitting in a Toyota Hilux for just 1, 500 Bath. I definitely recommend rent with the Orange Car Phuket. Very happy
I was really happy with our room. I was a little worried after reading other reviews but I can't complain about anything. The staff were so lovely, especially the man that showed us to our room. Kids had so much fun on the slide. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Room was nice and big enough for our family of four. We've been to Thailand 4 times now, this was our first stay at Kata beach and just loved it. For rent a car we went to Orange car Phuket Great service, honest people and the cars are in good condition! Huge room and 3 swimming pool

Location is good, environment cool, pool is nice, children will enjoy a lot, calm and quite place. I recommend it, at reception the man Zoe was nice.

The hotel is decent. Rested here with 3 young children. Assessment 3 due to the following items: cleaning in the room, loud music in the afternoon by the pool, Smoking on balconies. During our stay in the shower formed a mini beach, there has never been washed and had not been cleaned, stocks of soap and other hygienic handles not replenished even once. Very expensive hotel for the service. Russian hotel and Russian clientele at 90% it is seen at the icy reception of the front desk, even the Thai staff speaks Russian. Had a rest with family in the period from 12.02 to 23.02.2018. Only 4 adults and 2 children. Check-in from 14:00, check-out 12:00. There is no deposit.
There are three pools in the territory. There is a water slide (open from 10 to 17). The depth of the pools is like up to 1, 2m. In the children's area, in my opinion, too ostrovatoe Nekolzjashhee bottom.

The location is good, many good options for food and street food. The surroundings are very much russian-friendly and the nearby beach is amazing. The resort itself has great swimming pool. If u like loud music at the pool all day surrounded by Russians and Chinese people, this is the place for u. But if u like a quiet family vacation by the pool like my family and I, find another hotel. Breakfast is good, service is good, ok rooms, but the constant noice from 10-18 EVERY day is too much. This hotel is either Russian owned or targeted for Russian families. As we checked in the staff had very little English were not very friendly. Check in took forever! And the spoke to us as if we were Russian which we had to correct them on. Breakfast was ok. But the staff wouldn't say hello of greet you barely look at you tbh. I don't know of this is because of the mainly Russian clientele as I did see on number of occasions the Russians being very rude. In fact they barely speak to themselves never mind anyone else. No atmosphere in hotel very strange. When we arrived there was a fresh fruit platter In our room which was lovely but the plate with the half eaten fruit wasn't removed from the table in our room for the 3 days we were there. I purposely didn't move if to see what would happen. Wifi is awful never worked I asked at reception the girl told me it was working I asked her could she help me which she replied not working! I tried to call reception from my room on a few occasions no answer every time I called. Cleanliness ok but the bathroom had a very strong smell of urine. It's not worth the price. Needs to be updated! Location is the best thing about this property is close to beach! Kata brackets is beautiful but I couldn't wait to get out of this hotel.

In the last building where we visited in the corridors there are no windows and such a breeze with children is not very. The rooms are not bad, only to be removed. For breakfast every day is the same. The staff is not very polite, especially the reception, the girl boo her name, straight rude. Nice hotel on the beach of Katta in Phuket orientated to Russian tourists. Comfortable large pools 3 blocks from the beach. Large dining room fantastic breakfasts.

But the worst part were the beds: they've give us a room with 2 double beds, as soon I've pull up the sheets all the hell was broken! The sheets were hortibly stained with huge dark yellow stains! We ask for an explanation and to have immediately clean and tidy the room. The answer was no… I'll spare you the rest Just stay away from this trash hole!
