Very good hotel impeccable service staff nothing to complain always smiling ready to make service.

Such a lovely place. Can't rate staff highly enough. They have been brilliant with my 2 and 3 year olds. Beautiful pool which we spent so much time in and swim up pool bar with yummy cocktails. Bathrooms need updating and alittle help but all in all a great place. I would recommend it to anyone.

The reception of the hotel deplorable and aggressive, at 5 pm on the day of arrival the rooms were not lend had to wait after 13 h of train berth and 1h 15 Flight departing for Phuket! the staff at the reception were not expecting us while we arrived in a group from the climate part of the world! We made it clear that we had to start with the Group and we got angry. Moreover the room service 0 nothing, Nada, I had to run every day at the end of the 2nd day so that the staff of floors give us clean bath towels as well as toilet paper! For reasons that belong to me I asked to change rooms because the room on the 3rd floor were very far away from everything and my physical condition was not able to follow the blow my request was accepted provided I pay 2800 baths in + which corresponds to 7 €3! Here everything pays even the smallest service… The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained the housekeeping staff totally mocks their work as it is neither done nor to do! Except that the hotel is very nice and that the outside frame is very nice, we will never return and will not make them any pub! Needless to say we are very disappointed.

I love the locals. I pretended to use my remote control as a phone and they believed it! But my kid almost drowned so don't come here.

The hotel is certainly not new, especially picky will be able to find places where you need small cosmetic repairs. But overall the hotel is great, 4 star with a stretch. Swimming pools are easy to swim, there are transitions from one pool to another. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff is smiling, friendly. The breakfast was good. Every day there are soup, juices, fruits. The pools are really clean. Everywhere flowers, trees with bird singing. Cleaning in the rooms every day. Once in 3-4 days changed bed. The territory is constantly cleaned. I personally walked on the territory barefoot, my legs did not dirty. In general I am satisfied. If you go for the fountains, hydromassage or Jacuzzi, which flicker on the pictures of the hotel, all this does not work. Wi-Fi sometimes works slowly when at the same time many people instead of admiring nature in the hotel come in the screens. Nothing else should disappoint you. Would you go for the second time? Sure Yes!

Great hotel. The rooms are located along the perimeter of large swimming pools. There are two showers in the room, cleaned every day. The linen and towels were changed constantly. The territory is cleaned, the greens are pruned. The pool is washed, cleaned, sypyated chlorine from the evening. The pool bar had a happy hour, 2 for the price of 1 for everything we enjoyed every day. Recommend Pina car. Breakfast is very good. The beach is near, a lot of shops, restaurants, exchangers, makashnicy, pharmacies even closer.

Nice resort with good breakfast and every day cleaning. Rooms with straight entrance to pool are great. Good location also for families.

Good hotel well located in a quiet area of Phuket the rooms are spectacular although e of saying that the cleanliness was vast… And the staff was not too nice for that reason opted for 4 stars.

Staff are super friendly. Rooms are clean and every room can see swimming pool. Breakfast here is ok and if you don’t like many people, you should come to eat breakfast after 8. The hotel has narrow frontage but very deep layout. The pool is beautiful but wasn’t fun for swimming. I stayed pool access room and it’s big and nice.

The hotel surprises by its pool but the rooms are horrendous, bugs and mosquitoes that you don't know where to enter. The Wi-Fi only works at the front desk and the TV is embellished because it doesn't work either. The evening receptionist left a lot to wish for a lot of smile but zero management. For the same price or a little more you get much better lodging. With my wife we go to another hotel a block away to leave this room of terror and never come back again!
Ahh and I forgot the breakfast or scrambled egg, sausages floating in water… It is the worst in 5 hotels we were in Southeast Asia.

I've spent this vacation at Phuket Kata Resort. It was an awesome time. Pretty good pool and rooms. Location of the resort is also good. 5 min to walk to the beach. Free Wi-Fi but the connection is poor.

Excellent hotel very polite staff with nicely built two swimming pools environment is very good nothing to blame only thing which is not that great Wi-Fi otherwise all good.

Had a rest with friends from 19.09.15 to 01.10.15. The hotel has a lot of buildings, each has a swimming pool. The grounds are not quite large, but clean and well maintained. The food is good but monotonous. The staff is friendly. Overall very good indeed. Wi-Fi Yes trouble, free only at reception and very tight ( ( (… to the beach min 10 on foot, there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for a long time and had a great stay at the piled Stopochkoj. The grounds are green and the staff are very friendly!

Super hotel, nice staff, breakfast absolutely ok. In the pool area it is very quiet, the rooms with direct access to the pool are something special. If you need action, food, massage or anything else, just take to the streets in front of the hotel. Kata Beach is about a 10-minute walk away. We definitely recommend the hotel further … Only downer: The deposit you have to deposit for the room key is only experienced when you checked in.

Was a great hotel with beautiful pooling shade and sun-seekers will find a place in the complex. Everything very clean breakfast American style who finds nix here stays better at home.

Hotel has a pool :) OK hotel for economical vacation. In the rooms, not to say luxury, but your money will go. :) children can be, but not on the second floor — no ramps, stroller to get.

Stayed in this hotel for 10 days and I must say the staff were outstanding. They made our stay the best experience we have ever had in a hotel. Although a budget hotel, the staff were the most polite and helpful we have ever come across, the hotel was always clean, rooms cleaned daily with clean sheets/pillows plus 2 bottles of water. The restaurant although basic was always immaculate and the buffet breakfast was superb. You won't find a better budget hotel with extremely friendly staff.

Just ok… Ok Hotel in Kata area, not too far from the beach. Staff hit and miss, some of them nice and helpful some of them just rude and miserable. This hotel is more for Russians than any other nationalities. Staff speaks russian, menu etc written in russian. Good value for money — come to Thailand visit Russia too. Trust me, you will feel like in Moscow here! Specially if you staying at Ibis Kata. I don't mind russians, but they all so rude and miserable. Never seen them smile or saying hello. Would I stay here again? Probably no.

The room is modest, bedding stained, towels old, the window of the balcony to the next hotel, the pool is small. Clean the room every day, changed towels, washed the floor, the bed just satelayt. In principle, fine. But! terrible Breakfast (2 slices of watermelon per person), rice change to fried or grilled in pasta, and everything in the photo. After 3 days we had no desire to go for Breakfast.

The room is cozy, has everything you need. There is also a small pool, small dining area and lobby. To sea about 10 min. Along the way are plenty of places for a snack, and economical "makashnits" with the same dishes, but about 40% cheaper, as well as souvenir shops, excursions, minimarkets state, massage parlors, etc. People smiling and nepristegnuty believe that life is given for happiness) ) )

My family is very happy. Not for the first time in Thailand but first time in Phuket. Lived in a Bungalow, very spacious and comfortable, though they write that 3 stars. In Pattaya and lived in 5 and 3 so this hotel is closer to 4 stars. If the next time you go to Phuket only here. Quietly, calmly, with a child at the time.

Great hotel run by Italians, courteous and always available! The beautiful rooms decorated with the classic Italian style! the restaurant offers excellent Italian cuisine, with generous portions!

Price is high, you can rent bikes, ATM and supermarket within a few meters, very convenient. Nearby red restaurant, very affordable.
