Really enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon. Excellent private villas with own pool, large bedroom, excellent open shower and nice couple bath. Staff were attentive and very helpful. They gave us the contact of the Orange Car Phuket, and we got a car for some days for great price.

Unforgettable memories, wonderful stay, great lovely people … an amazing positive experience! highly recommended!

we stayed 4 nights in the grande pool villa. The staff is so friendly. The place was so beautiful & clean. 10 mints walk to the beach. The breakfast was amazing. Its 15 mints from patong beach and we rented a car in the Orange Car Phuket and it was great!.

Average place with alot of mosquitos inside the villa! Needs alot of repairs. Private pool was below average (old and needs paintwork). Although the in-villa breakfast with the 2 chefs was great!

I came on low season, so it was only 200aud p/night. I think this is fair price and very well worth it as you have the pool in your room. But in the peak season I seen it at $1000 aud p/night, and I would say that is way over the top on price. 5 stars at 200 p/night!

You won't regret it. Been twice now. Treat yourself! Wonderful.

We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon, staff were so friendly from the moment we checked in, our villa was beautiful. The suite is about a 10 minute drive from Patong… The suite is situated very close to the beach, restaurants, bars. I would highly recommend staying here.

Really really nice service, everything is perfect, they think a lot for customer. The best hotel in phuket. Amazing. Five star is not enough, I want to give them 100 star.

The place is beautiful and have some privacy but there are many mosquitoes in your room and the pool water is not about 80% clean but you are going to enjoy your stay their, their own breakfast is so good and the people are friendly.

A 3.5 star hotel not a 5 star hotel. No conceirge. Breakfast on their terms not your terms I. E. You must select the day before exactly what you want to eat and where you want to eat it. More like a services apartment.

That staff here are wonderful, kind and helpful, however the policies of the establishment take away from its ratings. This hotel is definitely not a 5 star and at best a 3.5 star hotel. They do not let guest visit you in the rooms. This rooms and the property itself is infested with mosquitos. I got bit so much it felt like I was camping. The pool water is dirty, so you really can't jump in. There are even geico's crawling in the rooms. According to the front desk all the suites are the exact same, so save your money and book the regular suite or better yet book a different hotel.

This place is nice and I love it so much … I will vacation here again.

I stayed here 10 days and I loved it so much … Recommended for couples place is cleaned and private … I'll be come back again if I do holiday to Phuket will be staying here I promise that's.

A five star experience. Amazing amenities and staff. The only factor against is that it is a few hundred meters from the beach (which is also not visible from the property). But if you have hired a scooter, that is barely a problem.

It's the best place ever, the breakfast in the villa was a super nice touch, the villa was just amazing, the pool was the best part of it and ofcourse the cheerful staff.

My wife and I stayed here for a week during our honeymoon. Amazing staff, beautiful grounds, rooms are very clean and spacious, blocks away from the beach. Food is very good, fruit is very sweet and delicious! We will be back!

This place is very quiet lovely friendly staff but villa look a bit old swimming pool about small quiet place suitable for family holiday.

Its amazing villa which's standing on Kata beach in Phuket, they have excellence services, private pool, and especial breakfast time as their chef and team will be coming to serving foods in your villa with cooking at the villa's kitchen area. So I myself and family were enjoyable during live-in there. It's easy to find the dinning place as many bars and cafe in front of the property. Easy to drive-out to downtown, shopping and beach.

Service is a disaster peolple are very nice but totally ineficient, room are getting very old the pool was dirty, the breakfast was never on the requested time never what we ordered, pass your turn.
