Zero stars. We accidentally cracked a flower pot and we were asked to pay 5000 thai batt. We paid 3000 thai batt and they refused to help to report to the insurance company to confirm. No toilet paper, walked up and down steep hill to get to road and room. Pictures look much better than real life. Rude staff.

If you come a bit early they dont help you tell after 1 pm.

A terrible hotel.
1. The staff don't care about the guests. The room was clean and the breakfast was very bad. "This is your problem, not the hotel problem". Rags, gloves, buckets and scoop in the room.

The motel I would say is not a luxury. The rooms are shabby. Very high. Like when I read the reviews myself thought, well, it's just the same fitness will be for me, but it was very painful. Location is good with nice view. The beach is close but can be reached only via long staircase (and that is a good exercise in order to keep fit during vacation). Swimming pool was clean. Wi fi could be better (weak at hotel room, nice only near reception).

Location is good, very close to the beach if you don't mind walking down quite a few steps (and up them again to get back to the hotel). Bit of a walk to the town though so best if you have a moped or car. Taxis are available at the hotel though. The rooms all have a brilliant view of the beach and sea with large beds and decent clean bathrooms. Service is ok, not a huge amount of tourist information available so best of planning your activities in advance rather than relying on reception. Also, it is cash only which isn't made clear on some booking websites so be prepared. Overall decent, but not luxurious, good budget location.
