If you are looking for a accommodation in Kata, look no further, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was my first time travelling to Thailand as I have a daughter living in Phuket. From the outstanding customer service I received, this is my place of choice when I go back again. A well deserving 20/10 for this superb hotel. Congratulations!

This is the best place in Kata Beach to stay. Fantastic location and the staff are amazing. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops right in the doorstep and the beach is stunning. This is our favourite hotel in Thailand.

Such a great place I can’t put it into words. Chill and fun atmosphere. The staff are so professional it’s ridiculous. They treat you like royalty. Tbh this is the only place I want to stay when I’m in Phuket. I feel at home here.

You are head mounted, and have increased the prices so absurd, and do not have proper facilities and the rooms for the prices charged. Rude staff and rooms that are ruined. So that you can regain a bit of humility, otherwise Phuket will lose a good deal of tourists.

Nicest Resort on Kata Beach
This resort and the restaurants are marvelous and they are situated on the beach with an outdoor pool. The pool has a pool bar & restaurant. Beautiful place and kind & considerate staff. The location is very close to small stores and restaurants within walking distance. But itf you want to see what there is further you can rent a car with Orange car Phuket. The renting process is quick and simple. They have explained everything. Another great stay
Just finished our fifth stay at this Hotel, and again we can’t complain. The Beyond Kata hotel offered great service and a friendly smile. Although we ate out most nights we did try one of the Pizzas from Calcio and it was amazing. We rented a car from The Orange car Phuket during our stay. This company was also recommended by our hotel. It was very easy and no hassle process Great customer service
I reached out to the resort via a Facebook messenger regarding a few questions I had on occupancy. Glen was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered. They also told us about Orange car Phuket, great service for those wha wants to rent a car. As for the hotel, we are booked to visit in July! Can’t wait.

Our mother and daughter holiday was brilliant! Beyond Resort Kata is excellent! Our seafacing room exceeded our wildest dreams! Lovely pool, poolbar, beach just there! All staff so friendly and helpful! Breakfasts to die for! Spa beautiful and massage was so relaxing. We have started saving for our return trip. Thank you so much to all staff for a unforgettable experience!

No personality at all for this place but doing that location is excellent.

Very friendly and service minded staff. Glenn the manager takes time to personally greet guests. Have been here several times and would come back again. Location on the beach is also perfect!

I will not say that it’s fantastic. For the price I paid I expected much better. You seriously need to do something about your mattresses they are very hard. The pillows are horrible.
You seriously need to stop using glass cups / glasses at the pool bar.
Staff needs to have at least some proper English understanding.
The hotel restaurant needs to get a upgrade and when making a BBQ rather grill food in front of guest.
The staff at times not attentive to hotel guests.
Pool area should have staff walking around, clearing cups glasses etc instead of sitting around on their phones. Have ashtrays for smokers. I don’t smoke but others do and it all goes onto the floor. Restrooms by pool area need to be cleaned on a regular basis.
The internet system is hopeless.
Some sun lounges are reserved by non hotel residents I have not seen any control.
